Very good food it is served hot and it's delicious to eat . If you are in the mood for some flavorful food ? Go to panda express you will be glad you went there .
I love panda express but I feel some of the employees serve you less food than others . They don't hook you up! Lol
There was no line here when I went. The food was served hot and tasted freshly made. The service was fast.
Go to place if you like the best Chinese fast food...great chow mein noodles and my favorites walnut shrimp and orange chicken...ummmm
The was freshly made and the lady that took our order was super nice! Thank you!
Geo was really good! Crisp, fast, excellent service!
Food was piping hot and really hit the spot! I had a two entree with a chicken egg roll and everything was delicious. Panda is my go to spot for a quick dinner.
Huge portions, clean space and very friendly stuff, I enjoyed dining in here
Vegan options are yummy
Thank you KARLA at Encino store. I really appreciate your help to complete my order and guides me how to use the app to redeem my points. Thank you!!

I honestly don't understand those who put 1 star. I love Panda and visit this restaurant in different areas and this one is my favorite. The staff is always friendly, they put a lot of food, and the tables are always clean.
We came in last minute and had a very big order. Robert the shift lead was very accommodating. He along Google with the staff were so nice really. We appreciate their customer service and his attention to detail. I highly recommend this place!
All the employees were very professional, even when patrons were yelling there orders. The staff stayed cool, calm, and collected. Food quality was also topnotch. I have visited many Pandas after the pandemic and this one has excellent quality. Excelsior!!
Big ups to Ben! He’s one of the best line workers I’ve had at Panda! Took his time and was diligent. Even when he was faced with pressure by busy lines and a strict manger, he persevered! S/o to Brendan who keeps that place like a well oiled machine! Y’all rock!
Good was great, my personal favorite was the orange chicken, which had a bit of a hot bite, but was delicious. Nice location with plenty of parking. Employees are pleasant. The food is always properly prepared, served hot, and well marked for heat.
I want to let everyone know that Tanner, working in the Encino location, was lovely to us and all the customers. He approached each one of us and greeted asking if we needed anything. He was super kind and sweet. Thank you!
Ordered using the app, was ready for pickup within 15 minutes. Staff was masked, pleasant, food bagged and ready on time. Faces the Free Parking, on the east side of the main mall entrance. Handicap access on east of stairs near the Panda. Lots of Free Parking upstairs, around the sides and back and under the mall, elevators to both levels. Afterwards stop at the Paris Baguette by the east driveway to pick up affordable desserts.

Standard Panda Express. The food was good. The set up of the location was like an echo chamber and one of the employees was very loud, which was a little obnoxious.
Ok on the portions, could be a little more of the entrée and the sides and I know this is not all Pandas but who every owns this one is cheap.
You know what to expect when coming to P.I., just wish they actually didn't level off every morsel of food in that serving spoon.
Food is ok Place is nice Tried a new mushroom chicken, was salty. We’ve always felt the noodles and fried rice are undercooked. It’s ok when it’s hot, the moment it’s cold, it’s hard to chew. This is consistent with all locations we’ve eaten at.

Now I’m not one to complain, but I was really frustrated by the service here. I had a free meal because my order last time was messed up. When I ordered I told the cashier, Destiny, that I actually had a free meal. She asked me if I knew the name of the manager I talked to. I didn’t remember the name, and so she went on to tell me that since I didn’t know the name of the manager that I was going to pay. Now it’s fine if I needed to pay at the end of the day, but the way she treated me was unacceptable. I told her look I have a free meal I can give you the name if you would like. She was like no just insert the card. I didn’t know if she heard me do to the mask, so I raised my voice slightly to tell her that they had taken down my name and to tell them I had a free meal. The cashier (named earlier) then said “you need to stop raising your voice at me”. I was completely thrown off by this. I was there because someone messed up my order and I just wanted to claim my free meal but this lady who has been incredibly rude to me then tells me I’m the one who was at fault. The shift leader (I’m assuming) named Aria (I think) did a great job and was so kind and offered to help out by finding out if the manager I had spoken to put my name in the book. Now the cashier then goes on in front of my face tell the other employees who were working beside her (and the manager) that I was being rude to her. I apologize if my voice was loud, I assumed she couldn’t hear me and I could see how the beginning part of this interaction may have been a misunderstanding, but that is no excuse for her to tell other employees in front of my face how rude I was and how I raised my voice at her. The shift leader helped me find my name and sorted things out. After I left I said thank you, and the cashier didn’t say anything and just stared at me. I’m not expecting a free meal or any compensation as I already got the free meal for something based on a food-related issues. This is a customer service issue.

2 females employees not well trained. always with bad attitude.. 1 male employee withness how the female treat me and he didn't do anything.
They messed up my last order didn't find out till I got home so when I went this time I explained and showed pictures of the issue with the receipt I thought they would comp my meal for the inconvenience but instead gave me an employee discount... not sure if I will be going back to this location you would think in this day and age they would take care of there customers Foods great and to be expected Service from management C- Staff is great
Incredibly rude and disregarding big lady line worker. This occurred today at around 6 o clock where I asked for black pepper angus steak and white rice but the steak was out and I was okay with waiting. I waited around 18 minutes which I had no problem with, but the utter disregard of my bowl when I noticed that steak had been refilled well over a while ago considering there was now a little portion left after people had been coming in and ordering, yet I was never once called to pick up my bowl that I was waiting on. When I asked what happened to my bowl showing the receipt to the same line worker that told me to wait for the steak originally, didn’t even apologize, much less make eye contact with me. She even proceeded to make it incorrectly with the wrong side before I had told her that wasn’t apart of my bowl and when she was finished she just slid my bowl across the glass in a rude way with the little portion of the steak that was left. I saw she had no problem communicating and chatting very much with her coworkers, so I wonder what made this part of her job so difficult.

