Delicious food & exceptional service

I guess I forgot to put a review the first time but my gf love this place so much and we eat at the bar side and Laura is there and she is so attentive and helpful make the experience better ! And the food is amazing getting the auzzie meal deal and it's a great balance 👌 and our steak is cooked to perfection and an amazing crust so good 10/10 will come again and again

Dined in on 9/19/24. I ordered the 12oz prime rib and requested medium rare. I received it cooked medium to medium well. I did not want it to go to waste so I accepted it. I mentioned to our server (Lauryn) just so she would be aware of the inaccuracy of my order. I was not upset at all. Towards the end of my meal, the restaurant proprietor (Mike) visited my table and apologized. His apology was very sincere. This type of respect and courtesy for guests is much appreciated. I will definitely visit this location again. By the way, Lauryn was very attentive to our needs throughout our dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this Outback location.

I recently dined at Outback and had an outstanding experience! Our server, Rose, was fantastic—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Michael also provided excellent customer service, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, from the appetizers to the main courses. The layout of the restaurant is very inviting, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I highly recommend!

We had Dom this evening, and she was absolutely amazing! She was funny, and definitely fell right into our small talk. Super personable and knew the menu, and helped us around food allergies with ease. Honestly the best experience here and with her! Perfect dinner, which steaks were cooked to perfection; rare and cool blue. Would come back to this location any time, but would have to be with Dom, she was seriously amazing and made our experience that much better!

Damiana was our server tonight. She was very nice and the service was great! The food was delicious. We tried the three course meal and everything was to our liking. The manager came by to check on us during our visit. The restaurant was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Mariah also checked on us and she was also very nice. We will be back again soon!

This was my 6th time dining at this location, and they once again did not disappoint. Our server Rose was so sweet and remembered me from our first visit. The food was amazing as always. I hope they keep the chimichurri fillet on the menu. If you haven't tried it you WILL NOT be disappointed. Our waitress Damiana provided excellent service. She was friendly and courteous. The food portions were good. The margarita and cheesecake were excellent. The Mac and cheese bites were bland. Overall it was a nice and relaxing dining experience.

The Outback has been a Steakhouse staple since I was young. The food has always been excellent. This one has a wonderful staff very warm and friendly and attentive. It was as good as it always has been. However, in yesteryears, the place was dimly light and filled with dark stained natural wood and had a rugged yet romantic atmosphere. Now, not only were were forced to ask them to turn down the blinding spotlight over our table but the place is filled with TV screens and postmodern colors and designs. Some things shouldn't change. But maybe I'm just old and grumpy.

There weren't many people at the time we went, so we took advantage of the slow pre-dinner crowd working to our advantage. The atmosphere was great, service was excellent. As we had never been there before, Tony carefully walked us through the menu, advised us of the specials and checked on us as needed. Great experience for us. Thank you.

I came to outback after work and had some of the best drinks and service I’ve received in a while. Amber took very good care of me and my table and I will definitely be returning

It’s my 31st birthday and I got to spend it with my entire family at Outback for dinner with Damiana as our server and they really made our experience so enjoyable! 10/10 best service on such an important day and she played a big part in that. Will definitely be returning and recommending Outback for birthday gatherings in the future. 🫶

The food is always cooked and prepped to perfection. Our waiter forgot a couple of things, but it was a good visit overall. I had the Seared Peppered Ahi. It's really good!

First time coming to this location. My server, Ana, was very nice and friendly. I asked for a dessert that is no longer on the menu but other Outback locations have made for me. She was able to find someone that knew how to make it and it completed my meal. I’ll definitely return.

The blueberry lavender lemonade is chef’s kiss every time! The manager Michael came and asked us about our experience and made sure that everything was up to par. Been here twice just this weekend and will definitely be back!! Everything is clean. The servers are great at their job. And everyone is willing to help if someone is busy. Thank you all so much for the service. You’ve earned a lifelong customer. We had the pork chops and 13oz ribeye this time around and everything was prepared perfectly.

Xto was amazing! He provided excellent customer service and made me want to definitely come back! I loved the chili (5/5), my salmon with veggies (5/5), and the drinks. The team and management team were really kind. The place was chill and not too loud as well.

Went to Outback at around noon. It was absolutely lovely inside and you'd never know it was a very cloudy Thursday. Josiah was an absolute gem, relatable, funny and it was very easy to make him a member of the family. He was a great bartender (from what I saw) and waiter. His timing was on point throughout our time there from the time he came to take our order until we left. The food was exquisite (sirloin seasoning was a bit too salty but tolerable) and the cheesecake was divine. We had a wonderful experience and that's thanks to Josiah and the wonderful staff, kitchen crew and manager. Thank you for my birthday card and making my birthday there a joyful memory to look back on.

