One of our favorites. They've changed hands several times through the years, but have consistently maintained high standards. From the cleanliness of the kitchen to the yummy food and the wonderful, friendly people -- they'll do their best to satisfy your burrito needs. Oh... I judge Mexican restaurants primarily by their beans and these are terrific!

First time tonight. Food was amazing and I do not give that rating very often at all. The customer service was on point and I will definitely be back to enjoy the food and atmosphere!!

Great place with wonderful people. Jorge and his family have done an incredible job re-inventing the menu whilst maintaining the classics that the original owners served. One of my favorite local businesses to support as often as I can.

My jalapeño poppers and quesadilla was good. The cheesecake was super good, I went back to buy more for the office because everybody should have this at least once in their lifetime.

Best in Humboldt PERIOD! No taco truck or taco bell comes close to this place!!! Fresh ingredients, awesome staff and service. It's a family environment and convince they remember you. This is no drive thru/ can I just take your order place. Not voted best by N.C.J for nothing!!!

OK, this place is great. The owners, two amigas, are a very friendly host and a good cook. I enjoyed a chorizo burrito with a cheese enchilada, that were both outstanding.

About the friendliest service I've ever had and the tastiest burrito I've had in a looong time. In a lot of places if you order a veggie burrito it's quite bland, but not so here - incredibly flavorful. I had the fajitas burrito with veggies my first time here & the wet burrito with veggies the second time; both were excellent. My sister opted for the shrimp tacos & the fish tacos & loved them both, particularly since they were gluten-free. The interior of the restaurant is charming as well, with a lot of fun artwork.

I had the 3 beer battered fish tacos. Overall the flavor was great. Portion size was a little small.

The gentleman at the register was very patient while we mulled over the menu options, he made some good recommendations as to what’s popular. We will definitely be back in the near future! The menu has a great variety of foods to choose from. Our food was ready in record time! A lot of restaurants seem to be moving away from complimentary chips and salsa, I was kind of bummed to see they were not included with purchase, but they were available to purchase. I also didn’t see a kids menu, which means we brought home leftovers for lunch. I didn’t ask if they had kid sized portions so it’s possible they were able to accommodate, but I didn’t think to ask. Thanks for a great tasting meal!

The food is of great quality, the service is excellent, the prices are good too. The decor is really cool and there are some very interesting paintings. The location is easy to find. I highly recommend it, anyone who goes won't regret it.😊

We took the veggie super burritos, Burrito in a bowl, street tacos and fish tacos. They have great salsa and pico options. Choose according to your spice preference. Street tacos were the best. Should be a definite choice if you’re into Mexican food. Street views if you seat yourself towards the road.

Vegan friendly! I walked in and asked if they had vegan friendly options, and they walked me through modifications and what I could get. I got two bean n rice tacos w lettuce and the veggie salsa. They were good! Also the guac here is great. Love the decorations and the service was fast and friendly! Would recommend!!

The food was very good also, one of the best burritos I’ve had, the tortilla was not your average tortilla.. it was so good I could eat it by itself. The chicken had perfect flavoring and just paired so well together. My partner loved her fish tacos and it was plenty of food. Whenever going thru Eureka this will always be a stop.

Ordered online pick up and it was ready pretty fast. Couldn't find parking, but whatever. They were super nice inside and hooked up every thing we needed. I got the fish taco plate and it was awesome. Took a pic of the last one I'm saving for later haha. Definitely recommend this spot!

Not only is the customer service excellent and food prep fast, the food is delish and the dessert -- their freshly-made peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and homemade brownies are so yummy! I'm in town for a little while and this has been by far the best customer service, burrito portion was generous, salsa complimented it very well and the owner was super friendly I'll definitely stop by again before I leave Eureka (Habanero salsa was enjoyable not too spicy and spicy enough for a spice lover like myself)

First time eating here and it was delicious. I got a small shredded chicken burrito that was the perfect size. The tortillas are clearly homemade and were amazing. The staff was all very friendly too. Definitely will be back!

Fish tacos are our favorite here, California burrito is delicious, pollo ala crema is incredible!! Great homemade tortillas and side of rice and beans is a big enough portion to share between two and a toddler. Always amazing and the owners are helpful and friendly

This is some delicious Mexican food. They make their mole sauce fresh and it is very delicious. Their burritos are large and well-made. I wish I could eat here every day. Their staff is friendly and very kind. They even have traditional Mexican soups like Menudo and Posole. I love eating at Amigas! Cheers!

The fish tacos were delicious. Grilled cod fish with mango and purple cabbage. A bit pricey but what a local find.

So friendly. 18$ for a asada burrito that was mostly rice and beans was understandable when you realize this place proudly displayed a “Yes on F” sign. The poors need to stay out of old town and and make those burritos at home. I get it.

Small burrito, not a lot of filling. Beans weren't very flavorful. Salsa lacked flavor.
