A popular fast food chain in the area. The food seems to be a bit healthier than Burger King and McDonald's and I can say that it is also more delicious than them. The reason I deducted points is because they still put bacon even though I told them I didn't want it. Other than that, everything was good.

A typical chain burger joint. The best part is that it is open 24 hours. The drive through experience is good, usual. I ate a sweet and spicy bacon cheeseburger, which was good. The burger is huge. The onion rings are pretty mediocre and the portion size is very small.

The Wife and I always order online for breakfast on Thursdays for pickup thru drive thru. We always pickup around 3:30AM. The service and food have always been good with great employees working, even for that hour of the morning, but the last 2 Thursdays have been well below par. Our order has not been right ( we order jalepeno cheddar biscuits with sausage egg and Monterey cheese. 2 of thise are always picante style) last 2 Thursdays they have all been picante style and items missing. Also last 2 Thursdays they have not given us straws for our drinks and are very stingy on the spicey ketchup and salsa.

I wish I could rate this higher but I can’t. I live nearby so it’s very convenient for me to grab a quick meal here to take home. I like to order curbside and whataburger does have good offers and rewards. Here is the problem. When I order through the app, drive through pickup is not an option until 8pm, so I choose curbside. At least 50% of the time ( and that’s being generous) I wait well over 10 minutes in the parking lot for someone to bring my order. I usually by then go inside and check on my order and it is quickly brought to me. Not sure if it is some kind of issue with syncing the order up with the app or what, but it’s very annoying to expect your food to be ready and you just wait only to find when you go in it seems like they just didn’t want to bring your food out. I think the food here is above average for fast food and the store is always clean. So please whoever reads these for the store, know there is opportunity to improve the curbside experience for the customer. I love to use the app to order, but many times I choose to go somewhere else because of the curbside service. Thanks

I know what it’s like to work and manage a fast food restaurant every single time I come here in the morning I’m in the drive-through for up to 10 minutes. I have been late two days in a row. All I order is a coffee and a burrito it should not take that long to fix a coffee an a and burrito one of the worst locations they make me mad every time They took so long this morning. I had to get out of the drive-through and go inside and ask for my food in my coffee. That’s just ridiculous.

Whataburger is the absolute worse in terms of making orders, they take your order and then look at it for 20 minute before starting to cook it.
