Non sarò un esperto culinario ma mi reputo una buona forchetta, amo mangiare bene. Questo è certamente uno dei posti in cui ho mangiato meglio in vita mia! Il personale è disponibile e cortese, ma per quanto i piatti sono buoni potrebbero anche essere meno gentili, e comunque ci tornerei a mangiare. Per giunta la qualità del cibo, la preparazione e la presentazione del piatto, confrontato a quanto si spende mi fa pensare che dovrebbero decisamente alzare i prezzi, ma forse meglio così. Consiglio a chiunque di Firenze e dintorni, anche la location davvero bella e curata. Ultimo appunto non indifferente: hanno etica e discernimento nella scelta dei prodotti, limitando i consumi e gli sprechi inutili, no plastica dove possono, quindi anche ecologici nel loro modo di fare cucina. Complimenti 👏 ( su 2 giorni passati a firenze per lavoro ho cenato qui entrambe le sere, ed ho un tenore di vita medio basso, quindi fate voi)

Un bellissimo giardino a due passi dal centro storico dove poter godersi un aperitivo in totale relax. Ambiente raccolto, cibo nella norma (prezzi leggermente alti), ottimi cocktails. Ottimo posto dove pranzare in tranquillità.

The gist: this was top 3 best brunches we’ve had in Florence. My husband got the cheese omelet with mushrooms and potatoes while I (skeptically) got the (€17) club sandwich. Boy o boy was that one GOOD sandwich. It was deliciously slathered in mayo (maybe it was hollandaise?) and the FRIES omg so yum! Slightly crisp on the edges and oh so soft and potato-y on the inside! Not to mention it was quite the generous portion! (Peep the photo for the amount of delicious crisp bacon 🤤) The omelet was also yum as were the potatoes (safe to say they know their ‘taters!) and I wasn’t expecting the mushrooms to also be on the side but it worked! Finally, the Bloody Mary was very good by Italian standards. I asked for it spicier with a salt rim and I even ordered a second (it was a decadent brunch 😅) Oh wait!! We had gotten the Santa Rosina salad to share (cus, veggies) and we were almost too full to eat it but we powered through (LOL) with that second Bloody Mary and my husband’s second glass of orange wine. It, too, was decidedly good! We’ve been here many times over the years and it is continuously improving/evolving. We’ve always enjoyed the food, the wine, and the varied atmospheres. There is the proper restaurant (indoor and out), the more casual bar, and the super chill outside area with cool sitting areas. PS: idk why the video of the whole meal isn’t loading 😭

We booked here as a first stop, first day nearby our accommodation but there is plenty of space to just rock up. Be warned, it is shut for a little while in August for holidays so glad we caught it when it was open! A little oasis in a park let off the slightly hustlely bustlely streets of the Oltrarno district. Warm welcome and calm atmosphere where you can just sit for a drink if you like. I had a delicious caesar salad, do ask for more dressing if you order as it was slightly on the dry side, and our daughter loved her fresh tomato spaghetti and husband had a substantial club sandwich. Wine was delicious and well recommended. Do stop by Santarosa as its a lovely hidden gem in this area.

Absolutely fabulous place, a bit off the beaten track and discovered by chance. Clearly a favourite with the locals we went back a second time. Lovely food even though the menu is a little limited. Food is really fabulous and the birra "Regina de la Mare (8%)" is heaven on earth - "drink responsibly" 😂

The F&B is good (not great), but the reason to visit is the vibe of the place. It is set up in a nice park, with very chilled out vibe (music, seating, etc). The service is nice and courteous. I went twice in 2 days, and had a great time on both occasions.

Delicious unusual healthy food!! The menu is very varied. When we were here there was a large party celebrating a graduates’ accomplishment, so locals love it! We had the special of the day- a delicious blend of eggplant and tomatoes on bread and stuffed zucchini flowers with an elevated pesto? Melt in your mouth. Will return in our 5 days here to eat down the menu!

Wonderful bistro in a little park by the medieval city walls. Had a very nice Caesar Salad and coffee. Peaceful and relaxing. The staff were very friendly even though our Italian isn't very good.

Amazing place! it has a beautiful garden right beside and the scenery from the restaurant is beautiful! And, the servers were very kind and treated us in the most welcoming manner. The server named Francesco was very charming and kind! (also good looking ) He gave us good recommendations on wine and food. We felt very welcomed by the staffs even as a tourist here ! Beautiful, quaint little place just right outside the center of Florence. Ambience was very cozy with a nice garden. We ordered 2 cappucinos and 2 croissants and paid only 6 euros. And the coffee was one of the best that I've had in Florence.

