A magnificent experience. Gianmarco is a quality restaurateur with a fine wine cellar. The opening Franciacorta was extraordinary. The Italian-style appetizer with Piedmontese beef tartare, exceptional cured meats accompanied by a magnificent and balanced giardiniera, as was the selection of cheeses. The snails were sublime, and the casoncelli were flavorful and balanced. The lemon tart was explosive, full of flavor and strength. Congratulations. I must return for much more.

A great experience for both lunch and dinner! Nice, modern location, very friendly and helpful owner. Food is made with excellent quality ingredients, and you can taste it. I highly recommend it, and if we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back. 👍👍

Very good food. We shared tartare as antipasti then ate beef and veal as main dishes. Vegetables, potatoes and sauces were amazing too. Then crostata and tiramisu as desserts were also delicious. We enjoyed the full meal very much. The person serving us was also nice.

I called at the last minute, and even though I was late, they still seated us (Thanks Marco!!!). And thank goodness, because the food was truly worth it: amazing appetizers, high-quality cured meats, crunchy and flavorful giardiniera, and what can I say about the flan and tartare, exquisite!! Let's move on to the first courses and judge for yourselves by the photos!! We'll definitely be back to try the other delicacies!!! Thanks to all the staff!!

The "Ai Burattini" experience confirms the excellent recommendation from the book "Osterie d'Italia." The town is easily reached in 10 minutes by car from the beautiful setting of Lake Iseo. A charming location with a family atmosphere. The owner's special hospitality and friendliness immediately put you at ease. The menu is extensive and deserves more than one visit. As out-of-town travelers, we opted for a typical appetizer and the essential casoncelli, a traditional Bergamo dish. A must-try.
