I like to order the 12 pack soft tacos. Most of the time, at other locations, they just slap em together and you don't get much meat. The pack I bought here was perfect. And the crunch wrap supreme was on point.

I just moved to the area last month. While moving in I did a lot of take out, and I have to say this Taco Bell location has been the best. They have great customer service, polite employees, and they always get my order correct every time. I love their crunchy supreme tacos!

I love the young man, Wesley, he's very fast and helpful and delivers the correct order. Staff is young and has occasional mix ups, as first time workers often do, but they're apologetic and helpful if there is a problem. Great prices and great service are here!!

Who ever was working 5-16-22 just before 9 pm made my ridiculous order perfectly with all my stupid request and labeled my food for me! Then the girl with the big multicolored braided buns made sure my order was right before giving it to me. Doesn’t sound like much more than what they are suppose to do but if you know fast food then you know these people deserve a raise! Because clearly they care to do the job correctly while most people don’t get paid enough to care. (Not that I blame those people either lol) I’m a pretty understanding person and these people made my night better just by putting the care into my order after an awful day the small gesture of just caring turned my day around❤️ Thank you!

As we were passing through a long road trip, this Taco Bell not only hit the spot with its perfectly made tacos, but NAOMI- our cashier, cook, greeter, and in my opinion: Employee of the Year- was an absolute delight!! She had such an amazing and uplifting attitude that shined through the entire store, that even brightened our day on this gloomy, rainy journey of ours. This was the first Taco bell I've ever been to where my food was so hot, I actually had to wait and let it cool down. There was a mad lunch rush with cars going around the building in the drive through as well as a line inside. Despite that, I went inside and still only waited 5 minutes or so to get my order. Well done. I would definitely make that my frequent Taco bell if I lived in that area.

A pretty standard taco bell experience here restaurant wise - nothing new or exciting (quite clean inside though!). However, the service here is always fast and friendly. I've never gotten a wrong order here and that's pretty impressive. Definitely worth the stop if you're passing by and want great service!

I was there late. There was no wait at all. The nachos were surprisingly good & the staff was so friendly. It looked really clean inside & out. I didn't get hot sauce but I did the drive through window so it's possible that she handed it to me with the bag & I dropped it at the window.

This is one of the few Taco Bell locations where they get my order right every time I put it in I could not recommend this place high enough yeah they have a young staff but these kids are really paying attention to making sure your order is done properly I cannot express how much I appreciate how much effort they put into what it's supposed to be such a simple product. Anytime you order at a place like McDonald's or Jack in the box you expect subpar service especially from Taco Bell they have their own reputation but even since I was a kid I cannot deny the fact that I love their food. It's really refreshing to get the chance to go and eat at a location where they actually cook edible product. Two thumbs up to the team working here. Keep doing a great job. I hate that in customer service you usually only get extremely in-depth feedback when you've done a terrible job and when you do a good job your customer might tell one person but if you do a bad job they'll go tell a hundred people, well I hope 100 people hear about the good job you guys are doing over there.

Food was great and surprisingly, the order was all correct. The people working inside, however, seem to have no sense of urgency at all. Now I don't expect someone to rush and make food, but if you can have a full blown conversation with a co-worker and only make one taco per minute, that's a problem. It's fast food.

Reviews of locations is a funny thing. For a Taco Bell they did really well nothing was wrong with my order and everything tasted good however I wouldn't call Taco Bell a five-star restaurant. For a Taco Bell I gave it five stars. But honestly the price is at Taco Bell keep going up and up. I remember when Taco Bell was a cheap teenager date location. It cost me about $25 to feed myself and one of my sons this time. It used to be closer to $12.00. Thanks Bidenomics...

It's Taco Bell. Not much to say. I have been to this one a couple of times and they have managed to get my order right and the service has been as expected. UPDATE: This place tends to have some of the most professional young ladies and gentlemen that I have ever seen outside of the Chic FIL A here in Forney. I can't recall a single issue that I have ever had at this location.

I love that my food is always hot and fresh and made correctly, but I wish the people taking the order at the drive through didn't take so dang long. It takes them longer to take your order than it does to make your food. Which is evident by the long line behind the drive through ordering box, and ZERO line between the box and the window you pay and get your food. It's frustrating, but always worth the wait to have smoking hot delicious taco bell.

