I think it's a good place; it's convenient because it's local, the service is good, and the vibe is very family-friendly, at least the times I've eaten there. Other times I've forgotten to take pictures or write a review, but this time I ordered a campechano burrito. It's more like a mixed grill wrapped in a flour tortilla; it doesn't have rice or beans, and they add bell peppers. I chose arrachera (skirt steak) with chistorra (a type of sausage), and it comes with potatoes. It was quite good. The others ordered variations of the same: arrachera, steak, Argentinian chorizo, and chistorra. Everything was very good, and for the price, I think it's a great option. Plus, they have a trampoline for kids to play on. I would recommend this place more than many other chain restaurants. Yes, there are things they could improve in terms of appearance and maintenance, like the toilet seat and the bathroom sink faucet, but even so, it's a pleasant place.

Great service, server was friendly and patient with us due to the language barrier. A woman from the kitchen even came out to talk to us. Great burger and nachos. We only came here because we had a long layover at MEX and wanted Mexican food that was not from the airport. I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

Me gustaría compartir una experiencia desafortunada que tuvimos en Andamar, ubicada en CDMX. Anoche, después de un evento, mi marido y yo decidimos ir a cenar allí. La señorita que nos atendió inicialmente fue muy amable, pero la cosa cambió cuando pedimos el servicio. Mi marido quiso ver los cortes de carne y yo los postres y vinos para llevar a la empresa y festejar un cumpleaños. El mesero que nos trajo los vinos se mostró molesto cuando decidimos no tomar, se fue moviendo la cabeza. Luego, vimos a un señor llamado Gustavo hablando con los otros empleados y mirándonos con molestia. La falta de respeto y la grosería de los empleados fue evidente. Me parece que podrían haber manejado la situación de manera más discreta si no querían atendernos. Entendemos que pueden estar cansados, pero nosotros solo queríamos cenar y disfrutar de un buen servicio. Espero que puedan mejorar la atención al cliente para que otros no pasen por lo mismo. 😊
