Definitely our favorite pizza place! Rain or snow, you’re always here for us 🍕 Thank you for opening even on a heavy snowy day! The dough is incredibly flavorful and light, the toppings are excellent, and every slice/ wheel is a delight. The flavor is totally addictive! And I even love the background music!
I have been to the Forest Hills and Station Square area many times before but never noticed this pizzeria, so they must have opened recently. Prices were really reasonable. I walked in with my brother after work yesterday and we got a slice of the Grandma Pesto, Spicy Vodka, Turkey Bacon Chicken Ranch, and Pepperoni, and honestly, they were all exceptional. Unfortunately I didn't really get any photos, was too busy eating, I have had a lot of pizza in my life, but no lie, this might be some of the best I have ever had. The Spicy Vodka slice was SO GOOD, almost life changing because the sauce was so flavorful and clear without being overpowering. I also really appreciated that they use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. It gave the slice all the flavor without that heavy, greasy feeling you usually get with pork bacon. The pizza guys were super friendly too, which made the experience even better. Next time I am definitely trying the pasta since it looks like they make it fresh right in front of you, which is pretty awesome. Highly recommend this new spot. Forest Hills just got a serious pizza upgrade. 🍕🔥
We had a pizza tasting of different pizzas in the neighborhood and Forest Hills Pizzeria was voted the best pizza amongst 7 other places in Forest Hills, Rego Park area. The winning pizza was tge Pepperoni Jalapeño pizza. Very good! Will definitely order again. This place is right on the Station Square area which has cobblestone road and a beautiful Christmas village tree across this restaurant.
So glad I got to finally try this pizza spot! Loved the Buffalo chicken pinwheel and the chicken turkey bacon ranch was so so good!! Literally planning to come back again just to have that slice! & I Love the fact that all the meats are halal & there’s no pork on the menu. I took a pic after I finished the chicken turkey bacon ranch slice but the mushroom one was good too. Shout it to Eric who was super attentive and made our experience great!
While on my way to the L.I.R.R, I passed by this cozy spot and decided to try a slice. I narrowed my choice to the Chicken Tomato slice. It was full of flavor! The slice snapped when folded, the crust was airy and every bite was full of deliciousness. The pizza wasn’t oily nor dry. It was perfect. I figured if the pizza is great then maybe so is the gelato. I was correct. The chocolate gelato was so rich and tasty. This was a great way to end evening. Thank you Forest Hills Pizzeria
Stopped by yesterday during my lunch break to try some pizza, and it was a great experience. I had the Caesar salad pizza and the mushroom pizza—both were really tasty. But what made the visit even better was the cashier. She was so sweet and helpful, took the time to explain the pizza options, and made me feel really welcome. I also tried the coffee, which was pretty good too. Great pizza and great service will come back 👍
All the food is genuinely so freaking delicious and the staff could not be nicer. also, very good prices.
This place has good pizza. The meat lovers was really smooth and packed with flavor
The thin crust veggie slice was really good including the veggie roll. Can’t wait to try gelato. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy.

Absolutely delicious! The pizza was perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients and a crispy crust. Great service, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere.

Just got pizza delivery from Forest Hills Pizza the first time - two different pies, both fresh, crisp and delicious! Very impressed, will order more in the future.
I had such a wonderful experience at this pizza shop! The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor — you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were just right. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they made sure everything was just the way I wanted. The place was clean and had a nice, cozy atmosphere that made it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends. Overall, I’m really happy with my visit and will definitely come back again!”
Decided to try out a new pizzeria that recently opened up on Friday evening and I did not realize how busy it would be! It seemed to me as if they were very underprepared because there were almost no slices left on a Friday evening, which was quite odd to me. Unfortunately I left but I decided to try it today, hoping there were prepared this time. I tried the grandma pesto slice and spicy vodka slice, and both were incredible. I’ve tried many slices from pizzerias all around NY and I have to say these slices were the most fresh I’ve ever tasted. I was so happy I decided to give them another shot considering they are quite new to the area still. I will most definitely be back.
Their pies have improved a lot since their first week. They're good, great crust, toppings are generous, and the default pies are huge. Decent value for the price. Their first week was rough though, terrible call service, confused cashiers, no ac. But give it another chance. Cashier still has hard time adding toppings to their specialty pizzas but they got the rest figured out
Great local place with an amazing selection of pizzas - many very original that I haven't had anywhere else. Eric, the owner was schooled by Italian gourmet and it shows. The 80's soundtrack was a bonus!

Delicious pizza and friendly service! Greeted with a smile and when I asked to have the slice cut in half to share the staff did it with a smile as well! Good seating area in the back without waiter service to munch on the pizza snack. I tried the bagels breakfast like months ago it wasn’t that good since the bagels are not freshly made here I believe, but the pizza did not disappoint!