Ordered Mexican pizza combo last night that comes with taco SUPREMES [sour cream added]... apparently the associates on shift were too lazy to actually process order correctly. I brought back the tacos and thankfully the crew on duty today took care of me and even gave me a free drink while I waited. At least the Mexican pizza was good! So glad it's back! Thank you lunch crew for taking care of me!

8 out of 10 times they get my order correct which is pretty good considering I always am substituting Black beans instead of beef and sometimes additional changes. However sometimes they are out of blackbeans and here recently they have been tasting burnt. I do think some of their employees put more effort into their work than their management. However the crew is always a hit or miss with courtesy and their ability to bring a smile to your face.

We went during lunch. My daughter is a big fun of the surpreme fire meal. The cashier was very nice to her. She needed 3 pennies, he gave her the change she needed. It may sound like nothing but it means a lot to me. I would have to go back to the hotel to get the change. The place was clean. The food the bomb her word. I definitely will recommend this taco Bell.

The service is not so great at this location. Most of the girls who work here taking drive-through orders and online orders are not at all customer friendly. They don't care about orders and most often miss one or more items. When you ask them about the missing items, they will blame the customer or don't accept their mistakes.

I do like coming here and enjoy the food a great deal. The staff are kind and welcoming. The only downside about this place is that the interior if the place has changed so much. I go here a lot and most of the time it's a good experience and the staff is friendly. Today was a little disappointing though. The drive thru had about 6-7 cars in line so I figured I would do that instead of the normal of going inside to get my food. Unfortunately, it took right amount 30 minutes. Then when I get home my taco shells were stale.

Why is Forney Menu prices higher than other Taco Bell example bought a cheesy roll up in East Texas for $1.19 and then I paid $1.29 at Forney - also what is up with these odd numbers- it makes me think that we are being charged a tax on each item on that menu then charged an overall tax to the bill to make it a higher amount.

Line was insanely long! I dont like how some items are only availble to order via app, team somehow wasnt able to recreate them in restaurant. Instead of putting cars with long orders to the side, we all (about 8 cars) waiting on a single order... Budget 45 mins if you are planning to go here at night! Not exactly fast or slow. Wouldn't stop here if in a rush. Screwed up drink order (insisted I ordered a large / upsize) when I didn't. Bag was cold, so were burritos inside. Gave back, cancelled, then called credit card company to kill transaction. 3 stars due to usually pretty good service.

Food is okay. But especially at night I always have to double check the bag to make sure we have everything. Numerous times I'm arrived home and realized I didn't get all that I ordered and was charged for. Sometimes I can tell staff is just rushing to get stuff done because of the way food is prepared, but I don't really blame them because of what I've heard about the pressure to hurry when you're a fast food worker.

Beware of special requests. My chicken cantina bowl was all screwed up. My extra chicken which I paid for was missing. They totally ignored my request to remove the rice. And something like this is nearly impossible to detect unless you start eating right there in the drive thru. Taco Bell pay more attention to your customers requests if you want return business

This Taco Bell always messes up our order in some way. Dine-in is not as bad, but we always have a problem when we go to the drive-thru. We either have items missing, the wrong items, or some other problem with our order. We are constantly having to walk into the store (if caught in time) or have to call the manager and drive back into town. We've never had so many problems with a Taco Bell or restaurant before.

I was looking forward to eating some taco bell. I was disappointed. The soft tacos were so small. They didn't put very much cheese or lettuce in the tacos. There was almost enough meat but they were stingy with that too. The bean burritos were small and the beans tasted old.

I just went to Taco Bell with my sister as she wanted some burritos and we were appalled by the service there. The first employee who took our order was rather rude and bluntly asked us “Do you know what you want?” I understand that jobs in food service are difficult, but it is not that difficult to preclude recent customer service. When I went to the window to get her food, one of the two employees did not have their mask on correctly. It was only covering his chin, not his nose or mouth. This lack of safety is absolutely disgusting and should not be allowed in the middle of a global pandemic. The only positive was that my sister said the food tasted okay, despite being cold.

I deliver food for doordash and Uber eats. I don't know what's been going on lately but for the last several weeks picking up orders from this Taco Bell has always taken 20 to 30 minutes.It's like delivery drivers are being treated as a lower priority then drive-through. It is starting to seem like that I might make more money avoiding Taco Bell than spending time there waiting for a customer's order

I used to love Taco Bell. It was my goto place when I was broke. Their prices went way up, which means more critical of their food now. At their current price point, I would have to say their food is horrible and no longer desirable for the prices their charging. Their food was easy to stomach when they were a cheap meal. BUT NOW I'm afraid I will demand a higher quality food at these prices.

