Dave & Buster's - Florence

A few months ago, I stopped in with my son after a terrible/long day to enjoy some dinner. I still think of this experience. Once we were sat, we were introduced to our server, Izzy. Her warmth and charisma was so refreshing to have, especially with the day I was having. She was so informative, patient and just an overall positive presence. I never experienced someone who loves their job like that, but with Izzy, you could tell she just has a passion for people. While my son and I were playing games, we returned to our table with a few fun little items to play with on our way home, AND a sweet letter that i have attached. i’ve kept it even after many months. I’m not sure if Izzy will read this, but i hope her management team reads this to reassure them that they not only have a wonderful employee, but also someone that makes the company shine! I truly believe she needs to become a customer relations representative. I hope someone at Dave and Busters can recognize this employee and give this girl a career in this company!!

We had a GREAT time! It was my first time actually. Great atmosphere, workers, food, music, games, and whatever else I am forgetting. Spacious so people aren't running into or all over each other. I felt as though everything was reasonably priced. The bartenders made some delicious drinks! I will be returning soon! I have some leftover tickets to spend, lol.

We loved this place! The food is great and the games are beyond fun! You could literally spend all day here and make the best memories. Definitely coming back!

We went to D & B's for my nieces birthday. The guy that checked us in was so awesome. He was patient with me about adding cards to the app. The photo booth didn't work, so they sent over a game tech. That guy was so good. He fixed the photo booth and we got to try it again. Overall we had a great experience. We didnt eat anything, so I can't give a review on that.

We didn't eat here it was my grandaughters birthday, and she chose this place because they love arcade games

Didn’t play any games BUT, the food was absolutely delicious 🤤 😍 Our are waitress was amazing 🤩 too, very friendly and great service‼️💯 You made my stomach happy 😃 The Beast Bacon 🥓 Burger 🍔 is AMAZING 😍 Amazing job guys😉😁

This was my first time at this Dave & Buster's and it won't be my last. The food was hot, fresh, delicious, and the beer was ice-cold. This is a great place to eat, drink, and play games with family, friends, or for a date night.

They remodeled recently and it's a huge step up. New games and a beautiful dining area. Great for SNF or casual night out. The D&B in Springdale is looking incredibly lame to this one in Florence. If you are relatively close to both locations go to this one for sure.

Had a great time here for a company event. It was great going on a Thursday night when we almost had the place to ourselves.

Good vibes pretty clean and no issues so that's a win in my eyes!! Prizes have gotten slightly more expensive but so has everything so 😅

BRIANNA was our server. She was very Knowledgeable over the menu, very friendly and attentive! She's great! The food was delicious.

We had our Fantasy football draft at the Florence KY location and it was amazing. They provided us a draft board. We rented the shuffleboard room for hours (which was affordable) and everyone had a good time. Service was great! This will definitely be our new draft spot!

My husband said I'm a picky eater but I am not. Ashley is a phenomenal server. The reason we keep coming.

Fun stuff. Good food, fun playing games with my son. Had to ask for refills a couple times and food wasn't busy. Seems like servers wasn't checking up on us normally likewise. Tips = service. They wasn't paying attention to the 5 booths that people were eating at. Can't imagine how it would of went if it were slammed. Hot wings with no drinks isnt good.

Food was good:) manager with the neon pink hair was nice - introduced herself to me and my boyfriend. Told us to let her know if we need anything. Very friendly. We got the food and points combo. The Sliders were REALLY good. And they have crunchy pickles. Funnel fries are good - and so is the fish and chips. Wide variety of food. One of the few restaurants I've eaten at that wasn't gross. Cashier for the points shop, Noah, was nice - made a recommendation on how to spend my points. My only complaint is a few games were broken without signs posted. Lost a few tokens because of it but no big deal. The coin pushers are addictive. The hungry hippo game is Lowkey dirty as hell but let's be honest, it's children that play on it so that's to be expected. No wonder they have such great immune systems. They have some Nintendo games. Fun!! Will be returning eventually. Loved it!:)

Ashley was great. She knew just what to suggest. My wife is such a picky eater. Ashley Everytime!!!

It was a great experience for myself and my entire family. Its not dirty and full of rif raf like the tri county ohio location. The employees here were very polite and helpful! Our waitress (Misty) was great! She made our experience there memorable and fun! The games were amazing and everything was clean. No overwhelming Marijuana smell/smoke like the tri-county ohio location. We will definitely be back!

