As a ten year old, I can easily say that this chill is is the best chillis ever, I would even consider that this place has the best food. Me and my sisters favorite is the classic ribeye with fries. Overall this is the best food I have gotten.
I had a truly awful awesome experience at Chili’s in Ennis Texas. On my way home from Dallas back to Houston. The waitress, bartender, concierge, and many added tional hats she wears, Jordon made the experience even more delightful. I could tell she enjoys her job and especially enjoys interacting with the customers. Thank you Jordon for a wonderful experience and great food experience!
Always a good experience here. One of the better overall food restaurants here.
If chilis is looking for an example of how to run other locations this is it.
I don't think Chili's is a place for me. I would rather Applebee's. The people are friendly and the service was great. They had a full house too.
Service was on point, the food was great. We had a good time and so definitely be back!
Came in late, like 45 minutes before closing, not the ideal time to do so specifically during Home Coming. However this was not an issue and everyone was cheerful and helpful. The serving staff was attentive and kept the drinks full. One small hick up with the meal, really a non-issue in the grand scheme of things, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right for us. This is one Chili's I will gladly return to.
By far the best Chili's we've ever been to. The service was exceptional. There was no delay for anything. I ordered a steak- it was cooked perfectly- (I wish I could hold that... perfectly)! The alcoholic beverage after dinner was delicious. There was nothing to complain about except the fact that we don't live close enough to go more often!!!
Not usually my first choice due to management. However new management and a great experience. Everything ordered was as it should have been. It was served warm and with a friendly smile. Best is how they cleaned after each customer. Disinfected the seats, table and the credit card machine on the table. Outstanding job.
They have stepped up. I was pleased with the ribs, honey Chipotle tenders, Mexican street corn, The sampler trio with the sliders was so good and the Tiki drink. The food was fresh and hot. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Everyone was working hard and had smiles on their faces. I forgot to get a picture. Lol
The wait staff here is simply amazing! The service we received at this location is some of the best service we have received in a long time. We definitely will be bypassing our own Chili's and driving 20 minutes to come here in the future. The food is off the grill fresh. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Great experience overall!
We had wonderful service. We had a birthday party of 20 people. Everyone loved the service and food.
we are repeat customers and the service is always top notch...love it here!!! DRE & Mo are the best bartenders..
Food was amazing, the server Lisa was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Very friendly environment. Will be back soon
Sylvia was the best! Top notch service!
Perfect dining experience. From the friendly greeting we received from the hostess to the kind enthusiastic help we got when paying with the Ziosk. Food was made to order and served piping hot. Even though our server had a large party to take care of in addition to us, she did a perfect job! She received support from the rest of the staff. Our drinks never ran dry, our chips & salsa were on the table before we finished ordering and our salads came out immediately. The manager stopped by to check on us and see if we needed anything. Chiles in Ennis hit a home run! Experiences like this is why we choose Chile's first.
I went here recently with a friend and it was impressive. The hostess, Robin, sat us quickly and professionally, promising our server's appearance shortly. When she did arrive, Itzayana treated us with the utmost respect and hospitality - a glowing demeanor reflected in her quick service and helpful commentary when choosing what we'd eat. It was clear from her interactions with other tables that she knew what she was doing, and executed it wonderfully. In every aspect of this restaurant, you could tell the employees meshed well with each other; the staff is incredible.
We stopped in to have a couple beers while waiting for check-in at Days Inn. The bartender was GREAT ! I think her name was Syliva (?). She had total command of the bar, talking with all the regulars. We stayed until shift change to get more words of wisdom from the bartender. If you have some time to kill, stop by Chili's for great Happy Hour specials and and Excellent bartender.
Friendly staff, great food, and a clean, welcoming vibe. Best Chili’s experience I’ve had—feels like a local gem!
Shelley Green you were awesome. The folks the come there regularly love you and my first time there was awesome...those are "cheese fillets" not cheese sticks. I for sure will be back when I come through there. Thank you very much.
