Great food, great staff, overall great environment. Not many meals at restaurants are easy with a 2 and 4 year old.. but this was great! They even had crayons and pizza coloring pages for the kids. And they have the good round little ice! We will definitely go back again!

This was my first time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised. It was awesome, being able to get pizza by the slice. The flavor of the pizza was really good, but what topped off the experience, was the young man working behind the counter. There was only 2 employees working and this guy was on point. There was a steady flow of customers coming in and was super professional, polite, and very efficient. There was even a few people he remembered their names from the last they were in. As a manager at my place of work, I am very observant to great workers and he is one of them. Hopefully his manager and/or owner reads this review because he was awesome. Luke, you made me a customer and my daughter and will definitely be back. Keep up the hard work and positive attitude, it will take you far in life.

Happened to stop in here since I saw the slice sign on the sidewalk and I’m glad I did stop in. As a former owner of a pizza franchise, I can tell you this pizza was on point. Great crust, the right amount of sauce and even the plain cheese pizza slices I got were delicious. Another thing that stood out for me was the cleanliness of the place. I think the gentleman who helped me was the owner and he was very friendly and welcoming. Based on the environment and his positive attitude, I told him I’d be back as I grabbed my slices to go. After 1 bite, I considered making a U-turn to get a whole pie. I’ll have to come in with my family soon. Thanks for a great experience.

Ciro’s has the best pizza in town. Plus they have outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure your experience is great. Thank you to Rob for helping my parent resolve a misunderstanding with billing. Which ended up being an issue on our end.

Service is always stellar. I frequent this place with my four year old. I always order two slices and a drink and the staff is kind enough to slice up the pieces into a manageable size and put on separate plates. I don't even have to ask. Easy place for a quick meal.

This place is worth every dollar! The customer service is outstanding! Steve does an amazing job every time. Dan remembers your order and is never short on conversation. Luke is one of the most friendly people i have ever met and Alex will make you the best salad you have ever seen. 10 out of 10. I wish every restaurant was this impressive.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful locale with both outdoor and indoor dining areas. Food is satisfactory and is served promptly.

Pizza was a pile of vegetables tossed on a crust. Not really pizza. They have a menu without pricing, so the price is a mystery, until the sticker shock. My husband said he enjoyed the fresh vegetables on the crust, so I had to give them a 5 for food. 3 tables to choose from if you want to eat there. So, more of a takeout restaurant. Prices were outrageously high. I think, $35 for a pizza is ridiculously high. Staff was sweet. I wouldn't go back. I'm responding to the owners response. The 4 stars review was due to the fact that there was no sign of pricing on the paper menu nor on the wall menu. So $35 was a guess on the price of the pizza. Our receipt was not itemized. Pricing is a mystery. Cost was not visible.

They are terrible at estimating time and not up front about it. I ordered online and they estimated a time it would be ready. I showed up about 5 minutes early as I do. Was told it would be a few minutes. One person was just making a crust and I watched them do that for a bit. Turns out that was my crust and they had just started my pizzas. I wouldn’t know that until 20 minutes later when I inquired again as those new pizzas were just going in the oven and they said it would be a few more minutes. If they had told me the truth the first inquiry I would have left and returned 30 minutes later rather than stand around and wait “a few minutes” that was actual 30. Definitely try another place next time.

$23.25 for a small pizza that I got home only to find it was burnt. UPDATE: I ordered from here again, and got their “Goofy Sticks”… they were burnt too. Check your food before you leave this place - unfortunately I ordered on DoorDash and couldn’t.

It was extremely unpleasant and humiliating for me when he angrily parodied me after he found out that he had prepared an order for a different name, although he had asked me many times before, and another employee had seen the name on the phone screen. But since he did not listen to me and believes that he is somehow superior to me, he publicly began to impersonate me and my pronunciation in the most offensive manner. After that, I was forced to leave this place, since I do not speak the language well enough to object to him or do anything. I believe that such behavior of employees working with clients and visitors is unacceptable. I hope appropriate measures will be taken.