An aesthetically gorgeous bistro with a bunch of options different than your traditional Italian dishes. My shakerato was delicious and well made, and the couscous rosso was a very interesting dish with an amazing presentation, i was impressed how well the toppings went with the couscous. Both outside and inside are very nice to dine/drink at, and staff was very helpful.

Ambiente carino. Cibo buono a prezzi davvero onesti. Sicuramente poche scelte e obbligate, ma la qualità e la velocità del servizio compensa. Tavoli in plastica bruttini, compensa la vista e la storicità del luogo

A cena consiglio vivamente i pici con il polpo, davvero ottimi e ben conditi. Atmosfera molto accogliente, rilassata e di buon gusto. Il cameriere ( un ragazzo con gli occhiali) è stato davvero bravo. Ci tornerò sicuramente, il menù mi ha incuriosito sia per la colazione che per il pranzo. P.s. il locale non è su strada ma all'interno di un parchetto di fianco le mura

We had three sandwiches, mozzarella and ham, mozzarella and tomato, and tuna and egg. All were served in a round focaccia bread and highly liked by all of us. The cafe is very cute, with tables inside and outside, in the sun, under the roof, or parasols or trees. The vibe is a relaxed, and not so Italian (but not in any negative sense, just doesn’t feel like your typical Italian bar!) cafe. Service was a bit confusing though, as we ordered our sandwiches, and were then not asked if we wanted to drink anything and nothing was said about the payment and the people behind the bar turned right away to the next customer. I also appreciated their several vegetarian options.

Cozy place with a great atmosphere… really charming! Good drinks and a nice wine list. The food looked great — though we didn’t eat there this time, so that’s still on our list. It was a bit hard to get the staff’s attention at times, even though it wasn’t super busy — but they were friendly overall, and it was a good experience. Definitely recommending the place, and we’d be happy to come back. :-)

Esperienza sicuramente positiva in questo splendido locale in lungarno omonimo. Dettagli Bohemian vintage retro spettacolari in alcuni tagli, presenza sporadica ancora di plastica come per esempio piccoli vasi e quant'altro dove mi è caduto subito l'occhio peccato! Per la prima volta mi fermo per un pranzo veloce. Proposta di piatto quadro sulla carta molto interessante ...ma eseguito con sufficenza. Nel piatto quadro specifico ho scelto come piatto principale le zucchine alla scapece con feta servite su un crostone di pane di toast🙄(zucchine alla scapece dovrebbero essere almeno condite con un po' di origano , menta e una spruzzatina di aceto bianco),gli altri tre contorni scelti dello chef erano gazpacho di pomodoro molto buono ,tortino di verdure(di cosa?) buono ma ...,insalatina di cetriolo misera e un po' insipida. Che dire ci torneremo sicuramente per riprovare e riprovare ancora sperando in un miglioramento netto della cucina Prezzi buoni nella media ... Manca qualcosa per fare il salto di qualità definitivo. Bel locale, peccato sia scarsamente riscaldato e con tavoli molto ravvicinati. Discreto il caffè, scarse le paste da colazione, rigorosamente di origine surgelata. Cibo (brunch, pranzo, etc) di vocazione gourmet ma piuttosto raffazzonato, a prezzi ben sopra la media. Servizio lento e distaccato.

Posto meraviglioso, un piccolo locale immerso nel verde del quartiere di San Frediano. Curato e chic senza esagerare, ottimo per compleanni e feste di laurea. Cibo buono ma ridotta varietà di cibi. Prezzi sopra la media. Personale e servizio nella norma.

Locale bellissimo ma è il fuori la vera chicca. Consigliato per aperitivi o brunch. Personale carino e veloce ma non molto “sorridente”. Sono stata a cena e ci sono pochissime scelte e veramente veramente care. 9€ per un cheesecake che cheesecake non è e 18€ per una pasta con ragù di polpo salatissimo. Vino nella media. Peccato, avevo visto il menù del brunch e secondo me merita molto di più.

I wasn’t impressed with this place. When I asked for a beer before ordering food, the waiter told me I had to go to the counter because beer had to be ordered separately — even though I had already made it clear I wanted the beer first. At the same time, I saw the other waitress bring beer directly to the table for an Italian couple. On my third trip to the counter, the glass she gave me wasn’t even full, and when I ask her to top it up, she muttered something under her breath in Italian to his coworkers — clearly not friendly. When we asked for the lunch menu, it took ages to get it, and we had to ask multiple staff members before anyone finally brought it over. Overall, not a good experience. It feels like foreigners don’t get treated as well here. Maybe it’s fine for locals, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re visiting.
