I Love everything about this place. The young lady by the name Lillian help assist me with my order and the service was fast and accurate, she was very nice and the customer service was great. I will be returning back to this location.
The line was extremely long, but the staff was friendly and courteous and moved very quickly period I'm not sure why they have a low star rating, as today was a great experience for me. And they had pumpkin spice coffee. It was yummy. 5 stars.
Not sure which employee the other reviews are talking about, but the lady working when I went was so sweet!! Had friendly conversation with me about their lack of honey packets (sad), asked me how I’m doing, told me to be safe and gave me a smile as I was leaving. And for an airport restaurant, the prices are not awful! Bakery items are delicious and they have good quality tea.
The people working at this place are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The coffee they serve is excellent, and they also offer delicious croissants. Whether you're in a hurry to catch a flight or have some extra time to spare, I highly recommend checking out this place.
Honestly, the service here is great. The lady at the counter this morning was serving me at 5:30am and we were all clearly exhausted. Her and I even talked for about five minutes shooting the shoot. Just wanted some good coffee and a bagel and that's what I got. Many thanks!
Tatiana at the ft. Lauderdale harvest & grounds on Fri April 1 was so amazing. My flight was delayed so far 8 hours and her happy attitude, true caring, listening to my story really made a difference in the day for me. I walked away with a smile! The first in many hours.. thank you Tatiana
Amazing coffee!!!! I was so surprised when I tasted my latte. I was expecting it to be average since it’s an airport but honestly I loved it! I would recommend the iced caramel latte. The workers here were so nice and got us our order super fast. I see reviews on it taking forever, but honestly if there is a long line you should be expecting to wait. Will definitely be stopping again when I am in the Fort Lauderdale Airport.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low but I liked it. I got a plain bagel toasted with jam and enjoyed it. The coffee was pretty good and toasty hot, so it was fine. They leave milk out which I prefer and creamer available as well. The line was long but it's an airport so be patient. It moved and the workers are not standing still. See menu below. Very Friendly service. Fruit,bagels, pastry,coffee,water,juice available.

To the owners of this company, how dare you be so greedy that you only put one employee at the Fort Lauderdale airport restaurant location. This poor woman had to heat up all the sandwiches, make all the coffee, make all of the tea, handle all of the financial transactions, and stock the remaining sandwiches and muffins. You must have more employees here, especially during the holidays! She did a wonderful job, and was very pleasant, but you, as the company owners, are greedy and selfish to not give her help.
Not sure why everybody is doggin this place so much. My tuna sandwich wasn't bad - tasted pretty fresh. I just don't like all the single use plastic
Coffee was overly hot and not very good. Service was quick when I was there, but not very pleasant. They have a decent selection of items. Not too many coffee options at this airport
If you are passionate about coffee, just avoid this place. The coffee comes out of an automatic machine at the press of a button. The taste of the mocha latte, while not horrible, was just blah. Also, it came so hot that I could barely hold the cup even with a thermal sleeve! So I had to wait about 20 minutes before I could even begin to drink it. Lesson learned: always check the reviews first!
We went here because it was the only place open and right next to our terminal at 5:30 am. The line was long, understandable, but it seemed like it never moved. We waited for 45 minutes. We were supposed to catch a flight the day before but we couldn’t catch the connecting flight so they gave us 3 meal vouchers each, & im like okay, awesome especially since my card had been locked because of suspicious activity and I couldn’t use the account until they opened. She was so rude about the vouchers, she was talking in English to the other barista like we couldn’t understand her and then was like “sorry guys, they’re using vouchers.” Like calm down, we’ve all been standing here for 40 mins, 5 extra mins won’t kill us and then when I told her I was only gonna use one she argued with me to use the others, uhm, no you’re rude & I wanna get away from you, but the food was good. Customer service not & if you have a voucher don’t go here.
Terrible, coffee is water down and overpriced. I have been up since 2am and still treat people with kindness, not theses ladies. I understand working with public can be challenging but a smile when your are being greeted is not too difficult. Couldn't finish the coffee.

