We stopped by Gong Cha recently for some more delicious milk teas. Our drinks were flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The staff is very helpful. I was wondering which topping to add and was offered a sample of the one I was interested in. I also appreciate that I can adjust the level of sweetness and ice. Highly recommend!

STRAY KIDS FANS: as of today, this location has Felix cutout, drink specials and cup sleeves!! We got his brown sugar with foam (70% sugar) + boba and a regular milk tea (50% sugar) with boba and they were both very well made. I love that you can adjust the sweetness. We ordered through the kiosk and Felix thanked us at the end! If you’re a Stay, get here asap! The vibes are immaculate 🐥Q for owners: will y’all have Felix GC merch in later this month?

If you love boba, you’ve got to check this place out! The tea is super smooth, with just the right balance of rich oolong flavor and sweetness. The pearls are so good— soft and chewy! The atmosphere is really cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’m definitely coming back for more!

I'm so glad there's a Gong Cha in town! The space is nice and cozy to hang out or do work; and the staff are kind. The drinks are delicious as always -- I got the seasonal drink pumpkin pie milk tea and it's so yummy!

I got the strawberry milk tea at 30% sweetness and it’s delicious! The mixture itself is very creamy and the boba has a perfect taste/texture. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped in on my way home from work and ordered an Earl Grey Tea with 3J’s (50% sweet). The tea was brewed perfectly and I love the ability you have to customize sweetness and ice levels. We visited Gong Cha Flower Mound and ordered the dirty brown sugar milk tea and the creme brulee milk tea. Both drinks were good, but they didn’t quite blow us away. We recently had Tiger Sugar while visiting Flushing, New York, and those drinks were amazing, so we may have been comparing a bit. These felt like they could have been a little sweeter or more bold in flavor. That said, if you’re not looking for something overly sweet, these drinks might be right up your alley. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I still look forward to coming back to try other drinks on the menu to see what else stands out.

Very stingy! Drink not even completely filled. Ordered from 3rd party app and this needs to be mentioned on the platform that less ice would be not filled to the top. Go to FengCha nearby, bigger portions and better value, or another Gongcha location.

We were not greeted or talked to at all or even received any welcoming at all i evwn heard the employee complaining about making my drink out loud saying she doesnt want to make my matcha because of my cold foam. Drinks were ok but the employees made it seems so uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