Enjoyed watching college football while we dined. Friendly wait staff.
Food was wonderful, and service was much more than adequate. Everything was prompt and easy, from being sat at the table by our wonderful host Christian with a brilliant smile, to being waited on by our incredibly skilled server Hailey - who on multiple occasions delivered refills in a manner where I didn't even see her pass, flicking to each table like a bolt of lightning. Apetizers were a fair price, along with the actual entrees. One of the things I'd ordered never showed up (something I didn’t even notice because of how well the evening was going) and when brought to attention, the server fixed the problem with ease. Now, I've been to chilis before, including this location, and I've never been this impressed. You have a truly magnificent crew there, I will definitely recommend this place to all that listen.
My server was Gabriel he was a legend the best of the best like no other very respectful and kind the man deserves a raise for being such a good worker
Sylvia is the best bartender around! She’s fun, attentive and always on top of things!
Muradija always treats us well and provides the best service.
I’ve eaten here several times while staying at the hotel. Always good. They did mess up the fajitas last time I was there but manager corrected it promptly and the waitress was an absolute sweetheart.. She noticed the mess up right away and I didn’t even have to say anything. Those guys are awesome!!
Friendly staff, Hugh portion of the meal, very clean environment, I stopped there for lunch and I ordered the baby back ribs and it comes with corn and fries, it was delicious, good cook, the taste was good and I enjoyed, and I like the way that I can pay my check from the desk and it seems very easy.
Had an enjoyable early dinner at the Chili's. You can't beat their burger deal. Service was fantastic along with the food and drinks. Muradija made sure our food was prepared to order, delivered fast and our drinks never saw empty. Always a good time!
Came in to see my favorite bartender, Ms. Sylvia. I love coming in to get a drink and Sylvia works so hard and yet is always kind ❤️ There’s no better place to come then Chilis in Ennis for a drink and wind down seshhh
The first Chili's opened in a converted Dallas post office with green paint and a darkened bar atmosphere. The founders, Lavine, Buckner, and Foshee, kept the menu simple with burgers, fries, tacos, and chili, plus 75 cent beers and $1.50 margaritas. The frozen margarita, a Dallas staple, became a menu mainstay.
I came in with my husband and son ate dinner with Muradya last night Friday night she gave exceptional service I had trip fajitas and the guys had steak and shrimp. Ennis chilis
Friday night dinner with the fam Muradijia took great care of us great service and food awesome thanks so much see you soon 🌶 Ennis
Sylvia is the best. She knows how to handle my husband’s picky order and is always attentive to us.
Stopped in for some non gas station or fast food. Sat at the bar, had a couple drinks and the ribeye. The beer was cold and the steak was perfect. Cooked just the way I asked for. Will definitely be back!
Chili's is a good place to eat. The prices are comparable to other local restaurants. They have a nice selection of food and drinks. And their desserts are just as tasty as they look too.
Food was great, but dammit why do they keep changing the menu? Our waitress JoJo was very attentive, the restaurant was busy and we had good service and quick eats.
Lisa was amazing! Service was quick, accurate and made us feel welcome. Steak was cooked perfectly and our drinks was perfect. Highly recommend coming and definitely recommend Lisa!