Came in last minute with a party of 14 everyone attended to us the manager went up and beyond and server team was great . Another party came in still had a great service even though they were trying to take care of two big parties.

We were a party of 12 got together to celebrate my birthday, Josiah made sure we were taken care of. He made sure to come check on us to see if we needed refills or anything. We had the trio combo for 15$ It is a bargain, we had the onion blossom but it's not as good as other places. The vibe is great for families and the restroom was clean. Our server (Mickey) sang happy birthday to our son that made us feel awesome. Definitely returning thanks Mickey 👏🏻

Hands down best experience compared to other establishments around the area. We used to personally go to the far north west side of town to eat out. Been going here last Sunday of the months as a simple spot with kids. We show up early usually around 11 & ask to seated on the corner G’day Mate corner. Restrooms are clean usually thats a dead giveaway of the type of restaurant you will be in and a hint of the experience you will have at that establishment. Definitely recommend and definitely will be coming back, especially with our waitress Evelyn. She has hosted us twice and definitely been attentive, and always with a smile.

This experience was very enjoyable. The food was great and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was so very enjoyable as the music was not very loud and you would definitely able to hear yourself as you spoke to others at your table. They also had a great three-course meal opportunity that was very affordable. They have three separate options ranging from $ 14.99 to $20.99. You had the option to pick a soup or salad then there were three entree selections in different price ranges which allowed you to pick something as delicious as a burger or a small cut of meat. And for dessert a slice of cheesecake with strawberry or chocolate sauce. It was very easy to get a table as we were seated as soon as we walked into the establishment. We will definitely visit this location again.

Price for two sirloin plates, and drinks= 85 plus 15 cash tip= 100$ not cheap but current. Elijah was are waiter, great cheerful service. It was a 1 pm Saturday visit. Im glad I had a 40 gift card.

Everything tasted great, except the green beans were a little under cooked so they had this weird green flavor that was a bit strong for me. If you like that kind of flavor it won't be a problem for you. Other than that our meal was delicious! We had a family meal to go, and the portions were perfect for us.

Our visit is during the toughest time for a restaurant.. opening week! Mikey our server was the best! Very attentive and when we had a few hiccups with our meals he took extra care to get management involved take care of the issues. My steak was cooked perfectly.. the Ahi Tuna appetizer was delicious! My family of 5 left happy!

Enjoyable visit. Server Sophia was attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and hot 🔥. I ordered the loaded potato soup however it had way to many onions in it. I have previously ordered this and don't recall it having loads of onions. I did request to remove the green onions. Also ordered their chopped steak but it had loads of meat crud all around it. I know it's from the ground beef but cook should have cleaned it up. Hubs ordered Teriyaki steak kabobs with rice and mac n cheese. He really enjoyed his meal. Also had Boomarita flight of sorts. They were great with exception of mango flavored one. It was a lil off, maybe too much mango flavor. Food had a lovely presentation. The onion blossom was fresh and crispy.

first i would like to send a huge shout out to Billy. i am assuming he is an axillary server, but he couldn't've been any better at service. Billy was very polite, an active listener, with great attention to detail and did not leave your table until he made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. the hostess that was there was completely clueless. we asked to sit somewhere that was not as crowded and she told us that it was pretty much the only seat open. then a server which turned out to be our server told her that the seat i had requested was open. i had to be asked several times how i wanted my steak cooked by our server, i had to ask about suggestions on different meals that were offered on the menu only to be answered with generic responses. once we got our food by the wonderful Billy, our server pretty much forgot about us but every time Billy would walk by he would at least look in our direction to see if we needed anything. we greatly appreciate Billy he needs a raise or at least some recognition.

Damiana was an excellent server. She kept everything running smoothly and made sure we were never short on our drink orders. Thank you for your courteous and wonderful experience.

G’day mate, I popped into Outback Steakhouse the other day, and bloody oath, it was a ripper feed! The steak was cooked fair dinkum—juicy as, with a beaut char. Chips were spot on, crunchy and golden, none of that soggy rubbish. The vibe’s a bit of a yarn, reckon they’re trying to chuck an Aussie spin on it, but it’s more yank than true blue. Still, the tucker’s top-notch, and the service was flat out like a lizard drinking quick and friendly. Reckon I’ll be back for another burl. Solid 8/10, no dramas!

