I can’t say enough good things about Li Li! If you’re craving delicious, authentic Chinese food, this is the place to go. Every dish I’ve tried has been fantastic, and the portions are incredibly generous for the price. The sweet and sour chicken is hands down the best I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in the perfect amount of flavorful sauce. The fried rice is always cooked to perfection, and their egg rolls are an absolute must-try. What sets Li Li apart is their consistency and speedy service. Even on busy nights, my order is always ready on time and piping hot when I pick it up. The staff is friendly and always gets the order right, which is a huge plus! My taste buds are still tingling from our last visit! This was one of the best mouth-watering General Tso's chicken I have ever tasted. The waitress was prompt and polite. Not only that, the place is also well maintained and tidy.

Lili in NYC is straight-up elite when it comes to Chinese takeout. I’m talking about that life-changing, “why haven’t I been eating here every day?” type of experience. The sesame chicken? Unreal—crispy, saucy perfection that had me questioning every other spot I’ve ever ordered from. The dumplings? Straight-up handmade heaven, bursting with flavor. Seriously the best Chinese take-out I have gotten in NYC. The sauce is not too thick or sweet, the vegetables are never soggy and overcooked. This is what Chinese take-out should taste like.

The lady on the phone is no longer the same and doesn’t recognize me or my address (4 blocks away) in Elmhurst. The order arrived promptly and correct. Update: Revisiting my review from last year, the new owners have improved the food tremendously. My egg drop soup is far richer with tons of egg and I love their shrimp with broccoli combination which the shrimp is super large and the broccoli cooked just right! The new LI Li has finally made good food to sell and I am pleased for them!

general tso’s chicken was great but I ordered fried rice but got plain yellow rice with bean sprouts? is that what you call fried rice? prices not cheap. no no no.

Probably the best chinese food spots in queens until management changed? Not sure if the original owners are just renting it out but the food definitely taste different. Its not bad but its definitely not as good as it was before. Hope the original owners or chef atleast comes back been going here for years

-starts for this place poor service the lady that picks up the phone has no clue what going on with a customers order the only think she says is hmmmm hmmm hold on one second hmmm it’s so annoying I never give a review unless the place is very good or very bad it’s sad this is how they lose business

I was told I would get my order delivered in 30 minutes, after waiting 50 minutes, I called and they said it was down as a pickup. I asked for a discount because I know the food would not be crispy by the time I get my food. I was transferred to 2 different managers. They told me it would take another 30 minutes so I canceled. Then I get a call from the delivery guy and the store telling me my food is downstairs. I told them I canceled the order 40 minutes ago and the store hung up on me. What a headache.