Chili's $10.99 *3forMe* is where it's at! Not sure how long this promo will last but it's my understanding, it is all day long M-F but is quite the deal considering a fountain drink itself is $3.19. Depending on how hungry you are, there are 2 more tiers for $14.99 & $16.99 which also include an drink and appetizer. The QP Cheeseburger, SmashBurger, chips n salsa, side salad were just enough for us & to spend less than $25 for two people can't be beat. Service was friendly & swift, food was fresh & hot, please tip well as we did because we will be back, 3forMe or not. Note, Cotton Patch across the highway charges $3.95 for fountain drinks, kind of making their $9.99 daily special pointless. Thank you Chili's! We stopped in for lunch on 8.1, mom had the Ribeye this time while I had to get the SmasBurger again. Katie was our server and was great, thank you...! ~CCG
Update: my daughter and I met here Sunday, June 30th. Only 1 kiddo with us at our recent visit. His food was great! He loved it. My daughter and i both ordered the ribeye. Mine "looked" amazing against her's. I wouldn't have served both of those to the same table! Her's was separated and just not pretty like mine! Although mine looked good...it was just a great sear. I ordered medium and it was rare. They did cook it more. Then it was too done....well done rather than medium. Usually when you have to send something back to the kitchen a manager will come visit your table to make sure all was fixed...didn't happen. My bill was expensive so you can guarantee that I took that home to my critters. Someone may as well try to enjoy it! It was just the steaks. Our sides were great. But we sure did want those steaks to be awesome! *This visit was early dinner and spent $20-$30 per person* *Great experience for granddaughter's 7th birthday 🎂 🥳 All the grandkids love Chili's ❤️
Chili’s in Ennis is “The BOMB!!” After waiting forever at a different Chili’s… we were seated Immediately once we got here!! The Waitresses were ON IT!! Kayleigh & Hailey are AWESOME!! They were a GREAT TEAM!! Very attentive to our needs, and was quick at getting our food out!! Everything was HOT And DELICIOUS!! Good Food, Fast Service, Clean Restaurant, Highly Recommended!!! It is well worth the 20 minute extra drive from Corsicana for A GREAT place to eat!! Thank you guys for being #1! Ps… (They we’re very busy… yet still FAST!) right behind us they seated a group of 14 - no problem!! Fast - yet still Awesome!!

Very pleasantly surprised at how good this steak tasted!! And all sides were seasoned well and very fresh tasting. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and helpful. Will definitely be back!!
Great service! The workers are super friendly. I came here after a tournament with my basketball team and from the jump the ambiance was amazing. Let me not even start on the food, superb. This was…
This location still has some of the best salads. In addition, avocado ranch a rarity in salad dressing. Yes, a must in Ennis Texas. I will visit again, but remember, apparently, staff appears to change on a regular basis. Food remains great and service.
Traditional Chilis food and service. Decent food at a great price. Fast friendly service Join the club and get free chips and salsa
Happy Hour is good. Good price on margaritas. Hate that they force you to check yourself out on that stupid machine. Everytime a server makes me do that it cuts their tip in half. I'm a really good tipper usually but ... Last time we were there I only tipped 18%. Sorry.
Not sure why this sign is up? Might be an old sign but does not apply with Texas law. "The unlicensed possession of a weapon on these premises is a felony with a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment and fine not to exceed $10,000."
We stopped here for food after a long day, and we were not greeted well, got our chips after 25 minutes of being sat, then our food was another 45 minutes, hair in our ranch, rarely checked to …

Not so great service our waitress disappeared and the manager and another wait staff member had to bring us our food and wait on us. She did return to bring us our bill. The food tasted great, although my fiance ordered the chilli and we ordered one to go. It was very good but the portion could be a little more it was more like a snack than it was a meal.
Food was ok. Waitress acts like she hates her job. Restaurant and bathroom were totally disgusting.
My experience at chili’s was not a pleasant one. Our Server Lisa was very rude, she did not get our order correct nor did she deliver any of our food. She not once checked up on us to see if we needed anything we had to ask the nice Bartender Shaq who quickly assisted us. We waiting on our food for almost an hour only for it to be cold and wrong.
Usually when I ask for a bag for the chips to go they give me a free bag lately I'm just getting the bag itself which is fine but I'm used to getting the full bag
Unfortunately there was a hair in my food. Mandy the manager instead of being apologetic & respectful she expected me to tell 3 different people I had a hair in my plate. Also assume I enjoyed my meal since I put the hair aside to finish my food since Ms Mandy was not made aware of the hair until 45 mins later.