I ordered the ribeye with shrimp and the steak was moist & tender mouth watering goodness especially those bits with fat on them like the edges. MmmMmm

My Husband hosted a Christmas dinner party for his job. We had 22 people. They accommodated us very well, the orders from beginning to end were expedited in such an organized and timely manner. Our waitress (forgive me for forgetting her name) was only one person to take our orders and she did an amazing job. She was very patient and courteous! We also appreciate those that helped her serve. And to the Chefs, bar tender, host, and everyone else involved, thank you for a great experience and a great meal! Outback is a great restaurant to go alone or accompanied the food is great I particularly love the mushrooms and the steak so far it's cooked per my expectations this restaurant is one of my favorites to visit even though it's a little pricey. If you read my message and haven't visited Outback I suggest you do so you can judge for yourself. Happy eatings ☺️

First time I went had an issue with my steak not being cooked to my specifications and served at what can be described as room temperature and raw. The manager came to our table offered sincere apologies and promptly brought me another plate and decided not to charge me for it. Great service comes a long way and they redeemed themselves by providing great customer service. The drinks were great. Another observation I want to point out, we had the salted caramel cookie served at room temp as well which was a let down since the ice cream gets it colder and harder to eat. Went in a second time a few weeks later, the service was still great but I ordered something much simpler the second time around since I worried about the temperature of my food and it was good. My wife’s plates were on point both times we went, so I guess I was just unlucky 😌. I like the ambience in the restaurant, also the restroom is kept clean. Don’t worry Outback you haven’t lost me as a customer, I still recommend going as they have plenty of choices in their menu to eat from just might have to watch out when ordering medium-rare steaks.

On this day They were super short staffed so the experience was slower than usual. Our waitress katlyn did a great job of keeping us posted on meal updates and keeping our drinks/ appetizers full. Our meal was delicious as always. But they ran out of baked potato 🥔. Total price for 4 meals and drinks 158.00.

Food was okay, wouldn’t go back though . Our server was great and the hostess as well but the only women server working there today 6/1 seemed like she was more interested in talking with other employees than to serve. We said thank you twice to her when she brought our order and didn’t even bother saying anything. I guess she only had to respond to the people that were going to tip her. Overall the environment was alright, food was alright but our server was great

We decided to visit this place for our first time as we were celebrating our anniversary. Our appetizer was too grezy and my steak was to tough my husband burger was also to grezy then when I took a bit of my bread with butter it had a long hair on it our waitress only came to check on us like twice it was not to busy that she could have check on us more I only got one glass of water my husband had to keep looking for her to come and help us was our first time their but won't be returning my stomach get upset after I found the bread in my bread

Went one on Military drive. Food was good. I think they have a severe breakdown in how you wait a table. The waiter was nice but literally done nothing. After about 15 minutes,we had to ask where our drink were. Then everything else was done by the bus boy. He brought the bread,the appetizer,the salads,and the entree.He asked if we needed anything and was very helpful. We needed more bread and asked waiter when he came by. He went to the bus boy and told him while he just stood there talking to another female waitress. We felt bad for the bus boy.

typically it’s good when i come, however, i did come an hour before closing this time, so im giving our waitress the benefit of the doubt, but Storm had a very off putting vibe throughout the entire night that threw off the rest of my party’s mood as well as mine. She was very blunt and not welcome at all and we noticed her rolling her eyes at another person in my party. She wouldn’t smile at all even when we were trying to be politely nice, which i understood she was probably ready to go. she had forgotten my sauce for my salad, and luckily there were other waitresses that helped us out. if it wasn’t for them i probably would’ve given a 1 star for service. overall food was the same as normal, and i’d still go back.

Hardly anyone there on a Saturday evening. Easy to see why. Server made multiple mistakes with our order. We were hungry so we ate what was brought. It took so long to get drink refills I started going up to the bar. Everything was extra salty. Never going back. Too many other choices nearby.

Got a $39 ribeye it was burnt on one side I should have sent it back but I was just disappointed all together I just won't go back

I ordered the porterhouse and it was horrible. This is a steak house…this should not be happening. A good steak never requires steak sauce, nor does it need to be recooked.

First time visiting the Brooks City Base location. We went at 4 pm on a Sunday just for a drink at the bar. Place was pretty empty, not one person sitting at the bar. Cool! We should get fast service! Nope! We sat at the bar and the bartender completely ignored us. Chatted with other servers and didn't even make eye contact. Finally we asked for drink menus, ordered, and got our drinks. Bartender slid them on the bar with no coaster. I had to walk down the bar and get them myself. Water was dripping on us from the ceiling. Apparently the AC condensation? Had to get the manger to get our check as the bartender disappeared again for a really long time when we were ready to pay. Really bad service and they weren't even busy! Just busy chatting, I guess. Drinks were good, though.