The food was so good. I will definitely get the chicken quesadilla again and the ribs are amazing. The ribs just fall off the bone . A must try

November 2024, they've stepped out up which is great, great service at the bar, food was on point also, good job management... September 2023 visit so I'll change this review from a 1 star as we only had food and drinks before... This time took the family and we did good and drinks first and then hours of video games and trying to accumulate tickets... Food was great and priced fair, drinks were good, service again at the bar was hit and miss the few times we came to the bar to get drinks... Tons of games to play and seemed like none were out of order and we only had an issue twice with the machines and both times the staff was great and took care of the issues quick and friendly... Can't wait to bring the family back!! Overpriced food and drinks.... Service at the bar was atrocious to say the least......

Good fun place to take kids or have a beer and watch a game. Food is decent, burgers are good, got the wrong fries and still a good meal in all. Lots of games and entertainment

Great fun and a much needed addition to the Florence area. I went here last night with my girlfriend and enjoyed a few hours of games and drinks. We purchased a card with 170 credits and ended up refilling it with another 170. Be advised, there is a $3 activation charge for a new card. The selection of games were great, from air hockey to basketball to The Walking Dead shooting game. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is due to price. It is very expensive and can add up quickly.

My husband and I have enjoyed this Dave and Buster's for the past couple of years. It's exciting to have one so close - before they built this one, the next closest one was more than half an hour away. The games are pretty fun and there are some pretty good game chip packages! The food is tastier than you might think - I had a super yummy pasta dish and my husband enjoys the chicken tenders! Their drinks are alright. The bill comes out kind of high unless it's happy hour, so shoot for that if you can. And they don't list their prices on the menu, so I find that a little odd. They're always changing up their layout and getting new games so it's a fresh change whenever you visit next. And even though there are some wacky things in the shop you'd probably never get, there are some cool things to keep your eye out for. Last time we were there, we got a dancing water sound system that works with Bluetooth and it was totally worth it!

We have always went to the D&B in Springdale Ohio, but thought we'd see if the one in Florence was worth switching to since we live closer to it now. It was a lot less crowded which we liked. We played games for hours and didn't have to wait on anyone really! The food was average, though. I imagined a place like this would have top quality ingredients, but it's possible most ppl do not eat here and just come for the games so they invest more into that aspect. The Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese was pretty good, though. It was giant like the size of a pizza! Definitely enough to feed 3 ppl for a little snack while you're there.

The food was great but a little pricey. Also, we planned on paying the premium to get the Unlimited Game Play combos but decided against it after learning that the games included in that deal were quite limited. Fortunately, it was Wednesday and my kids were able to take advantage of the 1/2 price games. Also, I enjoy the atmosphere but with the music being turned up to 11... 3/4 of our group ended up with a headache before finishing dinner... so some of us went out and waited in the car rather than opting to purchase game cards. Overall, the kids enjoyed the night and dinner was great but, as a group, we were just a little disappointed... hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Minimum tip is made compulsory but food was good.

It's a fun place to take the kids to burn off some energy. The food is standard bar type food.

Maybe the food is better at different times of day, but that was my only complaint. Lots of games, the pricing is affordable, and the people were great.

Spent $350+ and left frustrated. Don't fall for the "Unlimited" hype. ​I cannot recommend the Unlimited Gaming card. We spent over $350 for our family of four (two adults, two kids) to eat and play, and the value simply isn't there. ​The pricing is set up so that you are forced to order adult entrees to get a decent deal on gaming, meaning we had to skip kids' meals and order four huge adult meals just to make the math work. We ended up with way too much food that we had to pack up and take home. ​The "Unlimited" gameplay (which cost us $60 for 90 minutes) is extremely misleading: ​Many games are excluded: It felt like 30% to 40% of the games required actual chips and would not accept the time card. It is ridiculous to spend that much money and still have to constantly tell your kids they can't play half the games they see. ​Absurd Ticket Limits: The card maxes out at 1,500 tickets. Once you hit that, you're done earning. ​The food was decent, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. But if you are looking for a fun, stress-free gaming experience, this isn't it. I would never purchase the unlimited package again. One last tidbit to mention that was a bit annoying: they had posted promotional flyers and digital media everywhere boasting about Sundays being "half-priced games". I'm assuming this is if you just pay for the games outright, they literally are half cost. Since we did the unlimited card, as it was the best value recommended by the hostess and our server, it didnt apply to us. But I felt it was worth mentioning.Considering the non value of the entire thing.

