Stumbled across this place right on the paseo. It was quite good. Casual food and snacks. I will be back!

Our favourite cafetería, we eat breakfast here on every Saturday now. Great selection of breakfasts (american, english, spanish), at a very reasonable price. The service lady is always smiling, speaks English and we heard her talk to customers in German and French as well! What a language talent besides being attentive and cheerful to everybody. And the best: you can sunbathe in a tshirt after your breakfast sipping your cafe con leche in December. Or any month of the year!

Hatten dort einen kleinen Mittagsimbiss. Einen Salat ich erinnere nicht welchen, 2 x Toast mit Hähnchenbrust, alles sehr lecker. Sehr freundliche und flinke Bedienung. Mit 2 Cola und 1 Wasser 27,5 € , da kannst nicht meckern. Klare Empfehlung!

A perfect spot to stop for a coffee while the kids nip down to the sea edge to paddle and cool off. After I spilled my espresso (doh!) the owner kindly replaced it for me free of charge and took time to talk to us about our baby, having a laugh whilst doing so.

Dutch restaurant? This description is maybe a little confusing, the owners are Dutch, however, the food caters for all tastes and is superb. Prepared and served by friendly owners and staff in a wonderful location, you must give it a try!

Great little Restaurant hiding in plain view on the Promenade near the Correos/Post Office. Very tasty food served served with a smile at very reasonable prices. Brilliant.

Owned by Husband and wife. We were 3 hours late to eat breakfast and the owners accommodated and serve amazing breakfast and drinks.

This is a gem of a place. A lucky find. Excellent service from a lady server. Food was absolutely delicious and fresh, and it was compliments to the chef. I had the Spanish breakfast, and as I don't eat meat, I substituted the Spanish ham for an egg. Good coffee and fresh juice. Lots of outside seating where you can see the beach. I can't recommend this place enough. All tables were full, and I'm not surprised, we managed to get a table from someone who had finished and was just leaving. Good value for money aswell.

Very friendly owners, with good advice about dishes. The location is more than stunning, most of all if you have little children - no cars, lots of room around, the seaside with the sand to play. The food with no flaws, and the prices are fantastic for this location. Definitely I've found a restaurant in Estepona to come back with all family, because it fits to my main criteria: safety, play space, tasty beautiful food, reasonable price.

Fabulous breakfast options at Sem's Cafetaria. Directly on the beach and good prices, party of 6 and all the plates were cleared, will definitely return. Photos big breakfast €9.95, healthy breakfast €7.95 and delicious.

Sehr nette Besitzer, sehr gute Lage mit direktem Meerblick. Essen ist ausgezeichnet, vom Filet americain (Beeftartar auf getoastetem Baguette) bis hin zum legendären Uitsmijter (doppelter Toast mit 3 Spiegeleiern, Schinken und Käse). We had the Sandwich Mixto, Catalan and Chicken Special - I was surprised about the Joghurt dressing and was offered new bread immediately. Poffertjes as a dessert were awesome.

Best brunch ever in the whole of Estepona! If you're looking for options from sweet to salty, as well as a healthy breakfast, this is the place. We've tried several other restaurants/cafes for brunch and this one has the most options available. Everything was absolutely amazing. The place has beautiful views of the beach and the service is great. We ordered the Dutch egg dish with ham and cheese ("Uitsmitjer"), the toast with scrambled + avocado, and the American pancakes with banana, strawberries and blueberries (a big plus, they have the real Mississippi Belle syrup for the pancakes!!! 🤤). Another huge plus is that they have English Breakfast with hash browns (these are very hard to come by in Spain). We would definitely recommend Sem's to anyone visiting Estepona!!

Lekkere Hollandse kost. Omdat in Duitsland woon spaart mij dat een reis naar Nederland. SEM'S is niet specifiek op Nederlands eten gestoeld. Ook Spaanse en Engelse trends zijn er te vinden. De lokatie is mooi direkt aan het strand op de boulevard. De bedienung is vriendelijk. SEM'S kan ik van harte aanbevelen.

Excellent all over. You get all you ask for and if you dislike one item they replace with another. Not many do this. Sem's is my favourite. I visit at least once a week and always feel welcomed ☺.

Very cozy cafe in a perfect spot right on the promenade next to the beach with amazing views. I have been here a few times for an enjoyable breakfast but today we shared one of their Tapas plank Luxe which was great value and very tasty. There is one toilet shared amongst other businesses so you need to ask for the key and walk a short distance to the toilet, not a real issue but I took off a point for that. Servers were excellent and very friendly.

Petit restaurant tenue par une famille hollandaise. On ne peut pas manger à l'intérieur, il n'y a qu'une terrasse mais bien située sur la promenade maritime. Bonne restauration sur le pouce, bons tapas, croquettes, croque monsieur et autres petits mets.

Preso smoothies arancia, banana e fragole da bere, patatine fritte e plato con tapas variado (sostituendo bittetballs con pane baguette a fette). Servizio un po' lento ma ottima qualità/prezzo. Consigliato per aperitivi o merende. Credo che il prosciutto che spacciano per serrano sia in realtà un prosciutto normale in realtà.

Sem's is in a great location. The service is very friendly. I recommend their watermelon smoothie; it's really good. We've added them to our list of favorites.

I see the reviews are pretty good. So perhaps our experience was not typical. We only had coffee and were hurried up. Coffee was taken before being fully drunk. But we had originally waited 15-20 minutes for our order to be taken and the table to be cleared and cleaned. Efficiency works both ways.

Had tapas here lovely view. Tiny bottles of Coke and very milky large coffee like latte probably typical Dutch coffee owners are not Spanish I asked for an extra shot of espresso as I hate milky coffee they charged for it and were not pleasant. It was a busy day there. Lots of other places same price with better food and nice service. Pity as great location.

Gute Lage, aber geschmacklich nicht mein Ding. Tomate, Baguette und Oliven Öl war eine dünne Masse. Baguette krümelig. Rührei geschmacklos und schmeckte nach Eipulver. Auch Kaffee con Leche schmeckt nur nach Milch.

Si no les hablas en inglés no hacen ni el más mínimo esfuerzo en atenderte, lo hacen de mala gana y se van de tu mesa antes de poder terminar de pedir. El pan es bastante malo. Ojalá las reseñas negativas que tienen sobre los problemas del idioma y la mala atención hacia los clientes haga que quieran mejorar ya que el punto donde está la cafetería es bueno y la idea de negocio no está mal. We came for Breakfast, the owner was not serving us so we asked to order. His answer was „no“! He accused us that we remived a reservatio sign which was not true. very rude! very unpolite!

Visited today with a very unwelcoming reception. Unfortunately we hadn't booked a table and all were reserved which I appreciate but instead of politely being turned away the response was quite rude. We have visited several times before for the Dutch mini pancakes (which are very good) but unfortunately we wont be returning again.
