We were lucky enough to eat Milo's for supper tonight. The drive thru service moved quickly. We were able to place our order, add to our order at the window, pay and receive our food efficiently and with two smiles, thanks and kindness. Our food was hot and delicious. Milos burger sauce and tea are renowned for a reason. Thank you.

They don't sell the seasoned salt at this location 😒 that's a big bummer, the dining area was closed so I went through the drive through & asked if I could purchase the container & she broke the bad news to me, she broke my heart, so then I asked her if I could purchase some of the packets & she gave me 6, no charge but I would have purchased much more. 🤷‍♀️ I was going to purchase it online but y'all are out of stock. 😟

I popped in to get a little surprise, Blast from the Past, for my mom. Milo's cheeseburger, fries and sweet tea was one of her favorite lunches when she was still working 20 years ago. My order was accurate. I was not impressed by the staff. They were not cheerful, nor did they seem appreciative of my business.

You're management team is rude, your team associates are even ruder, they did not get my order correct they proceeded to keep getting smart with me at the drive-thru they also called the police on me for no reason which nothing happened after they did the sheriff offices that that was a sad situation that they did and just left they said that they cannot give out the managers or district managers or regional managers phone number or name because that's not your policy which I know is a lie, my name is kierra and Anthony Jordan they also said that they don't have to give their names to anybody if they don't want to this was by far the worst experience I ever had and I love coming to my Lowe's but if you going to have that type of people working for you you need to find the whole team and shut it down

This is the nastiest, dirtiest, ran down milos, I ever been too. The health department need to come close it down. Have upper management even seen the conditions of this store. Management should show up like a customer and see how nasty it look inside the business. I'm just a mom riding with my son while he door dash because he trying to make a little money. The man working that appeared to be the manager was really nice.. the conditions of the business is horrible. Shut it down.. the lobby is already shut down, it's junk all in the lobby, pans stacked up in the cooking area.. it's pitiful.. shut it down

I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich and when I tell you that they were troubled the Bun was very wet and the lady at the drive thru told me to pulled over because my chicken was cooking so I'm thinking ok they going to be good and fresh will I was very disappointed when I arrived home !!!!! Milo's sucks in Fairfield, Al.🤮😡😤😠

Horrible dry old burgers and sour tea bought 3 cheeseburgers and 2 teas over 24 dollars. So old cheese dry and actually so old and dry the meat hard and sause had gotten actually thick.

This is the absolute WORST Milo's locations that exist!!! I wish that i could post a picture these has to be the ugliest undercooked soggy French fries I have ever seen. I come to this location due to the fact it's close to Pleasant Grove only to be disappointed on every visit. When I go to any other location the food is GREAT!! The Owner needs to demand greatness for this location it makes you say only in the Hood👎👎

I was at the Fairfield Al location drive thru before 8 Friday 5-13-22 with one car in front of me. The car drove around, I pull up to order didn't everyone ever came to the speaker nor ask for my order, so I pull around to see girls inside cleaning, so I drove on around see the hours of the location if course I couldn't read the small sign on the front door ánd I wasn't going to get out my car. By this time a long line of cars waiting to be serviced. I parked in the parking lot looking inside to see why no orders was taken I saw three people inside cleaning , so I assumed they are closed and turned the speaker off. My problem is have a bigger sign posted starting your hours on the door and especially the drive thru. CUSTOMER SERVICE has gotten so bad this days, So I see why business are closing. I try to support my side of town but the service is so BAD and you wonder why people go the other side of town for better service. Milos in Fairfield I'm DONE!

If I could give the zero stars I would. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get old chicken. The chicken was so old it was dried and shriveled up. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with ketchup for my sauce. When I opened the bag none if the lids were fasten on the ketchup so I had a ketchup mess . After salvaging what was left after my entire meal was drenched in ketchup the part I got was old. Oh well at least the fries were fresh. The only reason I didn't take it back is because this location dining area is closed and I didn't have another 20 min to sit in the drive thru for them to remake it. Don't worry, I won't be back.