Update: Updating this review to note that after visiting multiple times they've improved their overall operations to be more efficient and the staff, including the chefs, are really friendly and thoughtful. Original: My wife and I dined here recently. It's exciting to have a new local pizzaria and I want this place to succeed. The interior is a work in progress but nice and the chefs need better training to deal with customers. It took me a couple fo minutes to realize I was supposed to order at the counter snd no one corrected me as I stood there. I'm a native New Yorker, this is how we typically order pizza. We tried a plain slice, the jalapeno and pepperoni slice and the caesar salad slice. The caesar salad doesn't come with dressing drizzled on top which was weird to me. The regular slice is good though not quite a NYC slice. For Queens though especially in Foreat Hills which lacks good pizza, it was good. The jalapeno pepperoni slice though was REALLY GOOD! Pricing is appropriate and hopefully this place doesn't price themselves out of business like so many do these days. Unfortunately it took this place 10 minutes of **very** vulgar music for someone to finally change the music whole little kids at with their parents in this place. So there's still some amateur mistakes happening here. All in all, a new neighborhood spot with good pizza and lots of potential.
Good options but the food needs to be better. Didn't try the pizza but got pasta Primavera with chicken, a chicken roll and veggie pinwheel. The pasta was too oily and lemony and it wasn't olive oil. There could have been more vegetables besides tomatoes and peas. I would try again for the pizza but not any time soon.
Had high hopes for this pizzeria since it was in such a convenient location, but was very disappointed. First off, the cashier seemed absolutely baffled when I asked if they can add sausage to the spicy vodka slice. They said they didn’t offer sausage even though it was listed on the tv screen menu. He had to ask the kitchen staff who said they can add beef sausage. Got charged an extra $1.50 to add this topping. Waited an unusually long time to receive my two slices and when I did, surprise surprise there was no sausage on the spicy vodka slice! I’m not blaming the person who heated up the pizza since it turned out, this note wasn’t added on the receipt. However another person waiting for their pizza was also missing toppings on one of their slices. As for the taste, it took me until I was 2/3 into each slice (got a buffalo chicken slice as well) until I tasted anything that wasn’t a burnt flavor. The bottom of the pizza didn’t look burned, yet that’s all I tasted when eating each slice. I was eventually able to taste the vodka sauce flavor come through but was not spicy whatsoever. The buffalo chicken pizza was ok, nothing special. Between the lackluster tasting pizza and customer service, I won’t be stopping by here unless it was my absolute last option.

Very dissappointed that I had to spend my time there mulling over everything that went wrong. I am only bothering to write this in the hope that a customer does not get seriously injured. The stair steps to the dining room each are higher than standard height. They are not marked with tape or warning. When you receive food in both hands at the pick up point you turn and take a half step to the first step. Your hands are occupied and your food is blocking the view of the first step. I nearly fell face first onto my food and face. I did raise my foot to the first step but only enough to make contact with my toe, not the full foot. In the dining room, 9 PM a relatively un-busy time ,but right before an expected rush of concert goers, the dining room tables all had food debris, and ALL napkin dispenser were empty. In addition the dude at the register who appeared to be the manager left me fumbling for change for nearly a minute without explaining that the price was lower than that stated on the cash register was lower and no coins were needed (with ten dollar bill on display in my hand). I even my comment "that nickel is really a nuisance" did not prompt him to engange positively with me. Only after I specifically asked, why I got back more change than expected I was THEN told that the price for cash is different. Again, I wouldn't bother writing this except that I hope to save a customer from breaking a tooth or tripping on the steps during the extra trip for napkins.

leaving this review just because i’m absolutely baffled by how sloppy their cashier is. she tried charging me for a celcius when i had a snapple drink. after i said something, she apologized and changed it. i had a pepperoni jalapeño slice and she charged for me a supreme slice. the pizza guy in the back literally had to confirm with me what i ordered because it was different than the ticket. mistakes happen but to mess up on both my drink and food order? being a cashier is so easy these days, please hire staff who care to do the job right.
I will never return to this establishment. After seeing a glowing review on social media, I decided to give this place a try. I went in on a Saturday around 12:30 PM—what should be peak time at any decent pizzeria, with fresh pies and a fully stocked display. From the moment I walked in, the experience was disappointing. You can’t order at the pizza counter where the slices are displayed—instead, you have to walk about 15 feet to a separate register to place your order. It’s not obvious or intuitive. I asked the girl at the register what types of slices were available, and she had no clue. She had to walk all the way back to the display to check. I ordered three plain slices, one mushroom, and one pepperoni-jalapeño—as is, because I planned to reheat them at home. Despite all this, nothing happened for several minutes. Apparently, the “slice guy” won’t even start your order until the ticket goes through their system. All I wanted were five cold slices to go—no customization, no heating. But the “slice guy” ended up putting them in the oven anyway. When I asked if they were being reheated, I was told “no,” but clearly that wasn’t true. By the time I got my box and got back to the car, almost 15 minutes had passed for something that should have taken less than five. Now, onto the food—what little care they took in handling it was honestly insulting. The slices were just thrown into the box haphazardly, with zero attention or effort. You’ll see in the pictures I’ve posted. For a business that wants to be part of the Forest Hills community, this is how they treat customers? We are your neighbors and patrons. We are not concert goers. The mushroom slice? It was basically a heap of mushroom duxelles with a sprinkle of cheese—more of a soggy mess than a proper slice. The pepperoni-jalapeño slice? And the plain slices? Nearly cheeseless. This was a complete waste of time and money. There are plenty of other pizzerias within walking distance that have friendlier staff, better parking, and—most importantly—actually care about what they serve.
There was one queue line, the lady infront of me was ordering when a man asked a question to the cashier and then took his order, if I didn’t called it out that he wasn’t on the line, it would’ve been his order prior to mine, it’s little thing but I felt ignored and discriminated against cause I’m POC. Not only that, when I checked my receipts today, I noticed “Tip” was charged, I wasn’t asked for tip, the Cashier had the audacity to pick it for me. She only gave me “total amount” and receipt showed breakdown, not the screen! I will NEVER go back! Although I live a block away from this place.

Total scam. The slice is listed as $5, but they charged $5.60 on my card — a 60¢ “tax” that makes no sense. (NY FOOD TAX IS %8.875) When they opened just a few months ago, the same slice was $3 and actually tasted good. Now it’s smaller, cheaper ingredients, barely any toppings, and the quality has gone downhill fast. They raised prices, cut corners, and act like no one will notice. Greedy and disappointing — never coming back.