We were there 5 min after opening. Our food was served at 11:20 a.m. The Big Mouth Bites were blackened and dry. Got no napkins and no refill on tea -- glass went dry. Had to flag down another server to get the tab. She gets our server and she wants to know if we are ready to order. We get our tab and funny thing -- no time in for our order only time out -- 11:39 a.m. Does your servers share their tips with the runner? This server should. Oh by the way, our server needs to tie her hair back -- long hair fell over her shoulders -- good thing she wasn't serving food! Don't know if I'll be back. The worse experience I've had at Chili's!!!
Cheeseburgers are pretty solid and Tammy is the best waitress ever. But the $20 price for a drink, burger, and fries is ridiculous. Also put the salt and pepper back in the table.
Dining in is fine. If you order online, it’s going to be WAY later than the estimated time on the website.
Chili's has always been a lovely outing for my husband and me. He loves the baby back ribs and I love several things here. However. Y'all made a big mistake in taking the street corn off the menu. HUGE mistake. You broke my husband's heart. Please heal his broken heart by returning his beloved street corn 🙏🏻.
We were visiting out of town and wanted somewhere to go that was simple and probably pretty decently thought. I got the surf and turf. The steak had absolutely no crust and no seasoning. I asked for medium but it was more on the blue side and was almost inedible. I managed to eat about half of it if that. The shrimp I had were probably the worst shrimp I've ever eaten. I'm not sure what they were cooked in but it was probably a microwave. They were a little bit rubbery and just very greasy with very little flavor. Waitress was okay but mostly absent. A couple of people's food at our table came out kind of cold and the strawberry lemonade we got came out very not cold. It was weird. My wife said her meal was good, she ordered the brisket quesadillas. I'll take that as my sign to not go to Chili's.
There are unsanitary practices that appear to be known to management. This one needs to have their kitchen surprise inspected by the health department.
Worst experience ever gave me a burger raw two times in a row service is trash don't go there

I knew better but I ordered the ribeye. It was God-awful! It was tough, had no taste at all and medium rare came out nearly raw.I did not think it was possible to mess up French fries but they were terrible too. And of course with every Chili's I've ever been to the service was super slow. The waitress could not even answer questions about menu items. This restaurant chain is on my never again list.
Disrespect and lack of communication! I wish they should get better treat each other and service! Mangers and the boss don’t care about deaf culture and judge on us during we were visit last time
Attempted to dine in- place was 1/4 full. We were seated fast, waited over 15 minutes. Watched multiple people enter after us, get seated and place drink order and receive there utensils. My family and I got up and left, no one even looked our direction.
Sat down at the bar. Ordered drinks and then 5 mins later ordered food. Checked on the ETA of the food 30 mins later and the bartender never even put he order in. Was not very apologetic for her negligence. I’d recommend hiring a bartender that’s not 100 years old. I believe there is two that work there that are super old that chat with the regulars the whole time and neglect everyone else.
Can't ever cook steaks. Chewy like bubble gum. Ordered 3 steaks medium got them medium rare took 10 mins back in the kitchen and they were still medium rare and like bubble gum. The manage said he would take half off the food we didn't eat but then only took $5 off each. Won't go back.
The service is usually bad so I don't know why I expect different when I go. This is the first time I have posted my experience. It's ok at night if you are at the bar, but if you order food expect a long wait whether they are busy or not, it doesn't matter. I went in today for lunch. The bar tender asked what I wanted to drink. I told her Diet Coke, she left me a menu and I never saw here again. After 10 min someone else asked me if I ordered a drink. I said yes but I'm not staying. I went to the Cotton Patch which has better service and much better food.
