As of the date of this posting (4/23/2021) this subway location is offering the "Buy 1 foot-long get 1 50% off" deal through the Subway App using code BOGO50 at checkout... Which only certain locations are offering...your welcome ... So this is a pretty large subway that's open to both indoor and outdoor dining ... Tables are clearly marked to maintain social distancing ... Granted I was the only one sitting and eating I felt safe 🙄 ... But the real standouts at this Subway location were the two super friendly employees who were beyond accommodating and nice. I came in with a pizza box (yup I'm that guy) ... And was able to enjoy my slices at a table while waiting for my sandwich... I ordered my Lyft when my sandwiches were finished and apparently it takes more than an hour to accomplish said goal ... At this point most establishments make it clear that I'm overstaying on my welcome however these two employees went about their business as if it was no skin off their back ... Throughout my hour plus wait numerous customers (locals I presume) pop in now to check out the soup of the day, grab a quick drink, or simply just say hi.. there's a weird / very nice 0@⁰⁰ insense of community surrounding the subway I must admit the employees seem to know everyone who walked in and everyone who walked in you exactly who was making their food it was an interesting dynamic that I have never seen anywhere else.. over all this Subway was kind of awesome review however is entirely way too long and unnecessary.. sandwiches were on⁰ point probably one of the best made Subway sandwiches I've ever had okay I lied I had two and they were both fantastic. I've annoyed myself writing this so I can only imagine how annoyed you are if you've gotten this far.. thank you Subway location for being awesomeon

The Best Subway place ever! The lovely young ladies working here have been providing the most friendliest, kindest, and best customer service ever... My mom and I enjoy coming here very much for they make customers like us feel very comfortable, satisfied, and very happy because the ladies here are very service-oriented and sweet ladies willing to serve all customers very nicely. Again, Thank you so much, beautiful ladies, whom prepared the sandwich and cut the sandwich in half tonight! Blessings~🤗

Today this location was very short staffed with only 3 people Supervisor Angie and 2 others at lunch hour (12pm-1pm) they were very busy with lots of customers. They were very organized worked as a team and took care of everyone in a timely matter. Very great service.

With absolutely nothing open for food after 10pm, this place was open and ready to sell some good sandwiches. We had couple subs and were able to take them away to the hotel. Everything else was closed. The staff was very nice and made couple very good subs.

Subway has always had great sandwiches but the last time I visited this location was in 2019 and they didn't have a handicap ramp. If memory serves me right which it probably doesn't they wouldn't have the room to put in a handicap ramp.

I asked the associate for a water cup and she said, “We don’t have anymore.” However, behind her were white “coffee” cups and when I asked for one of those since they didn’t have any water cups, she told me they were for coffee and didn’t offer something instead. Customer service skills need to be improved at this location. We also ordered our sandwiches toasted on the app but we got them not toasted. We were already annoyed about the location not having something so simple so we just ate the sandwiches and didn’t bother with asking them to fix our sandwiches. We ended up buying a $3.00 “cup”. Otherwise, clean restaurant and nice atmosphere.

I recently visited this establishment and the employee was very rude, she did not say hello back and ignored me in other aspects. I do not remember her name, but I think it was the manager. I am very sorry that such an employee can be a manager, because she should be an example for other employees. I have no complaints about the fact that it was very slow even though I was the only one in the establishment. And the sandwich was not very tasty, I am more concerned about the attitude of the employees to customers. Bad manager - bad establishment. I will not come here again.

I couldn’t order because the employee who was mopping the dining area decided to stop mopping and make my sandwich without washing her hands. I went in at 6:29pm and had to walk out when she started putting gloves on dirty hands. Hands need to be washed before gloving hands to make ready-to-eat sandwiches.

I asked for the prices and she posted towards a poster as if it were so hard to tell me how much a combo was. Then once I asked to design my own sandwich she seemed to make me choose one of the sandwiches that was already on display. Once my sandwich was being prepared it took 4 employees to make a 6 inch....when you only need one ( max 2). Lastly my friend and I ordered the exact same thing yet one was charged more. There is so much to improve.

stop putting eggs in my CALI FRESH" Steak with Sliced Avocado wrap. this is the second time it has happened. one was today. the second one was 7/18/2021. train your new employee better. i order online and go to pickup my order. only see what your employee did, when i get home. what if i was allergic to eggs? that is a lawsuit waiting to happen

Service is good with some employees, **but unfortunately there is a short latina in her 20s who works there on the weekends who is incredibly rude. She will interrupt the person who is making my sandwich and try to hold a casual conversation with them while I am trying to speak my order. She talks right over the top of me - and it's about non related things! This distracts the employee and forces me to repeat myself numerous times. However, she does not do this when Latinos are ordering. **I am a tall white male, so it's pretty clear to me that she is making it racial and targeting me with rude behavior because I am white. It wouldnt be the first time unfortunately. The places is dirty. The bathroom is disgusting. The floors are sticky and the tables aren't cleaned after use. Pure laziness. Occasionally there will be homeless people tweaking out in the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting.