This place continues to decrease in value and enjoyment. It is like visiting a place as an adult you loved as a child, but now it is just not the same. Games are very pricey and the area is congested with machines. I did see they were remodeling and I will update my review after the changes but if you are looking for an indoor activity with the kids or a date that will cost about $50 per person, then this will do. Needs to find more value to be sustainable.

Eh service, decent food. The margaritas were pretty good. If you order the pretzel be aware that it's humongous. The fish and chips was good the Hawaiian chicken was good and the salad was wilted.

I really enjoyed my time there… but the drinks truly felt like they were virgin drinks. I’m not a tall person so I should’ve felt something. I had a Bloody Mary and felt like I just had a V8 juice so I ordered their version of a Long Island Ice Tea. It was delicious but felt absolutely nothing. Others in our group had the same comments so I kinda feel something is going on there.

It is a nice facility. It needs an out door makeover because you can literally see holes on the outside front door overhang, how unsightly. Food offering is good, no draft beer, and corporate made mixed drinks that are colorful but very alcoho-less. You come here honestly so that you can give your kids a way to draw out their energy. I find that they have an interesting point program that is more expensive than what it looks. But anyone who knows to come to Dave & Buster's is aware that they're going to get taken to the cleaners.

Tried this spot out wish it had more options and more staff to help. It had some cool few games that’s about it.

This is a teenage paradise. Younger kids not so much. My kid had trouble playing and on top of that teens/adults are stingy with games. My kid also earned a 1000 tickets, upon trying to purchase something from the 1000 ticket shelf it rang up as 2500. My kid was pretty upset considering they stuck to the section of the ticket prices we had. A really nice person gave us their card so we could purchase the stuffed animal. Spent $50 left with a $15 stuffed animal.

Every time we come here our food is messed up or something is missing. Last time we came about 3 months ago our order was messed up and the manager thought extra fries would fix the issue. We ended up getting a discount because it was right to do and we come here expecting to have a good time and spend some money. Today 2/7/26 we visit again we stopped coming as often because service has been awful. My husband's salad and toddlers kids meal came out. While my salad was forgotten about. Soon later our full order was coming out. I had to mentioned my salad to be brought out. I ordered steak, fries,salad,and added the chicken tenders to my order for an additional price to split with my son. There were supose to be 3 tenders but were only given 2 tiny ones (that were to feed a 10 year old and was told the cook wasnt aware that it came with 3 peices) that were more like nuggets and should be with a kids meal. My steak was WAY under cooked and cold (surly not hot but not quite warm either) The missing tender came out and it was significantly larger than the other 2 we had. I got my steak replaced we told management (colorful haired w/piercings lady) about our last few visits. She was awsome, understanding, and apologetic she even offered a free desert and a game card and also removed my steak (whole meal) off our bill yet still ended up replacing my whole meal for free! Now this over and beyond great service! We were so appreciative for this kind and wonderful service!! It still took them over 30 minutes to bring me my steak (whole meal) back out which i was starving hence being 6 months pregnant and only ate a few fries and half my salad sence I was sharing my meal. I was bummed i wasn't able to play games with my husband and kids since I was at the table still waiting to eat. At this point it was well after 9 and our 4 year old had to get some sleep. The steak tasted amazing! The triple chocolate cake i got was so good too. Our server Lauren was so sweet and patient during this whole chaos and we will be asking for her for our future visits!

We didnt eat the food, we just came for the games. We paid $54 for unlimited play for 90 minutes. However, what they dont tell you is that you only get 1500 max points. This should be a disclaimer on the kiosk when purchasing your card. Its great if you just want to play games and not win prizes, but if your in it for the tokens dont waist your money.

Ordered the BBBBurger, it was a frozen patty not prepared in house taste was Terrible. Service was ok it did take about 20 min to get a server to see us sitting down. Very disappointed and would not recommend the food at all.

They had really bad service at the bar. Sat there for 10 minutes and nobody came to help, then when I went to ask for help they got attitudes, and when they poured my beer it was half full of the head. They could treat the customers better.

Terrible experience at the Florence location. Our server forgot to put our food order in, resulting in over an hour wait. Simple requests were ignored multiple times, food arrived cold, and no manager ever came after being requested. We couldn’t even enjoy the games because we were stuck waiting at the table. On top of that, several games were broken or out of service. This is my second visit here with poor service. Dave & Buster’s advertises food, drinks, and fun — this location delivers none of the above.