I tried to apply as a server here. A sever with 10 years of experience. With a TABC license and a food handler’s certificate. After I had already applied on the link that they had available. Called to check on it, the woman “manager” said they absolutely do not hire servers there. I would have to apply as a host and then work my way up to a server. Idk how many times I’ve personally ate at this restaurant and they never have enough servers on the floor. So now we all know why they don’t have enough servers lol because they won’t hire any. Can’t help a business that doesn’t want to be helped I guess.
Tonight I ordered some drinks and made the mistake of ordering the bone in chicken wings. OMG, 🤮 yuck. The were loaded with fat, horrible. Every bite was layered with fat. I have never, ever seen anything like it in my life. I will never eat there again. WARNING TO THE WISE: DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN WINGS AT THIS JOINT YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Absolutely the worst experience ever!! The waiter Kennedy literally told someone over the walkie-talkie that she was watching us as if we were some kind of animals to watch while I was trying to pay. But before hand when I asked her for the ticket she asked cash or card? I told her card .( As you know one uses the machine to complete the transaction ). She took my card and said people have been walking out without paying . I told her that was not the case. Mind you there were some people sitting behind me who were of European descent who were not told what I was told before paying. She was being racist and racially profiling my family and me! I will be contacting corporate to make a formal complaint. The manager apologized but it was far pass any repairs.. if I could rate it no star I would
We stopped in for a quick lunch. We thought it’d be nice to relax for about 45 minute. It took almost 30 minutes just to get drinks. The staff was slow, the bartender constantly forgot what we ordered or needed, and the kitchen took forever for soup/salad combo, burger, and lunch plate. After over an hour and a half we were back on the road. Never stopping here again.
Was seated immediately. The waitress went to her friends table 1st, then took over an hour to get my 8 yr olds drink. I asked 2 different people to get it and was blown off. Then waited 30 more minutes to be able to order. 2 hours later no food still, asked for a manger and no one came out, my husband went to demand a manager and he had nothing but excuses!!
Worst service ever. Got my order wrong...tried to bring correct order out 45 minutes later...told them I wasn't paying for it. Manager came to the table "waitress said you want your dinner to go", and I said nope....see walked away. Will never go.here again.....C-U NEXT TUESDAY Ladies!!!
The worst steak I have had it was dry did not have the garlic butter on it . My granddaughter got Mac and cheese it was dry and clumsy my daughter steak was not cooked right and my. Son in laws fajitas were not cooked right it's half beef and half chicken because they run out of beef
We never run in to problems with this restaurant. We go often but tonight we were not happy customers. So we purchased the meal for 4 fajitas came with the works plus rice and beans sounds good huh. For $45 we get it home and there are no rice or beans I live 20 miles away so that was it for dinner. Call them they say you can come get your rice and beans, no dinner is done with only half of it and that's all she can do. She can't refund anything, so she offered a gift card. We will see... Management needs to train a little more on there employees that make sure everything is in the order before sending it out.
Poorly managed location, zero accountability from manager. To go orders are a mess. Had to sit up there with my baby and sick family at home for an hour, for a to go order that I placed from my house before I ever left to go pick it up. They knew part of my order was missing when I arrived, they let all of the other food get cold, and took almost an hour to make a cheeseburger.
Ennis, TX. Unfortunately one full star was the lowest I could leave! Where do I start? I love my local Chili's and frequent them. I will be reconsidering visiting them when I'm a broad. Walked in and it was NOT very busy, and plenty of available seating. Was seated immediately and waiting almost 15 min before the waiter came and asked for our drink order. Another 13 minutes later 6 drinks were served. 10 minutes later a waitress came over and asked if we were interested in an appetizer. 5 minutes later appetizer was delivered with a large complimentary queso because of the long wait. 13 minutes went by and another waitress comes and takes our order. 32 minutes later half the food is cold, 2 of the orders are incorrect. Went into the mens restroom where I had to walk through a floor soaked in urine and some paper towels all over the floor. Not a good impression, and definitely poorly managed. The manager did come to our table, and I would recommend he take classes in leadership. A company is only as strong as the weakest link. Customer service starts from the top and funnels down.