I love this location, but the last two times I’ve gone up there and asked for sauce in the drive thru, got home, no sauce. It even says it on the receipt. I know it takes two seconds to check, but this location is usually good about it. I won’t be trusting them like that again.

Someone literally put burnt chicken bites and thought it was ok! Why would someone pay/want this? I bit into one and dang near broke a tooth! Please consider the quality of food before placing it into a bag. This was through UE, so I couldn't inspect beforehand.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered one chicken taco, and a bean burrito. They charged me an extra 80 cents for the taco. Got home no lettuce or onion or tomato. Didn’t get the sauce I asked for. I called the manager she didn’t care at all. Do better

Two employees ran out and started fighting each other with brooms while we were waiting for our order. No one seemed like they were actually working despite having so many people. They then proceeded to give us the wrong order and tried to make it seem like we told them the wrong thing. Would never come here again.

This location is a beating every single time. Rude employees too busy play fighting and cursing each other instead of doing their job. 24 mins for a small order that I kept getting told was "bumped" (whatever that means). Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. No management is ever seen here. They definitely could use lots and lots of training.

Oh man.. We ordered from here the other night & they forgot to put part of our food in the bag.. Had to go back.. Asked for no lettuce & tomato on bowl (all of this was printed on the recipe) & had to take it back.. Then had to go back & get beans for bowl that they forgot to put on.. Went up to the taco bell in forney to order some food for a friend of mine and it took the front counter guy 10 minutes!! To even get to the front counter and they messed up my order! I called to get the money credited back to my account over the phone for convience because I don't have a car and I'm not walking at night and apparently they can't do it. Never giving them my service or money again. Do not recommend

Not a great experience. The order was missing one of the sauces and then the cashier charged my debit card twice. Called to speak to the manager and she pushed me off to the corporate number. No answer. Also, bathrooms were dirty. Will never go back. The worst!

Walked into Taco Bell in Forney Texas stood in the dining room for 2 minutes waiting for somebody to help me nobody looked at me they were all back there just la la la gagging around and finally I was approached and I asked her the dining room was open and she said well of course it is real smart she was a young black girl but she was rude they're all rooted at Taco Bell leave it alone

I went to this place tonight with my boys and placed dine in order at one of the kiosks.We waited for long and everyone who came behind us were being served.They were not busy at all.After long wait, I went to the counter to ask the status of my order.The young lady on the register told me that she didn’t get my order.But she were able to print my receipt right away and gave it to one her colleague at the back.After a while,my order came out with to go bag but no drinks.We had to go back again and ask for our drinks.Again,she gave us a wrong drink because she didn’t know the drink that we have ordered is available but it is right on the fountain drink.

Literally NEVER order delivery from this location because you will NOT get what you order. Im currently eating someone else’s food - I’m guessing they’ll be enjoying my nachos... SECOND time this has happened. Never again. You have to go inside, order and make sure they get it right because they are seriously terrible at their jobs. The manger sarcastically said “Sorry”? DO NOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER. I placed a mobile order and showed up about 5-10 minutes later to pick it up. I was told that the system is slow and the order hadn’t popped up yet. No problem, only ordered 2 small things. Girl in the drive thru window just said “our system is slow. Hasn’t popped up yet” then just stares at me. I’m like okay what should I do? She then proceeds to tell me to pull around until the order pops up. I do just that. Another 5-10 minutes pass, so I call the store and ask if they had found my order yet and they say no. I ask if they could please just make my 2 items so I could be on my way. She did not answer my question, she said “well you’re the one who placed the mobile order and it hasn’t popped up yet!” Then I start getting mad. I tell her calmly “well it’s not really my fault if your system is slow, all I’m asking you to do is make my order for me” and she replied “Well it’s not my fault you’re getting mad for what?” For what? I’m mad because of the way you’re talking to me and I’m mad because I had just gotten off a 10 hour shift and was looking to pick up food and go home. Mobile orders are supposed to be convinient and they’re not. The customer service I received was scum. Do better. They finally made my order after I asked to speak with a manager. I heard the manager tell the girl who was arguing with me, “you’re not the manager, get off the phone.”

