The gal who prepared our meal was gracious and kind. We had a great meal, which was fresh, i appreciate her not giving us only the old chowmein she made sure we had the fresh stuff when a new bowl came out and i appreciate her smile during service.
Staff are nice but they should hire more staff to serve the tag "express." Ayra, is very friendly and respectful. She works at the Front. Ample parking spaces to accommodate the customers. Lobby should be cleaned a little bit more to look nice and tidy. I gave a five star because I liked how friendly Ayra was. The foods are good enough and price is reasonable. There's plenty of items to choose from. The only thing I noticed is that the Beef Brocolli has more brocolli but just a few of the meat, and the other order I had is the shrimps with Veggies, I only got 2 pieces of the shrimps and more veggies. Well, for one thing veggies is good, but I only wish they put more than 2 pieces. Thank you!
For a fast food place, their food is really good. They do need more beef dishes that don't have spice, (hotness). Beef & Broccoli gets a little old after a while.
Meals almost everytime are very good in taste..... But, never be too hungry when you get there the wait to get your food can almost drive to another choice..... They can be slower than a sloth when it comes the customers in line..... Had to wait over 18 minutes and I wad 3rd in line, thank god the cooks are really fast at getting the new food ready and hot...!
The Chef Chris is an awesome cook the food is well seasoned and cooked to perfection never under cooked as the Panda restaurant in Suisun City I will only purchase food from Panda on the days that this young man is cooking.

The food was good. The people working got through the line pretty quickly and the prices were reasonable. I paid $41 for 4 plates. Would I go back to this location while living in the area? Yeah. Probably.
Food is very tastey. Large selection. However, if you are dining in, be prepared for short stools fastened to the floor. Only 2 tables with chairs. Not comfortable for seniors and the 4 Summerset communities are close by. Remodeled store suggests that they want every to order TO GO.
Here's the thing about Panda Express, the food is good, but when does the Express part kick in? Very slow service with a long line waiting impatiently. Same guy taking orders, serving food and ringing people up. Also, they run out of items way too frequently. Why wait until the chowmein is completely gone to start cooking more? Doesn't make sense.

I'm under of how many stars to give. The food is always good and staff is friendly but..they often don't have enough food out so you end up waiting for items to be cooked and they don'tcookmore after a certaintime. So go here but be patient.
They are chronically short-staffed. Had to wait in line for a really long time. Cashier forgot to include utensils or fortune cookie. Food was good though

The food are so bad. Nothing is fresh, all over seasoned. Worst one so far.
Idk, staff was kinda odd. I'm normally very forgiving about this stuff but these guys were odd. They seemed to be robotic and if you asked them for something that differed from their normal routine, it almost like short circuited them. Also, the woman who cited my teriyaki chicken didn't even really cut it. Gave me like three huge slabs of chicken so I had to cut it down to size myself with a fork. It's Panda though so the food is fire. Wouldn't go to this location again.
We came to eat at this restaurant and one of the cookers promess that the orange chicken will be ready in 3 mins. Then she run outside, I guess for her break, and waited to another 5 mins to get my food done. Also during peak hours, only 2 guys working, one attending the line and the other one cooking. There were 2 ladys taking their break even though there was a line allbthe way to the door
Serving size here was very small, like I could see the bottom of my container though the thin layer of orange chicken I got. Not worth the price. And the orange chicken was DRY and chewey. Avoiding this location from now on.
went to get food there tonight around 8, orange chicken was bone dry, barely any sauce. the honey walnut shrimp was undercooked and instead of sweet crispy skin with honey sauce over, it was like a paste over a floppy shrimp. the noodles were dry, short, and onion was barely cooked and crisp. I love Panda Express but I was disappointed in this meal. I think the cook needs extra training or he’s new or something.

Food is great but I notice one employee by the name of James has HORRIBLE customer service. This location use to have flawless customer service, but this kid needs another job or some training with that lousy attitude he consistently has
Never give enough food on plate. Some guy in front of me ordered shrimp and got 4 shrimp. You haven't raised the prices you just give less food.

One thing I dislike about going here is when they try and serve you some food they wouldn't eat the bottom of the teriyaki chicken was hard and burnt. It was about 7 people waiting for teriyaki chicken they said it was going to take 10 min which turned into 30 minutes. They had a door dash person that wouldn't put on his mask and he was going behind the counter getting his own fork and spoon walking around without the mask in the restaurant they didn't say nothing but I told the employee you can tell him to leave or put his mask on. Today I would give them a zero star
I got beef broccoli and realized the beef was undercooked and the orange chicken was horrible it was all fat not even chicken i just threw it away it was a waste of money and I got food poisoning from this location
Dorothy B was rude after I ask her why she give me so little amount of the sizzling shrimp if I was paying extra for it. But she gave a good amount to the next person.
I've never had problems with this location until recently they were pretty quick and lazy with my order not slicing the teriyaki chicken and spilling soy sauce or something in the togo bag. Not a big deal but would be nice to have good quality service.
The place was ok, the workers were kind of funny but it took more then 20 minutes to get helped. I when I realized how long it was taking (with 3 people ahead of me) I just walked out.