We went to chilis in Ennis the other night and they had a large baseball team there. Our waitress rarely came and checked on our table. She ignored us when we tried to get her attention to ask for a togo box. Then when we were finally able to ask her she had a horrible attitude.
Overpriced for unseasoned bland burgers and watered down margaritas. If yall like that kind of stuff than this is the place for you. But we wont be going back. Ever.
Update: Chili's was kind enough to offer a gift card for free food on the next visit. Management agreed that a cell phone should not be required to get onto the seating list and said they'd advise staff. The gift card was emailed right after i voiced my complaint and I apologize for not updating this sooner. We haven't used the gift card yet, but thank you very much for this gesture of kindness. Army Captain Refused Service on Veteran's Day because he didn't have a phone. Upon arrival at Chili's around 5:30, we noticed at least 3 empty tabletops in the dining area. A party of 3, including a veteran, was ahead of us. The hostess told us there'd be a wait of 20-30 minutes and said we could sit in the bar if we'd like. I misunderstood and did not realize she was asking if we wanted to eat in the bar, so we simply remained standing in the entry and I asked to view a Veteran's Day menu. She handed that to me and asked which we were choosing, the bar or dining area. Now she asked the army captain for his phone number, and he said he didn't have his phone with him. She asked for my number and I too had left my phone at home. She told us that she could not enter us onto the waiting list without a phone. At this point, I said, in a bewildered tone," Well, then I guess we will have to leave and go elsewhere?" She offered no solution, only that we couldn't get onto the list without a phone, so we said we'd leave and she never offered any solution. Once outside, I asked the captain, who has cancer, and might not want to bother with this, if he'd mind if I go ask for a manager. We went inside, asked for a manager, and were told that we'd have to wait, because 2 others were ahead of us. She pointed toward 2 young women. I shrugged at the ladies and said that it's a busy day for the manager. After a couple of minutes, we decided to just post a review, rather than spend more time at Chili's waiting for someone with common sense. After all, the hostess could have simply entered her number or Chili's and then just used her words to tell us when our table was ready, as we were right by the hostess stand. I've been a loyal Chili's client since 1975, going to the original Dallas location on Greenville Ave. I think we are done.
They kept it so cold in that location I had an earache by the time I left asked several employees to turn the air down it was freezing cold my appetizers never came after 25 minutes of not being served literally I told the manager to cancel my order completely disappointed after 30 minutes left with no food and freezing won't go back to that location period
Ordered 6 Oz steak medium with 6 shrimp added got the steak back and it was very rare to the point of when I cut it open blood got all over my mashed potatoes and shrimp, I sent the whole plate back because who wants to eat bloody mashed potatoes and shrimp. I waited 20 minutes before just canceling the order then seconds later the Manger comes out with my food and says oh you don't want it now I was just making sure they cooked it right, never apologizes about the wait. Charges me for my drink and appetizer full price and side salad $6.09...never again
The Chili's in Ennis was a disappointment. Our appetizer of chips and queso came as Chili queso. Our fajitas were flavorless with cold rice and beans. An order of honey chilpolte crispers came as the Nashville style and they were too salty to eat. We waited for our waitress to bring this to her attention, but she was tending bar. We finally were able to get another waitress to let her know and after about 15 minutes, she made her way to our table. She apologized and sent an order for the honey chilpolte crispers. We asked to cancel the order because we were unwilling to wait as long as we did earlier for our food. She didn't remove the wrong order from our bill. We paid and left.
This place needs new management and to lower prices or give better portion sizes: Y’alls portion size is that of a kids meal but yall are charging a heck of a lot. These itty bitty strips and 15 fries should not be 15.00. It’s like y’all count these fries out each time! and note: MY SON HAD ACTUALLY GIVEN ME SOME OF HIS FRIES (without my knowledge) so it was less than this in the box! I will not be back!