I have ordered from Uber eats a few times and this place is horrible with their portion sizes. They always forget to add the fortune cookie.
Taste the same as typical panda express, but the portions are smaller with every visit. What's wrong with you guys?
Worst location I’ve ever been to! Rude and uncompromising female worker.
the most skimpy portions ive ever seen
Very disappointing. Entree on their website but did not have also spring rolls on website but not at location. Women who helped us very rude.
the chow mien is all onions here.. no noodles and they barely give you any meat
They really need to work on their employees attitude 😒 they treat you like they are doing you a favor for serving you
They are slow to put food out, and don’t do a great job with customer service.
Worse location ever!! Takes forever to get your order . The workers seem pissed all the time and so does the Manager . It doesnt matter if theres only one person in the line or 7 it still takes forever for you to get something . Would deff avoid this location rude staff forsure!
Trays are always empty. You have to wait at least 10 minutes. They indirectly Force you to get what's available, and not what you desire. White rice is extremely dry. They're Penny pinchers. They wouldn't give you a little extra. Cheapest ownership. Horrible management. Service people are obnaxiously rude. Most of the rude people are Asian females. They show no respect. They're loud and unprofessional. I will spend my money elsewhere.
Employees prioritize online orders vs customers in line. Give a lot of Cho main but skip out on meat.
Manager very rude while I am doing a podcast saying I can’t film here. Nasty attitude . I’m a paying customer I don’t deserve while a am paying for my food and doing podcast at the same time. No tip👎
Ordered online. They charged my credit card. Got a text from the delivery driver to call the store. Called 8 times and they didn't answer. The driver marked the order as delivered, got charged, didn't get the food. SMH
The drink machine is not working, leaving you only with the option of buying bottled drinks if you want water. The water AND the soda were $3.10 plus tax each even though the advertised price on the list of items at the top was $2.50 / $2.80. I suspect the store is trying to scam customers. Avoid if you can.
First, they spread the noodles so it looks they gave you a lot of food. Then they put few pieces of chicken on the noodles. They rush you so you don't have an opportunity to ask them to be fair with the food portions. The workers are rude when you ask something. They also should call it orange skin since there was no chicken and it was all skin. Then they have the audacity to ask for donations. This is theft. I will not go to panda express again. We should all boycott Panda Express just like McDonald's and Starbucks. These fast food restaurants are out of control.

Tall skinny man who looks like he could be a manger، Completely ignored my son and I, for more than 10 minutes waiting to order food. There was no one ahead us or behind us. Just the two of us waiting As he was preparing another meal and speaking to other employees. He didn’t make eye contact. He didn’t say hi. He didn’t acknowledge me and my eight-year-old son who was so excited to have panda express tonight at all. intentionally avoided eye Contact for the whole 10 minutes that I’m standing there and looking at him and everybody else is doing their own business and nobody even looked at us or said hi or said we’ll be right with you. Absolutely nothing, complete ignorance. People like him should not have a job where customer service is appropriate it.
Food is not already prepared. You order and you have to wait about 20 minutes for it to be cooked standing around. Meanwhile employees are being served food while the customers are left waiting. There are more employees eating food at the tables than there are customers. The customer should be the priority of who gets to eat first and not the employees. Employees should probably be not eating in the same location as the customers to I least not give the impression that the employees have more worth than the costumers. Every time I come here all the employees are doing are sitting at the tables eating and chatting away. I ordered half vegetables and half chow mein. I basically got about two pieces of broccoli with a bunch of chow mein noodles piled up on top of it. It certainly was not half and half but about 90% noodles. Napkin dispensers are not even filled and you have to wait another 10 minutes for someone to fill the napkin containers. Absolutely horrible customer service. If you want to grab a bite to eat before seeing a movie in the same mini mall, most likely you're going to miss start of your movie.
I'm not sure who promoted Branden as the supervisor. I've been going to Panda Express since I moved to the US and California so we're talking decades. I never seen a manager with a nasty attitude of no eye contact with the customer and making the customer feel like they're lying and insulting their intelligent. I think Brandon is liking social skills and how to interact. I miss the Panda Express at the old location next to Ralphs and I missed the old manager. Please note that the other employees they were great.
My recent visit to Panda Express left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the rude demeanor of an associate named Andrea. Her attitude seemed to drive away other customers, and to add to the frustration, my order was lost while waiting in line. This experience has left a lasting impression, and regrettably, I won't be returning to this particular Panda Express location.
I understand this may be a one time occurrence but livid can’t even describe how I feel right now. I hate to be a total “Karen” but I ate here for lunch, which I have many times before, and became very ill. It hadn’t been more than 10 minutes after eating that I began to puke. I went back and explained what had happened and asked if I could get a refund. When I explained that I did not receive a receipt the manager I spoke with refused to help me any further. I understand that you may need a code off of a receipt but there has to be another way, it is not my fault I got sick nor is it my fault that their employee did not give me a receipt. I’m just so upset that now not only am I sick but because of employee error they refused to help me further.
I think they just put anywhere in the kitchen. I love Panda Express food from other locations but this one in Encino (next to my office) it’s really bad, the food and flavor is bad. Maybe people in the kitchen is inexperienced and the food just tastes like it’s undercooked. Ryan the cashier it’s really nice and gives good customer service.
The menu prices in the internet are different than in the restaurant; on top of that they charge me $1.25 for the entry claiming that was a premium entry. The menu has no indication that they are premium which make your menu a false advertising. I will report this to the California State authorities. I have copies of both menus. I hope you can give me a better explanation.