I was so excited that they brought back the double decker taco. Raced over, ordered a few at the drive through, manager handled the process and I left. I had to travel a bit and when I opened the order it was Dorito Locos...not happy (those things are disqusting) so just make sure you check your receipt and check your bag.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Got in line at 2:15 AM and maybe 6-7 cars in front of us so we waited 40 minutes and get up to the intercom before they closed at 3:00 AM and no one would answer to take our order. We thought maybe it was broken and that’s why it was taking so long to get everyone’s order, so we waited another 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us and when we get up to the window the girl tells us rudely they’re closed. We told her we were at the intercom before 3:00 AM when they actually close and she said they were so overwhelmed they closed early. There were 10 cars behind me at this time, they could’ve had the audacity to tell us on the intercom they were close instead of making us wait in the line longer, we we could’ve easily drove around the person in front of us. The girl was rude , this was ridiculous and I can’t believe we waited so long to be there on time and not be able to get food. Worst service ever!!!

My son had oral surgery & wanted a bean & cheese burrito from Taco Bell. I proceeded to order, the team member asked me if I wanted sauce with my order to which I replied “yes mild sauce” When I approached the window there was a male taking orders 1 brunette female taking payment for orders & a blonde female gathering food. Before I handed my card for payment to the young lady I asked for an additional bean burrito to be added to order, the brunette rolled her eyes & proceeded to yell to the back she needed another burrito. I paid for my food, the blonde handed me the bag of food & stated the sauce was in the bag. The brunette closed the window & turned her back to the window & waited for me to drive off. I waited for her to realize I hadn't driven off & she opened the window. I stated “the sauce wasn’t in the bag”. She turns her back to the window once again as the blonde gathered some mild sauce. The brunette opened a packet of sauce & sprayed it over the entire bag of mild sauces then the blonde handed me the moist bag. I grabbed the bag thanked them for the food/service then drove off. As I left I looked down into the bag because my hand was wet & realized what had transpired. I turned my car around & entered the Taco Bell & requested to speak to the manager. I explained what happened & asked for the two girl’s name & the manager hesitated then said He’d take care of it. I pressed him again for their name & he said “Tamera & Casey” the interesting thing about those names is that my receipt says the cashier’s name is Destynee. I will not ever be returning to this Taco Bell based on the lack of professionalism & childish behavior that took place. This is not the first time I’ve had an encounter with this cashier (brunette). Another time I asked for more sauce & the girl handed the sauce in my bag & says “trick or treat”. This girl obviously does not know anything about customer service & would benefit from no longer being employed by Taco Bell. She has a poor attitude & does not represent the core values of Taco Bell “quality first, customer-loyalty, honesty, and teamwork” her poor attitude allows her to make terrible decisions. If she’s going to pour hot sauce all over my bag what would stop her from contaminating another’s customer's meal. I don’t trust her & neither should Taco Bell.

Seriously need to hire a new cook! Please!! Over the past month my quesadillas are burnt. To the point that they’re not edible! I asked for a cheese quesadilla and they gave me chicken as well.

Update: Haven’t been back here since a worm fell out of my taco and onto my kitchen counter. Been enjoying the food at TC instead. Won’t be back. Every time I ask for no sour cream I still get it on my food. The order shows correctly on screen so I’m guessing it’s the cook that just doesn’t gaf. They don’t understand that if someone gets something they hate all over their food that it completely ruins it. I’ll go elsewhere or just get Taco Bell when I’m near other locations.

Tried getting some food last night around 2 am. I pulled into the drive through and sat for a solid 10 minutes. No one answered me on the intercom so I got tired of waiting so I pulled forward to go somewhere else and the employees were just standing there and knowingly ignoring me. And this isn't even the first time it's happened. I understand that it's late but they were open until 3 so deciding to turn away and ignore customers an hour before close is unacceptable. Maybe a new night crew is needed

So after going to taco bell for the first time tonight and spending 56$ just to get home to realize that none of the food is even really edible, aside from the cheesy roll ups, which let's face it you really shouldn't be able to mess that up!! I went ahead and made a phone call, talked to the daytime manager I'm assuming, Tee, she had agreed to replace my order! Cool, thank you, I appreciate that! Take my time to drive all the way back up there just for her to have a major attitude at the counter and basically have a marker thrown at me to sign a receipt for the replacement order. They send me out to my vehicle to wait, as it's a big order again I understand, they bring out a bag and the lady practically dropped it in my lap... I get being rude but your in customer service and I'm not the one that messed up my order. Now here's where I went wrong, I DIDNT check before I leave... classic mistake yes but I have 3 kids at home who are HAAANGRY!! So it's a rush against the time clock to get them fed and ready for bed. Get home only to see that they couldn't even replace the whole order! Thanks taco bell, your attitudes will definitely win some awards, probably not the kindest but hey to each their own. I'll certainly be going to another taco bell from now on. Tee and her staff have a lack of customer service and are rude as can be. Highly recommend making a drive elsewhere. After all you'll waste the gas anyways.