Worst experience I ever had ask the bartender for a Togo box she handed me a box that been out since i seat down she gave to someone else wen I asked for another one the threw it on the ground n said I guess you don’t want that one and also she had someone drink just seating around for hours then try to serve
I called in an order for cajun pasta without shrimp, I get to the restaurant and of course , there's shrimp in my pasta. I explained to the to go staff member that I cannot eat shrimp. And I reiterated that on the phone I asked for no shrimp. She apologized said she would remake my order. I said, thank you.I just want the cajun pasta, i've been received my new order.I take it home because at this point. My one year old is cranky and hungry. And there is now chicken in my pasta... I'm vegetarian and I did not ask for chicken. And I certainly wasn't going to go back a second time and deal with the drunk patrons that kept coming over to my child, trying to touch her and feel her hair.
We came here since it’s closer than Waxahachie, but man it takes forever to get anything, the food, basic soft drinks, apps, even to go plates. Asked for more ranch but it never came so late we decided to eat without it. Rather make the drive to Waxahachie, everyone is prompt and attending all the time.
This is legit the worst chili's we have ever been to. We used to go a lot but it has just gone way down hill. We don't go as much as we used to because there seems to always be an issue. The portions aren't the same as all the other chili's and we go to others often. The service is typically lacking and rude and hard to get refills. The management typically doesn't care or apologize for mistakes or issues so we just try to avoid this specific location. We went on Tuesday for my husband's birthday because it was a week day and a work day we were trying to meet for a meal we didn't have to cook that would be continent for everyone so we landed on chili's. We let our server know when we were seated it was his birthday the restaurant was virtually empty we didn't think the visit was going to be an issue we were wrong. Refills were hard to come by our toddler was throwing fits because our food took well over an hour to come out and once we decided to take her soda away and it was hard to get a server over to ask for a water then once we asked for one it took forever to get the water like forever. We had to ask for napkins no joke 7 times. And at the end of the meal they never offered dessert or sang or anything we sang ourselves and paid the bill on the little kiosk and left it was ridiculous and kind of sad I felt so bad for my husband he works so hard and we tried to celebrate him and it didn't feel like much of a celebration it felt like we inconvenienced the restaurant for even being there. It will be a while before we are back if even at all. I do not recommend this location it is not a good one nor is it a clean one. Our bill was quite high too so it wasn't like we were ordering cheap so this is just completely disappointing and I honestly debated even wasting my time posting this review since they clearly don't care about their customers but maybe some future customers might care about where they eat.
Slow service, steaks came out barely warm. Had to take them to-go back to the hotel to heat up. I also ordered a double Tito’s and tonic and a single Tito’s and tonic and both drinks were the same price on the receipt. Not sure what the correct price was for the drinks, as we just paid to get out of there after being there for so long. Our daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it came out hot and she said was good.
This restaurant needs a new manager. Direction comes from the top. Servers are to busy talking amongst them selves instead of keeping the dining room clean. Trash all over the floor. We asked for the manager when told the kitchen closed so there is no more dipping sauces as they were all put away. We ended up getting sauce after complaining but no manager came to our table. I read over the reviews and this location needs an overhaul. Kindly do not respond "we apologize for your experience in our restaurant." Blah, blah, blah. Take the time and retrain your manager or hire a new one.
I bought some Eggrolls to take away, it took them 1/2 hour to give them to me... finally they gave them to me and we left since we were just passing through... and when I opened the box where the Eggrolls came in, the dough was raw... my husband called just to remind them and not to let anything happen again. The same thing happened to another client. The answer was sorry... very bad, the person who answered the call didn't even feel ashamed... I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Did an online order, customized my food. What did I get, the opposite of what I requested. All topping were on the salad but I asked to remove the croutons, onions and cheese. Oh and does that look like honey mustard to you. The steak was medium well, although I asked for medium. This is why people do not believe in tipping prior to receiving service. I will not order curbside again.
