Love Dunkin but this dunkin is contantly out of glazed donut hole. Will be out at 9am on a Saturday and won’t make more. This is the 6th time this has happened or I would not complain. Out today again at 10:30.

On Door Dash it automatically defaults to no cheese no bacon on the loaded potatoes. When I called a while back to ask the store confirmed when they see this (often) so they just put 9 hash browns in a cup nothing on it. I informed her of issue with door dash app not her fault but between Dunkin and Door Dash it’s someone’s fault. Get it together.

RUDE STAFF AND SLOW SERVICE! I love Dunkin’ but unfortunately there isnt any near me besides this location, every time I want to get a coffee the staff is usually not friendly, and they act like I’m more of a chore to deal with then a customer. And don’t even bother trying to go inside. They prioritize drive thru more then the customers in the lobby, I went inside one time to get some donuts and 2 coffees before work, I arrived at 9am and waited and waited for someone to give me my coffee or help pick out donuts. I had to ask a worker to help me and they were just saying: “Well what did you order?? What did you order??” As if the receipt wasn’t on the counter waiting for them to read it and make my coffee. I told the worker that the receipt is here and I apologize im just in a lil bit of a rush since I don’t want to be late for work. After 40 minutes I got my donuts and coffees and was late. I let it slide since I assumed it was just a busy morning. Then today happened, Dunkin’ is giving out mittens for people who buy iced coffee, I went through the drive thru but forgot my mitten so I went inside, I waited. Waited some more. Then I had to ask: “hey I’m sorry I was in the drive thru but forgot my mitten” nobody came over to assist me, after asking for help a worker comes up, says: “Huh?” I let him know what happened and he says: “Oh” puts his headset back on, turns around and goes back to what he was doing. I was BAFFLED, he walked straight past the mitten bag as well. I had to stop a worker and ask them again for the third time, and this worker then gave me the mitten and I thanked them. There is 0 excuse why I need to wait so long to be serviced and why I’m treated like an obstacle/chore. It just sucks since it’s the only Dunkin near me and I just wish I could see the level of quality that Dunkin should have. TLDR: Rude staff, long wait times in the lobby, staff treats you like a chore. But the quality of the food/drinks is still as good as ever!

very inconsistent i come here frequently in th morning, some mornings the service is good and the coffee actually has coffee, other mornings you get ignored for 10 minutes and then handed a cup of milk.

Went to this Dunkin for the first time. Won't be going back. Staff were already closing up before 3pm when they close at 4pm. Chairs all up and the only table available was disgusting and covered in crumbs. Told staff it was our first time at a Dunkin and they were rude to us.tried asking questions and were just given blank stares in return. Ordered at the kiosk instead because the employee didn't want to take our order. The other employee was nice and got us the water we asked for. Donuts were ok. Drink was not made as advertised. None of the toppings it was supposed to get no caramel drizzle and basically tasted like off brand iced coffee. Would of tried other stuff while I was there if the employee was willing to upsell or suggest items. No effort given to making it a decent experience. All he was focused on was how fast he could get out of the building. Lots of room for improvement.

My mom, Grandma, and I went in here for our first time yesterday so we were excited but when we got home we were completely let down. Your donuts are beyond dry with little frosting. The Donut Shop is sooooo much better. Was not worth the $33 that I spent.

Unacceptable "Light Ice" Policy and Poor Service I visited the Orangevale, CA Dunkin' drive-thru this morning, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a medium iced coffee and specifically requested light ice. When the drink was handed to me, the cup was noticeably not full, with about an inch and a half of empty space at the top. When I questioned the employee about this, I was told that the cup was not filled all the way because I ordered light ice. This is completely unacceptable. Ordering "light ice" should mean I receive more coffee, not a partially filled cup. I've never encountered such a policy at any coffee shop before. It's misleading to the customer and feels like I was cheated out of the full amount of coffee I paid for. The employee's explanation was unsatisfactory, and the experience as a whole was very poor. I am leaving a one-star review because of this incredibly frustrating and illogical policy.

I rushed over to get a donut for the kids and this is the 3rd time that I am told through the intercom that they are closed when they still have 5-10 minutes until they close. I dont think anyone cares enough to do anything about it but I would not go close to closing time

I ordered a strawberry refresher and they told me it didn’t have caffeine. It had 99 mg of caffeine and is considered an energy drink. I had no idea I don’t go here ever. I have a caffeine intolerance and had a total mental breakdown, hives, migraine, panic attack etc, considered going to the emergency room. I guess I could have checked but I made the mistake of trusting someone. Please educate your employees on the drinks. This is serious. Im sure they’re underpaid and they don’t care but Some people can’t handle caffeine. I know it might sound silly but it’s a serious issue for a lot of people. The employee was male with long dark hair working the drive through.

I got food poisoning from the $5 breakfast meal. I felt awful for 2 days. I told customer service and they said it must have been the way they prepared it because nothing was expired. They also have not provided me with a refund. It has been over a week since I got food poisoning and they keep requesting that I drive all the way back to the store and show my receipt. They clearly do not have proper sanitary methods if customers can get food poisoning from the way in which they prepared it. They won't even send back a $5 refund. Disgusting experience 🤢