Ordered a blooming onion for an appetizer and my main entree came out like 2 minutes later. I hate that. As fast as the food goes, if you like salt you’ll love this place. I didn’t finish most of it due to being overly salty. And I’m a salt guy. I’d skip this place and go somewhere else. As you can see from the photo, I’d barely touched the appetizer prior to my food arriving.

I always order delivery from here and my steak has been perfect every time, until last night. I get bone-in ribeye done medium but this more like well done which made it tough and dry. Very disappointed...

The people serving the food couldn't get it right who they gave it to. So my food sucks. Do they even try these drinks before they put them out there My mouth was on fire. I've had them before they were much better back then you place new environment seem like they didn't care

We ordered 18oz bone-in ribeye steak with bake potato and salad. The steak and potato were very salty. It appears somebody accidentally emptied a salt shaker all over the potateo skin and steak. We have eaten at Outback many times before and never ever tasted anything so bad before, especially when it cost so much.

So today I decided to bring my family to this restaurant. It was our first time ever eaten here ever especially because it was my husband‘s birthday so we brought his parents out along with my kids. The service was good and everything that was until the food started coming out. My husband and I received our food and it took at least 20 to 30 minutes from my husband‘s parents to receive their food so by the time they receive their food, we were already done with our food, and my kids was done too with their food. The manager approached us offered to take some things off. All you took off was $10 and we paid $147 towards the end was really bad service I mean the manager could’ve done a little bit better, especially because it was our first time experiencing this restaurant we brought my husband out to eat along with his parents And all we get is $10 comped off our ticket That not only that, but they messed up on my mother-in-law‘s steak and made her steak, medium rare when that’s not what she asked very disappointing I don’t think I’ll be back

Party of 2 Got there at 7pm, placed our drink order and appetizer. 15mins later told the waitress we were ready to order and we were still waiting for our drinks since we had only got waters from a busboy. Got served warm beers since they were left sitting at the bar. Placed our order for food waited 1hr and asked for our check to pay and leave. Our orders were a medium rare steak and ribs with fries and a salad and a grilled chicken with pasta and shrimp. No reason this should take as long as what it did. Never saw a manager or lead to check on orders or tables. Establishment needs some type of leadership which it is clearly lacking. First time ever at outback and probably my last time. If I could give a lower rating I would.

I went for the first time and I will never return!!! The hostess kept us waiting even though the place was empty. No one showed up at the table until 15 minutes later. The waiter took the order and never came back. The food was good, but we didn't enjoy it because of the poor service.

I came here on Veterans Day with a party of 7 total to get my Veterans Day deal. There was a line out the door to just talk to the hostess for a table. I mean it was Veterans Day so of course they were busy. No big deal. I called over the phone to get on the wait list while we did a bit of shopping. I was told wait an hour to get seated. After waiting an hour and a half and hearing nothing i called back just for an update. To which i was told they “didn’t see my name on the list” i asked if she can check my phone number because i received a text saying i was on the wait list. The hostess then said she “found it” and to come in because there’s a booth available, and also asked if that was okay because it normally seats 6. I replied “yes that’s fine, we can come in now right?” She said “yes. we’re going to get it cleaned right now.” Once i get in, the manager just randomly comes up.. flips a few pages, (in the midst of this tells the hostess how to accurately give someone a wait time by counting the number of tables currently seated, etc.) then says to me “i dont see your name” i was never addressed with a hello, or anything….i assumed she was the manager because she had on a pink shirt that day. Anywho, after being told by the manager she doesn’t see my name, i told her that i was just told that over the phone and that the young lady said she also didn’t see it but found it and to come in. To which the hostess replied “i didn’t say that. I told you you’d have to go back on the waitlist, and wait 4 hours, and you hung up” which was not true at all. Before hanging up i always confirm that everything is settled for clarity. Instead of owning up to her mistake she made me seem as if i was incompetent or lying. The manager also made no effort to help me in that instance. Me and all my friends just left and went to another restaurant. To which then i received a text saying my table was ready about 3 hours later. The wait time was never the issue. It was how it was improperly handled. Instead of saying “your wait time is longer than the time previously stated/ a mistake was made” they made it look like i was just crazy & making up a story. Won’t be returning to this location.