I swear these employees have to be taking an item out of the bag Everytime they hand an order out. I am always missing something from my order everytime. It's getting extremely frustrating having to go through the drive through 2 times. I'm even only ordering for myself and my fiance.

I went today and I went to get Taco Bell after a hard day of work for me and my kids. I ordered on the app and she proceeded to keep asking if I had a conformation code, I had told her no and they took my money. She kept avoiding the question and asking if I had a conformation code and she kept asking for the name on the order. Then I asked if I can get my money refunded because the order didn’t go through. She proceeded to repeat the same questions over and over again. After I kept asking questions she ignored me and stayed mute. Until we couldn’t do anything from this point I asked for my money back she said nothing and they refunded it. I really don’t recommend going to this location.

Avoid this location at all cost. You are better off getting food from 7-Eleven. The worst manage fast food chain I have been to. The manager is there only for a pay check. They don’t manage the staff at all.

I don't order much because my order has never been 100% correct. I can't have spice and they always manage to sneak spicy sauces in my order so often that I don't think it's accidental anymore. I'm mostly disappointed because I just paid $6 for a burrito with add-ons just to be given the original $2 bean & cheese one, on top of waiting for that mobile order for an hour. I can't catch a break 😔

Service is fast and efficient. Only really good thing to say. When did taco bell get so expensive for such low quality food. Is the chicken even chicken? No more dollar menu. At this point cook at home not worth it.

Ordered through door dash for the convenience and regret it. They didn't include any napkins or hot sauce and also didn't include 2 items that are on the receipt. Tried to call several times and no one answered. Also, order was not big at all so how you don't notice 2 items are missing on a 5 item order is beyond me. Not to mention the food we did receive was sloppy and barely had any meat. Really disappointing.

This place was awful. The entire restaurant was Smokey from the grill. The cashier was smoking newports while taking my order, and my cheesy roll up was too darn cheesy. They didn’t give me my big gulp either and wouldn’t acknowledge my presence.

Been here multiple times because of my son but everytime I put an order online and add extras that I get charged for my food is never made correctly the extras are either normal or removed. I am not happy to be charged extra and not get what I asked for. More training and attention to detail I needed at this location

I ordered here with the waiter YaMia W. They got my order COMPLETELY wrong. I ordered a #3 with everything on it, sour cream, and cheese, and a medium drink. They gave me a #3 with only meat, lettuce, and cheese, with a large drink. When they wrapped my burrito it was barely closed and stuff was spilling out. My taco had way too much cheese and barely anything else. DO NOT GO HERE. also all my friends orders were messed up. >:(

Lousiest set of workers ive seen in a while. My order came out nothing like I asked. They gave me the right amount of items but when I got home none of the tacos were the way we asked them to be. What’s the point in checking if when u open the damn thing it’s not the right taco. This is a sad generation, no pride in what they do. Placed an online order to be ready at 5:17, got there about 5:25. The person at the speaker found my order just fine. When we got to the window, the people seemed confused and couldn’t find my order. 20 minutes later, we were handed 2 bags and we left. Already irritated at this point. Upon inspection, the food was sitting in so much grease and cold that we couldn’t eat it, 3 items were wrong, 1 item was missing. No way I’m going back up there. If they were so confused that they couldn’t hand me an order for 20 min, how am I supposed to expect them to be able to understand how to fix this?

Ordered in the app. When I went in to pickup my food. I had a total of 4 different employees look directly at me and never acknowledged my presence at all or asked if they could help me. Until the fifth employee came back into the store, still not speaking to me. Mine must have been the only app order because she luckily picked up my order. The only speaking I received was to ask my name because she had to confirm it was my order. This took 10 minutes when it should have took 1. It’s not hard to ask your customer if they need help or simply acknowledge my presence in your store. Most of the employees were young people so I’m sure they have to be trained to speak customer. It should be common sense but sadly that’s dying. Fast food work is not that difficult people. I blame leadership because they allow it with no accountability. Sadly there will be nothing with this post either.
