Keep it simple stupid is basically the 5 guys motto. The burger was really good. The fries were okay. They were the thicker type and weren't crispy. I ordered a regular size fry. What I got was a larger portion than any other fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I found out after I ate that they had Cajun fries which probably would have been better. Kinda pricey but worth it as a treat for yourself.

I had a fully dressed burger and fries at Five Guys, and the burger was really good—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The price was moderate, though it did feel a little pricey overall. That said, they definitely don’t hold back on the fries. I ordered a regular size and ended up with what felt like a whole bag of them, so I can’t even imagine how many come with a large. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and left full, even if it cost a bit more than expected.

If they would serve gluten free buns I would have enjoyed my burger much more than the grease soaked lettuce wrap dripping everywhere. Come on Five Guys you can do better.

Overall satisfactory for the average Five Guys - clean, kind customer service, consistent and tasty food. The prices might feel steep for fast food, but the freshness and quality here makes it worthwhile to us. I love their veggie burger and fries. I'll always be a die hard fan of those fries!

Stopped in at five guys in E'ville finally. Overall the experience was good. I forgot how greasy it all was. I need to go hibernate. The bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings was the best tasting burger I've had in town. It fell apart all over me and dripped all over me, but it was tasty. It came wrapped in a softball sized tinfoil ball. The bun needs a little more heft to it. The fries were ok, I would have really liked them if they had kept them in the fryer a little longer and got them crispy. Good flavor though, and they always give you a ridiculous portion of fries. One order of fries could sate 3 adults. Fountain drinks seemed to taste better than some other places. Not sure why. The facility was clean and the staff was moving along well. It was fairly busy a little after noon. Not a huge fan of the price (almost 20 bucks for a burger, small fries and a drink) but that's where things seem to be right now.

Delicious burger and fresh cut fries... At a price. Everything is a la carte, so it can get quite expensive for a burger, drink, and fries. My family of four cost $40 total. If their prices were a bit lower, I'd rate it five stars. Don't get me wrong, I understand you pay for what you get. I consider Freddie's and Culver's to be comparable in quality and taste and my family can eat there for about $10 less. I recommend, but it'll cost ya.

Absolutely an awesome burger.. and a gigator pile of fries.. I love being able to add the fresh jalapenos. Only part that grossed me out was the employee walking around with his pants literally half way down his butt with his underwear showing.

Watched them give me fries that where sitting right on the rack what happened to fresh fresh fries 🍟 they use to fill the bag I got regular size fry and look more like little fry truly disappointed ☹️

So I will now be coming back to Five Guys. After years of getting good value in the house made fries. I’m reduced to a small cup for $6. Enjoy my money for the last time, this guy is out!
