It's definitely a good burger spot. There have been a few times it didn't hit the spot, but it's usually spot on. I've used their burger a couple of times to cure a hangover and always left feeling better. The brown sugar lemonade is okay. The staff are always nice and hospitable.

Man this was expensive.. 47 bucks for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks. Place is hip, sort of clean, but just too darn expensive even thought he big bay burger is very very tasty.... Did I mention it was really expensive. Hate to say it but the order is all automated at a kiosk and I did not feel the need to leave a tip. If I had this simple mean would have been over 60 bucks. This is out of control.....

Super Duper Burgers was a spot I tried for the first time after checking out the area and needing a quick bite. Overall, the experience was fine, but nothing really stood out as memorable. It feels like a solid neighborhood burger joint, just not one that immediately hooked me. The service was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Ordering was easy, and everything came out in a reasonable amount of time. From a service standpoint, I really have no complaints. As for the food, it was okay but not something I’d go out of my way to get again. The garlic fries were soggy, the chicken sandwich was so-so, and while the burger was decent, I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. Nothing was bad, it just didn’t wow me. That said, the place clearly has a loyal following, and I can see why some people enjoy it. It’s casual, approachable, and consistent, which counts for a lot. While it wasn’t a standout for me personally, I’d still recommend checking it out and seeing what you think, everyone’s taste is different, and it may hit the spot for you.

Super Duper Burgers has good food, and I appreciate the convenience of the self-checkout. However, the customer service could definitely be better. When I asked a few simple questions about the menu, it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. The lack of engagement and the blank stares from the employees made the interaction feel awkward and uncomfortable. Overall, I would still come back for the food, but the customer service and overall interaction could use improvement.

I never write reviews but I was so frustrated by this experience I had to. Let’s start with the fries. They charge $4.75 for a garlic fries and the bag was half full (pic attached). They were also lukewarm so the cold cheese just sat on top. Then my burger was poorly put together so when I opened it the patties and cheese were stuck to the bag and the bread was mushy (pic attached). The lettuce is always soggy on these burgers as well. I eat all types of burger spots but the burger here just never hits but the fries kind of save the meal usually. But this time was my last straw. THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS RUINING THE MARKET BY OVERCHARGING TENANTS, MAKING IT NOT A SMART DECISION TO OPEN THERE!

Great burgers at a public market, but who likes soggy fries soaked in oil with lil to zero garlic in it. I would come back but I won't be getting their disgusting fries, the pics actually don't reflect that because they put tons of parmesan cheese on top of the fries. The ambiance of the actual restaurant is like being at Ross from SF with chairs and tables around. 😂

Greeted and assistance offered.We used the Kiosk to place our order. Really easy. Ground beef quality & taste really fresh but seasoning wasn't mixed well throughout the burger.The burger was really greasy it makes the bun greasy.🤦🏾‍♀️Garlic Fries were ok. Milk shake was watery.Thicker cut tomatoes and more lettuce should be added to help balance the meat. The bacon used were not strips, they were pieces. My 16yr old wasn't impressed. If your into burgers, try it!

Burger was good but nothing special. It needed salt. The chicken sandwich looked great however, it wasn’t. Seemed undercooked so I returned it. They made a fresh one. Equally disappointing. Stringy, rubbery and just inedible.

This for what I’ve ordered is garlic fries with salt on them. It’s very salty due to the amount of salt that was being put in on the fries themselves, except for the garlic mixture that flavors the fries. At first, when I started ordering, I asked them for this kind of fries with no salt on the fries themselves, before adding the garlic mixture to the fries themselves. When I got a response from a couple of employees that are working there about how it was made when I made the request for no salt on the fries itself, they said they usually put salt on the fries, no matter what kind of different fries that you ordered. For example, if it’s just regular French fries with nothing on them, they just put the salt on the fries no matter what the customer is asking for, no salt or not. In other words, they said that they couldn't do that at my request because of having no salt on the fries itself, except for the garlic mixture. It was not right of them to refuse to fulfill my request for my fries when I was asking for no salt on my fries. I tried the other location of the same name, and they said that they don’t put salt on their fries. That is how I know that the other locations know how they handle their fries like that with good customer service. In the end, all they asked me was to see if I wanted to cancel my order. At that time, for the time that they were open until closing for the night, I decided to order them because the other location was closed at 9pm. Overall, the customer service was not good, and my fries tasted too salty. That’s why I’m writing this review with regard to this type of fries only.

I’ll start by saying I’ve been going to Super Duper for a very long time. It was one of my go to spot for food. However, I’ve noticed the experience gradually deteriorating over the years. First, the home made pickles kept shrinking, then the size of the burger kept getting smaller, then the prices kept going up and now you barely get any fries when you order them. They have also removed as much staff as they can: you order on a screen, pick up your order at a counter, enjoy your meal and clean up after yourself. I’ve seen more staff in a McDonalds than here. And after all that, the quality also has taken a turn for the worse. This was my $18 sandwich and garlic fries meal. Note the quantity and the burnt sandwich. I think this may have been my last visit to any Super Duper until something changes.

Been coming here for years now and have had beyond superb service whether ordering or picking up my food. Today I told the counter woman she wasn’t doing a good job because she saw me waiting around, had lots of down time, had my order waiting on a high shelf the whole time and never thought to ask what I was waiting for. Her coworkers are always aware of everything and manage that counter so well and with enthusiasm and professionalism. The manager Laura came by and told me not to talk to her workers like I did. More unprofessional than her worker apparently, go only lacked the innate sense of service and helpfulness with the public. LAura took my photo and told me never to come again. Didn’t think at all like a manager representing her owner. Didn’t think to ask about my concern or to even try in the slightest to rise above it, rise above what she saw as my bad behavior. Definitely not someone I’d hire to represent me if she can’t think professionally on her feet. And while she photographed me, she scurried away when I tried to photograph her. But I got it eventually.

This used to be a very popular spot to have a quick burger some tasty delicious garlic fries you can get ice cream cone dipped in chocolate and the spicy chicken burger, different salads they give you pickles for free. This place is outrageous. Now the prices have gone up I ordered an order of fries with garlic. They only gave me half a bag full I asked where were the rest of the fries. The manager told me they have to measure the fries now and you only get half the bag full at the same price of a full bag of fries. and told me I had to pay two dollars if- I wanted extra mayonnaise to dip my fries in as you see in my photo there are no people standing in line. They used to have a line out the door people eating inside & outside . This place has been a victim of inflation folks take your money by yourself some ground beef or ground turkey, and a bag of potatoes and make your burger and fries at home. Their prices are outrageous and portions have been cut in half

they tamper with food, do not eat here- Ordered a burger online for pick up. When I got to the restaurant, I asked the worker if they had blue cheese. He said he’d have someone get some from the back. The cook came back with a bag and a smile on his face. Gave me the blue cheese in a brown paper bag. When I got home, I opened the spread and there was a squished slob of blue cheese with a dirty foot print on it. The smell was nauseating and it smelled like rubber. I was so disgusted and didn’t trust the cooks so I threw away the whole meal. Tried calling the restaurant back to back and they didn’t answer. I am extremely upset and disappointed. I wasn’t a rude customer or anything, the only words I said were “do you have blue cheese?” and “thank you”. This was a pure act of evil and it makes me question what they do to other peoples orders for them to step on my blue cheese for no reason. I didn’t even trust the burger, disgusting establishment
