I forgot the Pepsi my son bought online have tried twice to call but put on hold each time more than 5 mins so I then I hang up. I will try in about 30 mins however the pretzel stuffed crust pizza was so hard could not chew it and we just got it from the store 10 mins ago very disappointing. My son also mentioned the last time he ordered from here wasn’t very good as well .Time to find a different Little Ceasers. We have went here a lot but something must of changed because the pizza was horrible.

ask them to cook your deep dish pizza longer i ordered two and they both went cooked long enough had to put each individual slice in the air fryer just to eat it

Service is beyond slow, waiting 30 Mins for a $7 pizza is insane. The place is full of kid workers joking and talking in the back while all the customers wait for extended periods.

What happen to hot and ready I’ve been waiting for 10 min for a pizza to be hot and ready like they advertise

Foods good but there's a specific crew that works the weekends that just sucks. They forget orders and take an hour because they end up having to redo it

waited over an hour for pizza and when we got it it was freezing cold cause they decided to leave it out while they were making “fresh crazy bread” which was hard as a rock when we got it. would not reccomend this location

My favorite pizza and the best bread!! HOWEVER tonight 4/19/25 I got some bread and found it in the bag, soaking wet. I thought it was just really oily but no. It was RAW dough. like falling apart raw, the consistency was like silly putty almost. They should know how sick people get from raw dough. Not sure if i will come back, it really made me physically repulsed. Also staff/management didn’t really seem to care but cant really do anything about that. (including picture, yes its gross)

Ordered 4 pizza’s for a group of kids here and got 2. Could not get any help from support or from the store. Talked to the store manger, Mona, and she was absolutely no help and said there was nothing she could do and I was wasting my time. This may be the worst delivery experience I have ever had. If I could give negative stars I would.

Waited an extra 30 minutes over scheduled pick up time. Had to go in and remind staff to make our order after initial delay estimate was up. Employee vaping in the front pick up area? We really okay with this now?

My family and I have eaten from Little Caesars plenty. Everyone knows it is not top of the line pizza but it is budget friendly and tastes pretty darn good. So when we didn't have dinner plans for tonight we decided to pick up for take out. My husband ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Supreme. The first time he picked up they gave him 2 cheese pizzas....so he went back in. The second time he received a pepperoni and a sausage pizza... still not what we had ordered. Third time is the charm? Part of me wants to say...well you get what you pay for...but thats not right either. It would be one thing if we were only getting 2 pepperoni pizzas. It's a whole other when we have paid for a Supreme which is generally almost double the price of a standard pizza. The staff was rude when they even spoke to you and it is 30 minutes and counting to receive the 3rd remake. I am floored and will be visiting a different location in the future. Even if I have to drive out of my way.

2nd time the hot-n-ready option was not available at 6:50 pm on a Tuesday evening. Also, gave me an incorrect pizza and the crazy bread was raw!

Ordered delivery and our pizza came here cold. Also, the “pretzel” crust looks nothing like the add. Looks like they just put salt on regular crust. This place sells horrible pizza. Literally the worst pizza we ever had.
