Went there late and they had no chicken so they manage to get orders done with what they have. Had a happy family with full tummys and at the end thats whats all about.

Came just before closing tonight my food was hot fresh and crisp instead of the end of shift soggy stuff you get other places. On top of a very satisfying meal the place was maculately clean and staff were amazingly friendly and personable. This is actually Winchell's Donuts, directly across the parking lot from KFC, on their opening day. It's been a long time coming (thanks to covid), but definitely worth the wait. All we need in Fallbrook now is an In n Out, then we'll never have to leave town.

This is my favorite Kentucky Fried Chicken located in the beautiful town of Fallbrook. The staff is friendly, the orders are always correct, the restrooms are clean, the music on the overhead is great and the atmosphere is a mixture of rustic and modern.

Best KFC I've ever been. I highly recommend this one. If all KFC's were this great, we would be happy to have dinner at any of them more then once a month. Great job, keep of the great food.

This particular KFC has always been great in my eyes. Super friendly, quick efficient service, they actually give you coupons, and even have me a military discount without asking. They thanked me for my service, but it was I who thanked them. I've never been let down by this KFC. The only thing I could gripe about is the change from the Styrofoam cup to the little, dinky, plastic dish really. It's so small, and it bows inward depriving you of those delicious mashed potatoes n gravy. That's probably a corporate thing though? Anyway, I'm a lock for at least a once a week visit during my work week, so keep up the great job y'all!

Is wrong eating burger in the KFC? No, completely No. I like KFC burger. Everything is soft but fries are crispy. The burger is better than burger fast food. Staffs are very kind.

The first time I visited this KFC fallbrook , Ca. , location by Mission Rd . I was impressed with their service and the cleanliness of this location . The one I ordered was really fresh especially the chicken. The second time I went the other day , I did not check my carry out order , when I was on my way to work , I opened it and I was given the crispy chicken instead of the Original Chicken which I always order. I was so disappointed and called this location back . The supervisor whom I talked to , it was after 11:00AM , her name starts with letter M , told me that they gonna replace my meal after I told her that they gave me the wrong chicken . So , I went back the following day . Without a hassle they replaced my meal with the right chicken this time. The same supervisor I talked to thanked me for coming back for my replacement. I checked my replacement meal even before I left the store to make sure it was right and fresh. It was fresh indeed . Thanks to their nice supervisor M ( I apologize for I forgot her name but I know it starts with letter M ) who replaced my meal without a hassle. Today, I am very disappointed , July 20 , 2024 @ 10:44 , I ordered for a big box meal, with a coupon , he did not honor my coupon which I bought for $1.00 . Eh the staff lack a friendly touch. Its kind of sad. I go back and expect something different but they don't go out of their way to make you feel special. As far as the food goes they plan poorly and run out of extra crispy all the time and tend to close earlier than their advertised... At least on times when I like to go late-night. Worst is their inflexibility with chicken piece selection. They have promotions but its with specific pieces and no option to upgrade or change. Its sad and I'll call it now that it will be a big reason another company is able to rise and replace them in the next 5 years

Somehow never has enough original recipe, they have to substitute some pieces for the extra crispy or grilled. This has happened to me multiple times within the last year or two.

What a waste of time and effort this experience has proven to be. My family’s first time eating KFC since moving back to the USA has left us willing to go another 9 years without it. A long day turned harrowing after attempting to make life easier by picking up “something quick and tasty” for the crew. “We’ll still be able to feed the kids and get them to bed on time, instead of cooking a late dinner,” I told my husband at 6:15pm. “I’ve just ordered, so I’ll pick up and meet you at home in 30 mins.” The app was easy enough to use. I was grateful to avoid the long line at the drive thru during pick up. I rushed home to two hungry toddlers, only to realize my two large mashed potatoes had no gravy and my order of 12 biscuits was one lonely biscuit in a bag. I dropped the groceries at the door, and rushed back to KFC (18 mins away), was greeted by annoyance at my ability to enter a closed dinning area from an unlocked door, just before 8pm. The response to my missing items was an even more frustrating; “oh, yeah, I was wondering why it said 1 biscuts (at $7.99).” “Wait, I filled your order. You didn’t get any gravy?” [Enter suspicious look] He then brings me one gravy for two large mashed potatoes... After two attempts at getting the correct items, I returned to my vehicle, drove 5 mins, then received a call from home about not enough chicken. I pulled over, checked my receipt, and returned to KFC to ask for the missing 1 breast and 2 drum sticks from my FULL A La Carte order. Unfortunately, the line wasn’t worth the added frustration for this exhausted mama, and I left. The phone just rings, so I doubt I’ll get what I paid for and I’m not wasting anymore gas trying. My decision to “make life simple and order something quick” didn’t get me home until 8:30 to finish eating around 9pm...and the kids STILL went to bed LATE. (I left an extra star for an offered drink while I waited for missing items, to which I declined.)

Will never mobile order again. Ordered the drumstick & thigh got the variety bucket instead. Missing plates, plastic wear, the biscuits, Honey, and butter. All with no receipt either.

I used to be a fan of KFC, it’s convenient, it was tasty but here lately it’s reached a point of no return. Every time I go the chicken gets older and drier and the prices get higher. Honestly, how is the chicken in the famous bowl dry? It’s covered in gravy! That’s normally my go to but the last 2 times the chicken has been disgusting. Tried switching it up today and getting the chicken strips (don’t know why I would expect anything different) they were dry, old, the fries were dried out and over cooked. Using my lunch to visit other establishments from here on out. I’ve given KFC too many chances to change my mind all for the food to get worse and cost more.

Wierd how other KFC locations let us switch out the cookies for biscuits form the 5 dollars fill ups expect at this location. Because we're told managers are picky about switching out stuff.

7 min drive through , just to order then food was still wrong, 12 piece bucket 1/2 crispy 1/2 original, plus 6 biscuits, we brought home 12 piece 1/2 grilled 1/2 original and 6 hockey pucks ... KFC you had 1 job ...smh

Also he tried to tell me what sides I was getting instead of ask me what I wanted. I used to work at a KFC and never acted like that. Also his window serve was horrible he didn't say hello or when he handed me my card did he say have a good day nothing. This KFC needs to retrain their employees.

The worst kfc meal ever. Fallbrook, CA. Chicken and biscuit were dry & rock hard. Unfortunately got through the drive-thru so didn't want to drive back to the restaurant. Never had bad meals from any other kfc location.

Dry food that has no flavor to it. On top of that the side orders are wrong, and there was no soda with the 5 tenders big box meal. Also the wait in the drive through is 20 minutes too long. Colonel Sanders would turn over in his grave if he could see how bad his recipes turned out.

After waiting in a 20 minute line to order. (we couldn't leave or back up because we were blocked in by cars, because of the layout the drive thru is in) We ordered threw the drive thru asked for 1 kfc Doublicious and a famous bowl meal the guy taking the order offered us the "cup" for $2.99 we said "no thank you" he proceeded to say "are you sure its the same thing but you get wedges and a drink" so we said "okay" get home and we have 2 mountain dews instead of what we asked for, and the kfc Doublicious we wanted turned out to be bbq pulled chicken sandwich… but they threw in a cookie how nice of them… Never will eat here again!
