My wife ordered a veggie omelette with a side of fruit. I ordered biscuits and gravy (1 biscuit) which came with one choice of meat and one egg. I added an additional egg and a side of hash browns. Best breakfast is enough to feed a hungry man! I seen several people order the two biscuit and gravy meall and could not come close to finishing it. Very tasty and very quick service. The waitresses are extremely nice and friendly. Definitely coming back

On our way out of Medocino, I needed to eat before the long drive back to SF. A quick search led us to David's, and we headed over. It's located in a strip mall, but that shouldn't influence your decision; keep reading. This is CLEARLY the place, as it was a Sunday at 11 am and it was already jumping. We were seated quickly, as a table was available, but a line soon formed. No one had to wait long, but as I mentioned, it's a popular spot. The menu offers a wide range of breakfast and full meals, which was good because I needed a burger, but my wife wanted eggs. I'll start with my burger, as it was the only picture I took, as I was too busy eating. The waitress brought the platter, and it was huge, with a large serving, but every bite was delicious; there had to be at least half a pound of meat on this burger. The bacon was cooked to perfection, so much so that my wife kept stealing it, as well as the fries, which were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy in the center. Our daughter ordered corned beef hash and two fried eggs, which also came on a large platter, and she said that was the half-order. She was even able to take half of the hash home to have the next day. The same thing happened with the burrito her boyfriend ordered. Grandma ordered the Reuben, and since she typically eats a vegan diet, she loved it as she ate the whole thing. The staff are great, the bathrooms are spotless, and everyone here seems to come in happy with a wave and a 'Hi, how are you?' and leave with a big smile and a full belly (with some leftovers to take home).

This restaurant is what I would consider a hidden gem for someone who is not from Fort Bragg! This place isn’t located right out in the open so my family and I only knew about it from looking online for places to try. The restaurant is very spacious in the inside with lots of seating, both tables and counter seating. The waitresses and staff were very friendly and you can tell that there are a lot of regulars that come here which I think is a good sign. They have a nice big menu of items to try. I got the breakfast sandwich and I got it on a croissant with bacon and the seasoned red potatoes. It was so good! Very tasty personally loved the cheese they used and the bacon was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were cooked great as well and it went nicely with the coffee I got to drink. Our food came out quick and we all were satisfied and had a bit leftover. The next time I come to Fort Bragg (because it’s a must) I’ll be back here for breakfast again!

Typical American Restaurant with wonderful breakfast options. Love the food and the heart warm atmosphere in the restaurant. Thanks a lot for the boss accepting our pet dog into the house.

Wow, so unexpected with HOW GREAT this all was. They don’t skimp out on flavor at all. coffee or orange refills. Staff is friendly, thoughtful and attentive. Food is so filling! Orders Huevos Rancheros and Joe omelette. As soon as I started eating I knew I had to leave a review.

Had a lovely breakfast here, the food was absolutely delicious, well-prepared, and big portions (bigger than expected!). The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. A perfect start to the day! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot that combines great food with kind service.

Great service, great personalities, they took good care of us. Food was amazing and flavorful and we're definitely coming back with friends and family. Carrie Ann was very nice and sweet and new exactly what we needed. Great place to enjoy family and a date😁 I love it, David's is the place to be.

Restaurant looks simple from outside with classic style. We not expected too much. Surprised us with everything. "Everything" was great this morning. Nothing to be fixed. Just keep how you are doing David's. Thanks all the staff this morning, you really made my day. We travelled 4 hrs all the way from Sacramento. Kind of sleepy and tired to know what to eat. I did quick google check for opened restaurants at 8am. We just randomly pick David's without reading all the good reviews already left yet. Let say: Food quality nothing to complain about. Simpy you say just egg. But taste's perfect- big portion for one person. - 2 egg omelette with bacon / veggies/ biscuits / toasts/ fruits - 5/5 Service's outstanding. As soon as walked into restaurant, we were greeted warmly by staff at the far counter. I can say they attentively noticed all guests come in. We did not have coffee this morning. But noticed that staff went around to fill up the cup for anyone has coffee! That's a great point especially for coffee lover like me. - 5/5 Great atmosphere. I like the way they decorate wall with all picture (for sell). On each table will have fresh flower. Restroom is clean and neat. 5/5 This must be local's favorite breakfast place. Very busy but food's served hot and quick If you are around at this area, stop by. High ------highly recommended. You will love David's the same i do!

During a weekend visit to Fort Bragg, we stopped by David's for breakfast and were warmly greeted by the staff. My husband and I both ordered sausage, eggs, and hash browns, while our son had waffles with strawberries. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the top-notch service made us feel special. The staff checked in on us regularly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend David's and would definitely return if I'm ever in Fort Bragg again 💜

The BEST breakfast in Fort Bragg! Hefty portions, perhaps the best chicken fried steak I’ve ever had. My wife said “the best corned beef hash I’ve ever had other than my own.” Very hardworking staff, led by their hardworking, local, hands on owner who seems to love what she’s doing. Super personable and delightful!

Great place around the area for breakfast and lunch. Offers wide menu on typical American cuisine. Ordered omlette breakfast combo (the pancakes were delicious) and we enjoyed it very much. The staff were very welcoming, polite and quick. Seemed like they often get many locals to have their breakfast and hangout. Definitely recommend this place if you are around.

The food came out fairly quick! We tried the Country-Fried Chicken Steak which was delicious. The gravy was whipped with ingredients that taste better than most, but make sure you eat it quickly because it loses the creaminess. We also tried the Monte Cristo which had a great savory taste, but needed some extra balance of sweetness so we added blueberry jam from the packet. Very inviting brunch atmosphere and the service was great! Regulars were called by name and the servers enjoy having conversations.
