This is my go to for my breakfast and lunch, Subway at 2805 Figueroa street, L.A CA 90007. I like how clean is everything. Their vegetables, meats and breads are always fresh. Let me just give a shout out to Paula she always goes beyond at doing my sandwiches. I’m kinda picky and she just has the patience to do it the way I want. Thank you!!

Visited Subway (this one) few times this year - honestly love it. Spicy Italian, add black olives I don’t know how they do it, but it’s insanely good. I always get my food to go as fast as possible then I eat the sandwich in my car also as fast as possible! The new addition I noticed was the whole leave a tip thing - I hate that! However, I guess that’s life nowadays!

I’ve had food from here multiple times, but I ordered delivery wraps for a large group, and I think it was pretty decent. One of their drink machines was broken though.

I ordered like always, my breakfast steak,egg & cheese sandwich.. the lady first time I see her, not customers services at all, I ask if I can warm up the eggs first and with an attitude like in a hurry, she didn’t warm it up good, my sandwich wasn’t toasted at all.. plus she had a bangle silver bracelet and it was touching my food. Subway I hope and you do your thing..

Hello, I am writing to report a food safety and hygiene concern I experienced during a recent visit to one of your Subway locations on 1/20/26 around 10:20pm. While my sandwich was being prepared, an older male employee was coughing heavily over my food and inside the bread pantry area. He was wearing a weak mask that is not recommended or reliable for preventing the spread of germs. Even with a properly fitted mask, coughing while actively preparing a customer’s food is inappropriate and unsanitary. This behavior made me very uncomfortable. I addressed my concern with the young woman working alongside him, and she handled the situation professionally by remaking my sandwich. She was polite, understanding, and apologetic, and I appreciate how she addressed the issue. Employees who are coughing should not be handling food, and proper hygiene standards should always be followed to ensure customer safety. I am bringing this to your attention so that appropriate training or corrective action can be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.

Saturday, January 2nd, before 8 pm, I ordered a Subway meatball sandwich with pepperoni and cranberry sauce. When I went to eat my sandwich, my mouth was burning; they had given me a very spicy sauce.And you don't know about cranberry sauce if you're going to buy from One Sandwich Restaurant. Bad service...I hope the owner sees this ad. And if he wants, he can see it tomorrow because I'm going to keep the other piece so he can try it and see for himself what I was given, and it's not what I ordered.....If the owner wants to contact me, please post the answer in this same chat..... In the end, I decided to buy a plate of udon instead.

Ordered and Spent $25 for a 6 inch sub on the app only to get nothing I wanted in it… no spinach no jalepenos. Just one green pepper. Not even toasted… Called and got no response. Ugh!
