I love their frappuccinos and lattes! They're so good! Their baked treats are great too! I've usually done drive thru orders with my parents, but the atmosphere inside is really nice!

Has always been a best location to have coffee, whenever we decide for yosemite hike. Spacious parking, friendly staff and enough space inside makes this a perfect location to enjoy the coffee and have chit chat.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. The staff is always so friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. And, the drinks are always perfect. I am always amazed at the efficiency of the service when I come it at busy times.

Starbucks is Starbucks (food and drinks are the same). But what sets this one apart is the customer service. I come here so often that their staff knows when I ask my co-workers to pick up my order instead. I feel so welcomed here, they are my saviors during my work days.

This is a great little Starbucks location! It was clean, stocked and well organized. Not much of a wait in the drive thru line either. This was my first visit at this location and My husband and I were very impressed with the environment, the welcoming baristas and the products we were served! BRAVO!!!

Felt welcome with my luggage at 5:30 AM. Staff is very friendly, seem to all know the regulars...but not overlooking a newbie face. Always cleaning or stocking, and on top of the orders as they came in. And the coffee is consistent with all other locations. On your way to the mountains from the Bay Area or on your way to the Bay Area from the Valley, an easy stop to make.

Escalon is a small town, so we apparently get a small Starbucks. It is a typical Starbucks and the staff is nice. The parking lot is inadequate for this small strip mall; but they have a drive-thru that literally wraps around the entire building. Said drive-thru is also busy nearly all the time, with 3-10 cars in it. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but have received lots of gift cards over the years, and the staff allowed me to consolidate them down into a few, which is something allowed on the website, but they did it in store for me.

Good location with plenty of parking space despite heavy foot traffic in the plaza. Friendly staff and well organized as normal Starbucks. Good services and good quality products!

I would recommend asking for a surprise frappe. I got a white mocha frappe. It was amazing. It had cinnamon sprinkled on the top and chocolate chips in it. Would recommend getting that, too!

It’s just a Starbucks, ridiculously overpriced coffee with people who don’t know how names are spelt. The coffee isn’t bad, I recommend the strawberries and cream (I think it’s named differently now, but if you ask for it they’ll give you the equivalent.). Or, if you’re not looking for something sweet: the sugar free nitro cold brew is like the Guinness of coffee, and it’s not bad for you.

So lovely! Thanks, but I won't be returning there or to Starbucks again for that matter. I'll stick to McDonald's coffee at least it's hot and nothing is chunky going down!!!

On my way to Mono Lake, I had stopped by to pick up a cold mocha from this Starbucks. Parking was cramped up out here as this area seemed to be busy. The staff were ok. The mocha was the worst I had in Starbucks standard and other standards too. The coffee was just a waste of money. Not stopping here for sure, in future for another coffee.

Coming from a store that makes connects their top priority and always have a smile on our faces, it was a bit unfortunate to have to repeat my order three times, have no connection at all at the window then having my order incorrect which was still ok because I knew I could come inside ask for a remake bc we all make mistakes but to make me feel like I made the mistake in coming to get a new coffee was a bit uncomfortable, although the drive thru was short but that’s bc they’re not usually busy I guess it was just more unfortunate that I came home to find my drink was even more butchered than when I first got it incorrectly. 2/10 Connections 2/10 Coffee 10/10 drive thru time ;)

Hard to get into, hard to find parking. Barista not too concerned with patrons since she talked with the employees the whole time, got my order wrong and just wanted to throw it out. Took it and said that idea is a water off money. Not to great a place anymore.

Just visit this Starbucks today. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, then he said they were out. Then ordered a different one and they said they were out. If you tell a customer you have the sandwich don't come back and say you don't. Spent over 25 minutes in there and they made my drink wrong. You need to trained your staff better. Obviously you have a guy in there who isn't listening to what is ordered. I personally won't come back to this Starbucks. If you want to waste your time and leave hungry come to this Starbucks!! 😡🤬

Worse customer service experienced at a Starbucks location. First experience was via drive thru, I received a watered down very very berry. The person at the window was polite and corrected the order immediately. Hence, I decided to give them another try. Ordered via the app twice from this location and each time arrived to the store to find my drink not ready. Today the rep actually said he didn't have an order for me but went on to relay who he did have an order for. Each experience the drinks missed the mark from what I'm accustomed to. Will not be returning to this location. My time and money are more valuable.

Literally can never count on this location to be open. Today they were....went in ordered a drink in Venti size with a iced lemon loaf at 804. Received my iced lemon loaf within a couple mins... my drink however was received at 822, almost 20 mins later for me to find out he rang my drink up wrong! I get your busy, but 18 mins for a grande iced coffee! When I mentioned it being the wrong size, I got "oh sorry"

Very bad service i well don’t back again

Went thru the drive thru. When we got our order the made an ice coffee instead of hot. When I informed the associate at the window it was suppose to be hot, she was rude. She said, "I thought you said iced", which wasn't the rude part. Then she proceeded to say, "I guess I'm just going to have to pour it out" with an attitude. She did give return with a hot chai latte. I should of tried it before I left, because it didn't taste like a chai latte. This was the first time I've had a rude associate at any Starbucks.

Poor customer service, attitudes. And I have tried this location 3x, and every time they mess up on my drink. I think the McHenry locations in Modesto are both way better!

Sad this the only starbucks. Teens don't have a clue on customer service. They have very little patience. Starbucks in escalon hire better please.

Not only did they mess up on 3 other drinks, they charged me for my extra shot but I only got one shot and then I asked for an iced macchiato and they gave me a Frappaccino. Not that big of a deal but with the prices they charge, they should work on getting it right.

I gave this place a second chance and it failed miserably. They should stick with coffee and nothing else. Any and all their breakfast sandwiches are always cold with stale bread. Im done.

Unsanitary-overflowing garbage can dripping was pushed through the line inside and touch my back by employee! I couldn't believe they were pushing a stinky dripping overflowing cess pool of garbage down the line ordering to pay (2" from register and leaked liquid on me). On top of this thing brushing me, the worker acted funky when I asked why they would be so unsanitary, especially when the can was being pushed inches away from customers, food, product, etc? I was told they have no other way of taking their garbage out but by the front entrance??? Bye bye Starbucks Escalon-reporting to Department of Health, resident safety first....bunch of young dumb kids running it and don't care if anyone gets sick!!!

Coffee taste terrible, no flavor at all and can't seem to simply put any extra coffee from extra added shots into a smaller cup when many other places have done it before. Don't recommend.
