Uno en el cual el tiempo de espera por tu platillo no importa tanto, pues estás agusto tomándote un rico café de olla acompañado de pan dulce. Pides una fritanga para comenzar cómo aperitivo en lo que te preparan el plato fuerte. Muy rico todo y el lugar está increíble y alejado del ruido. Llegamos a las 11 y salimos del lugar como a las 4. La recomendación la vi en Internet, fue una grata sorpresa. El acceso no tiene señalamientos y debes seguir el mapa, no cuenta con nombre a la vista. I went with my husband, and the service was really good from the moment we arrived. Although there are only a few tables, I feel like they should put up some signs at the entrance, as it feels like you're arriving at a house and there's no sign or anything to indicate you've arrived at the right place. The food was delicious, except I ordered ribs, and I felt my dish was very simple, and the ribs weren't very large, and the meat was a bit tough. They really need more tables, and the waiting room is very nice. I think they need to add a children's play area, as there's only a slide and a painting area.

El lugar está bien para pasar un domingo en familia. Los eventos que se realizan por días especiales te venden el boleto por persona, las bebidas son caras y aparte tienes que dejar el servicio para este tipo de eventos o vale la pena. Sale más caro, conviene más ir a un restaurante en la ciudad.

Un lugar de buen gusto para pasar la tarde con amigos, solo que esta un poco escondido y los accesos son algo rústicos.

I just went there this weekend, a very nice place, excellent service and attention, Aztec soup, very tasty drinks but we ordered a chamorro and it was not in good condition, they changed it very kindly but it was the same situation with the second one, it smelled and tasted bad, but my husband did not want to argue anymore, he decided to just pay, but we ended up with an upset stomach... So that you can be more careful with food

The food was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. First of all, there was no one to assign us a seat or table. We were left standing for about twenty minutes without anyone attending to us or even saying anything to us (we stayed to explore the place). After finally assigning us a table, they put us on some incredibly uncomfortable and broken chairs (photo attached). Furthermore, they never cleaned our table at all; we had to change tables three times. After assigning us a table, it took them about half an hour to attend to us (we were just sitting and chatting). The waiter didn't even come to offer us the drink menu, and when they finally served us at the third table, they never cleaned it (you don't make a fuss about it being a meeting). They also had someone singing quite badly, in my opinion, and at a very loud volume (the reason we moved from the second table). Honestly, a very bad experience in terms of service and attention. The food was good, but I wouldn't go back.

They need to work hard on their service. From the moment you arrive, nobody pays you any attention until much later, and don't even get me started on the wait for the food—almost an hour! But overall, the food was good. We had the arrachera steak and a chicken milanesa, the latter being a bit dry. We really enjoyed the horchata. By the way, the tables are too big for events; there are very few tables for couples or small families. We'll give it another try and see what happens.

The food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. They made my whole family wait almost two hours. Besides, the prices are a bit high, and what I really didn't like was the 10% tip, which they practically demanded. I understand that if you're treated well somewhere, you'd gladly tip, but this place was the exception. The waitress was incredibly rude, telling us she hoped we wouldn't come back because she wouldn't serve us again. I can't give it one star because I liked the food and the atmosphere, but the service was some of the worst I've ever had. When we arrived, no one greeted us. We waited about 15 minutes to be served. After an hour of waiting, we had to go in alone. Then, the waitress forgot our drinks. During the half hour we ate, she never brought them. Like I said, I liked the food, but it wasn't amazing either. If you have to wait a long time and ask the waiter for your food several times, go ahead.

Llame por teléfono para preguntar el horario y sí se requería de reservación y me indicaron qué No era necesario, llegué con mi familia al restaurante a las 15:30 HRS y No me permitieron el acceso indicando qué ya No tenían servicio qué se les había acabado la comida, No es posible qué se realicé el viajé hasta el restaurante y sólo indiquen qué No hay servicio pésima atención al cliente. The place is very nice, with large green areas, but unfortunately, that's the only redeeming feature. The service is absolutely terrible. The wait time from when we arrived until our food arrived was approximately two hours. When we went to pay the bill, there were extra dishes listed that we never received. We asked for clarification, and the waitress was incredibly rude, making inappropriate and offensive comments. The manager didn't even bother to address the issue or offer a solution. Even after the rudeness and awful service, the waitress still demanded her tip. I don't know why anyone recommends this place; honestly, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

We arrived at reception, but no one attended to us. Since we were waiting, we decided to take a table. They don't give out menus, and they ignore you until you ask, at which point they barely attend to you. They don't accept card payments; they say it's through the terminal or something, but even then, they don't help you. The waiter forgot to ask if they accepted card payments. The wait was 20-30 minutes, so we decided to leave. We noticed they weren't very busy; there were several empty tables.
