I came here for the first time ever and had a great experience! The woman helping me, Sasha, was so nice and professional. She has excellent customer service skills! I knew I wanted a turkey sandwich but didn't know what other ingredients/toppings, so Sasha recommended things and helped me customize my meal. It tasted fantastic! I will definitely be back!

Workers were really nice, quick with the food, and helpful with my requests. They were low on bread and had run out, so I went with a wrap instead, and they still made it work with my specific sandwich requests. Everyone was polite and great to talk to. Definitely recommend coming here if you're craving a Jersey Mike sandwich. The food and the staff make it worth the visit!

I came in here to specifically order a gluten-free sandwich, since another Jersey Mike’s location nearby fell down on the job/ did not have any bread defrosted. The employees here at the Centre City Parkway location were very helpful and friendly and were careful to make my sandwich safely with my allergy in mind. I would be happy to visit this location again soon.

Love their big kahuna.Their steak subs are my favorite.Also love their club subs.Jersey Mikes is my favorite place to grab a sandwich. They put alot of meat on their subs.They also have a rewards program make sure you sign up.Enjoy!@!!

These guys are great! I noticed they were short staffed today but still cranked out amazing sandwhiches, fast, and with a smile! This location always has awesome people working and they showed it 120% today. There were a couple other rude customers and they were nothing but kind back! I always love coming here, thanks y'all!

I used the app to order a Club Supreme. My sandwich was ready under the 20 minute minimum wait time. All employees I've interacted with have been very friendly and professional. The gal who made my sandwich is gorgeous, so can't be mad at that....haha. Enjoy!

My wife ordered the Big Kahuna and it was certainly very far from “Big”, it lacked vegetables and the white cheese. It did NOT look like the image displayed online, no meat was exposed and it looked minimal, to say the least. Totally sad looking sandwich. Disappointed and it cost 20 dollars!!

If your going to run a business do the basic thing and update your hours on the only thing people see and that's on here, so they don't drive 40 min to get there and your closed , fellow business owner who actually pays attension

Ordered a giant 99, by the time i ate half of it I realized it was burning my insides a little so i pulled it apart, looks like maybe they ran out of mushrooms and tried to make up for it in jalapenos

We never order from here because it is so expensive but we thought we would treat ourselves. Ordered through door-dash total for 2 sandwiches about 45$ (ouch). Door dash shows up with a sealed bag from the sub shop. Bag only has 1 small sub that was ordered for a child. Missing $18.00-$20.00 large sub. called shop directly and kid that was helping me was taking his ques from some lady in the back round. He said sorry. lady in back round says tell them they can come pick it up. Hello i paid for delivery. really are you kidding. We live .7 miles from the store. I would normally be ripping door dash a new one but the bag was sealed. this is on Jersey Mikes. I paid for delivery. I don't want to come and get it. I have 2 small children and rely on deliver for fun treats like this some times. We only have one car and my husband is not home so I could not even go if I wanted to. You would think in trying times like these with so many impacted and ordering delivery and food online that if your gonna charge 20-30$ for a damn sandwich that you would take some pride in making sure the order is correct. #ohyoupaidfordeliveryhahaha Never again will we order or go to Jersey Mikes. Not that we do much anyways because of costs. Mistake is just another reason not to. I was going to give one star but the kid that took my call was polite at least. get it together PAY ATTENTION!!!!!!

This place ripped me off! I ordered 2 mini subs (one 7 and one 13) on Saturday, May 14th at approximately 11:50AM. I charged it to my Visa card and declined a receipt, as I was in a hurry. I just checked the CC website and the charge from JM's was $24.67!! Obviously, the cashier decided to tip herself... Would give 0 stars, but they won't let you post without. I certainly hope the owner or manager will look into this!

Jersey Mike’s is great but this location is terrible. The people are slow and mess up orders. The soda is diluted and flat, and the ingredients are not fresh. The sandwiches are just not as good as other locations. Go to a different location if you want good service and good food. Edit: I also got food poisoning from this location. If I could rate it lower than one star I would.