They were super slow. Only 3 people working. The amount of people in the store exceeded the maximum number of 10. But the food was good!
It took me 45+minutes to walk in and get food. I could have sat down in a restaurant and eaten in less time. There were 4 people behind the counter and it could have been much more efficient. It took over 20 minutes just to get to place my order.
You have one person making the order and cashiering at the same time. She's literally the only one back there working besides the cooks. You make me wait 15 minutes(not exaggerated) in line to get food that is already cooked. Panda express needs competition. They should not be able to do stuff like this so consistently. Trash
My order number is:223247. Our $9.70 med. box of 5 flavor shrimp was very disappointing. The flavor was very bland. The serving size was ridiculous. The server must have been new or told to rip off the customers. We received very few shrimp and mostly vegies. The serving was a full inch below the top of the carton. This used to be a good place to eat but the last few times have been disappointing. My date is also reporting his disfaction. We don't normally do this.
Hand down the worst orange chicken ever i waited 20 min for fresh batch is was so over cooked was rock pieces of pork grinds with only 3rd of pieces even having sauce on em dry unreadable broke my dentures off the first bite(adhesive)I don't understand how they could give this to someone..

I reported it, tried to call, got no response. It was nasty, and honestly, I won’t be eating here again. Just watch your food.

I am going to open with, the fact that I can go to just about every other panda express in creation and ask to try a sample of a new dish to see if I wantvto add it to a meal. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE THEY'VE SAID "We don't give samples." In a rude tone and looked at my like I stole something. Well, rest assured after my co worker was shorted on her food and how they treated our clients I won't come back here. I'll go to kiosk in the mall instead.
Today I encountered the worst customer service. I had this issue multiple times but today was a complete disaster. I was treated with the upmost disrespect. As someone who works in the customer industry I don't understand how you can treat another person so poorly. If panda doesn't take action in reprimanding their employee I don't understand how a company can function. The employee is Juliana D. I had gone in and was never greeted, never asked if I needed any utensils or a drink. I asked if I can add a drink and she mugged me. I had a gift card and asked to use and she completely denied it. The gift card was sent due to a promotion by Panda Express. I was only helped due to another employee near by. When finishing up my transaction I asked for sauces which she proceeded to throw into my bag. Overall a terrible experience, I have never had an issue before this employee. I feel so disrespected and completely mortified by the employees actions.
Doesn’t give you a full scoop of food specifically the entrees. There’s was only three pieces of broccoli….. Also gives you the wrong type of food in a mobile order. Would recommend going elsewhere.
While in line at exactly 2:32 pm today I literally witnessed a customer sitting sit at a table after just ordering a plate of food. A minute later the same customer then realized that she wasn't pleased with her food. Therefore she aggressively walked back to the cashier demanding them to correct the problem because they gave her the wrong type of chicken. I witnessed a staff member behind the counter take the old chicken that the girl had on her plate and dumped it back into the pot consisting of more chicken that is supposed to be distributed among other paying customers. We live in an age of covid-19 where thousands of people have passed away to this invisible virus. Clearly the staff members didn't want to take a couple extra seconds to just dispose of the old chicken into the garbage or realize that it as just a simple loss. Instead they'd rather put the community at risk to save a couple extra sense. Nobody knows if the customer was sick or made physical contact with the chicken on her plate. That's just incredibly lazy thinking and poor business ethics. I ended up walking out and going to Wingstop next door for I was not pleased at all with Panda Express. Who knows what else they've done in the past. I really truly hope that the general manager for this business rectifies this matter.

When I was ordering, I said I wanted something else and the woman got angry and then they didn't give us sauce and my husband came back to ask for it and she threw it at him, she didn't give it to him and she didn't have the courtesy to apologize. They should hire people who love their job so they can treat their customers better, since in the end we are the ones who pay their salaries.

I received two notifications via email and text stating my order was ready. When I arrived to the restaurant, there was a line to the door. I saw the sign to pick up to go orders near the cash register and I walked there and waited. The cashier refused to acknowledge me and allowed me to stand for 10 minutes. I tried speaking up, but it resulted in continuing to be ignored. A worker from the kitchen saw me, but walked away to the back. I had to get in line and wait 15 additional minutes to get to the woman plating food. She yelled at me and was very rude to me despite me already being inconvenienced. She then wouldn't give me my food despite.me.providing the name of the order, unless I provided my phone number by telling it too her out loud in front of the whole restaurant (something I'm not comfortable with). The whole experience was horrible and humiliating for something that could have been handled better.
