The staff here was great! They were super friendly, and polite. Came here for lunch with one of my coworkers and they asked for 1000 island dressing; which they don’t offer; but Jacob went ahead and mixed some up for us. Thank you guys for making sure we enjoyed our meal great service deserves your loyalty and this will be my go to spot whenever we’re working in the area. See you guys next time!

Been to the Five guys in the city of Torrance CA and they didn't disappoint. Me and my wife like their burgers and Cajun fries. At this location I decided to try their Cheese & bacon hotdog which was really delicious. Wife got their cheeseburger and same for our daughter. Place is clean and organized. They have great service and our server was friendly and helpful which made our visit so much better, I believe his name is "LUKE'. So if you get Luke, he will offer his best game in customer satisfaction. I give them 5 ⭐ just because of Luke‼️

As great as any other five guys that I've been too. Plenty of toppings and the fresh batch of fries keeps everything hot in the bag. All worth the price and the best way to have a fast food burger

Great burger. Possibly the best far casual burger around. Juicy, fresh and all the toppings you wasn't at no extra charge. Service is quick and friendly and they will go the extra mile for a special request. The fries? My favorite fries. They fill a huge amount into a cup and then the same amount into the bag. Cooked in peanut oil. Bad news for allergies but sooo good.

I've visited three locations for Five Guys burgers and all of them had friendly & patient staff serving customers. I've read other reviews of messy floors containing peanut shells and I didn't see any. The food was amazing. I really like the quantity of customizable fixings one can order on their burger. I tried a milkshake for the first time here and it was awesome. Nothing bad can be said by me.

Best fries and burgers around. The prices might seem high, but they are 100% worth it. They are never scarce when handing out their fries in the bag and always leave me enough to have some later. I think that everyone should try a five guys burger and fries at least once. As long as you don't have peanut allergies, this is a great place with great food.

Burger good, fries average, service good, nothing fancy about the establishment, but what do you expect out of a fast food. It' good but the prices are way too high for what you get. The food is not 2 to 3 times better than the other burger places.

Good burgers, fries are just ok, a single order of fries feeds our family of five for 2 reasons. 1 they always give you extra fries, 2 we don't eat that many fries here as they are not that great to us. IMO McDonald's has the best fries. There is a McDonald's around the corner from this place. But that drive thru for fries and a large coke then head over to five guys for the bacon double cheeseburger with your choice of toppings. That makes a great meal.

Burger good, fries average, service good, nothing fancy about the establishment, but what do you expect out of a fast food. It' good but the prices are way too high for what you get. The food is not 2 to 3 times better than the other burger places.

It's a good burger, a bit on the expensive side when comparing to a In N Out but still worth the stop. Good burgers, fries are just ok, a single order of fries feeds our family of five for 2 reasons. 1 they always give you extra fries, 2 we don't eat that many fries here as they are not that great to us. IMO McDonald's has the best fries. There is a McDonald's around the corner from this place. But that drive thru for fries and a large coke then head over to five guys for the bacon double cheeseburger with your choice of toppings. That makes a great meal.

When I asked for one I was told they don't do that. I wonder if that's why we were the only black people in there?

This is a terrible Hot Dog... and with a regular size coke $10. Rip off. Great one & coke at Costco $1.62

First time to Five Guys... Did not have a good experience. I purchased a Bacon Cheese Dog with mustard and onions. The hot dog is small and reportedly beef, sliced in half (don't know why), the cheese is a basic yellow/wax type cheese which was cold, and the bacon was diced but ok. With tax, it was just under $10. I recommend going to the store and getting a pack of beef dogs and buns for the same price (probably fit the onion into that budget as well). Additionally, I asked the employee to avoid using a bag because I would eat in the restaurant, but he put the dog in the bag anyway. Then he promptly grabbed roughly 12-15 napkins and added that to the bag. I saved the extra napkins, but jeez, let's not waste so much Five Guys.

We watched them make our hamburgers THEN started cooking a batch of fries for our order. Just a poorly run setup. Stay away. --- Really, really slow. Lots of chatting, not a lot of orders coming out. 2 cheeseburgers and a little fry was $25, and a 20 minute wait. This location just isn't one to go to.