Do not order from the machine. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a latte with oat milk and received a black coffee instead. When I asked about it, the server told me they don’t have oat milk at all. I explained that I had paid for it, and her response was, “Yes, but you ordered from the machine and there’s nothing we can do,” said in a very rude manner. On top of that, the machine doesn’t offer all the menu options. The coffee itself was just okay. My bagel with cream cheese was fine, but be aware they serve it toasted with the cream cheese on the side, and you have to spread it yourself using a disposable knife. Overall, a frustrating experience mainly due to poor service and misleading ordering options.
Absolute terrible service. There are two kiosks, but they didn’t have the chai tea latte on there so I placed my order in line. I greet the lady, she doesn’t reply then I ask for a small iced chai tea latte, she says “there is one size” when it says small and large on the menu. I get my order and it comes to $7.14 with oatmilk, I leave tip and pay with card. She gives it to me and the milk is clearly expired, I should have taken a picture but there was milk particles all over it. I show her it and I say “I think your milk might be expired” and she takes the cup and gives a HUGE SIGH right in front of me then she goes over to the fridge to grab a new oatmilk. The chai latte itself is delicious but she also doesn’t fill it all the way, hands it to me and doesn’t say thank you or anything. Im from NYC so im used to nyc behavior but this was uncalled for and especially when working in customer service and tips! She had a name tag on but I was boarding so forgot to grab it, shown in pic.
This was the only place open this morning. The croissants on the counter looked delicious, but they were all stale. I think they were selling yesterday's leftovers, too. What a shame. The officers were extremely rude.
BE ADVISED FOOD IS FROZEN. This shop charges an arm and a leg for food that is from frozen boxes you can find in your local walmart store. Once we ordered a breakfast sandwich and began to eat, outside of the breakfast sandwich was warm and the middle was icy cold. Went back and ask for a refund and no hesitation made from employee, because they know what’s up. Do not recommend on any level and airport should remove this shop
Does that look like a sandwich you would like to eat? It isn't. Scrimpy, dry, overcooked hard bread. Coffee is good, service is good. There are no tables either. No receipt given. No knives or spoons in the machine.
DO NOT go here for your airport food. They tricked me out of a $3 tip, then refused to refund it. This is a counter service coffee shop. No table service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. When I inserted my card, there was a prompt for a tip. For what? This is take out food. Even worse was there was no option for zero tip. The clerk did not speak to me at all or offer any assistance. When I saw that I was charged an extra $3, I demanded a full refund and gave them back their food. Now, the drama starts. Now the clerk has plenty to say. She could not refund me but a "manager" had to. The manager finally came out, very rude, very verbally abusive. The offending clerk NOW lies and tells the manager she told me how to do the no tip but I didn't listen. SHE SAID NOTHING. The manager then only refunded me $12.25, not the $15.59 I was charged. They still kept the extra $3. She tried to distract me saying it was my fault because I didn't read the sign. When I read the sign, it only explained the credit card usage fee. Nothing on the sign had anything to do with tips. Do I really look that stupid? I demanded the extra $3 to be refunded. She refused and got VERY aggressive, telling me "go head on now" and threatened me 3 different times with a threat to call law enforcement. Is this any way for a "manager" to behave? In front of a huge line of customers, in a public arena, repeatedly telling me "go head on now" and threatening me with arrest. Now I know why the clerks are so rude. It starts at the top. At NO time did I yell, curse or threaten anyone. But anytime one stands up to a bully they get angry. Never did get my money refunded, they kept it. WAAAAY OUT OF LINE.
Took 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee which I poured. The sandwich wasn’t even wrapped they just threw it in a brown paper bag. When I bit into it the egg patty was ice cold.
There is bad and then there is Harvest. Like a third world country they were out of cups except small. The countertop was filthy with spilled whatever. The worst part is that despite several people working they appear incapable of pouring coffee with any efficiency. The lines are long and the waits are even worse, inexcusably worse.

Stood in line for a very long time then when I reached the counter, I didn't see a food menu and "Tiara" quickly rattled off several menu items. I simply confirmed that they had a ham and cheese croissant and "Tiara" responded with "that's what I said!" Talk about rude. It was way too early in the morning to be that rude. I understand that there is a labor shortage and workers are doing the best they can, but this was unnecessary. I saw all of the prior comments and hopefully management will get Tiara some customer service training or redirect her to a non customer facing position.
Cashier was incredibly rude! Chocolate croissant was so stale it was inedible. I asked to exchange it for something else and instead of any kind of apology, she gave a huge eye roll and major attitude.
Place was not even half full and sat at a table to order a coffee. Waiter stated I had to order more than that. I’d understand if the place was full or even three quarters full where other customers would be waiting to order and looking for a table to sit down to eat. Learn how to win over customers and have a little business sense.
Expectations are already low for airport food but even this fell woefully short of being halfway decent. I ordered a “breakfast sandwich” and the only part about this that was a sandwich was the 2 pieces of bread. 1 piece of bacon which was half cooked. It said it came with cheese, there was none, and the egg made McDonalds look and taste gourmet. I don’t ever write reviews because I know how hard the people work and have bad days, but this was so I became a Karen…
I wish I read the reviews before going H&G..It is very poorly managed and messy. Hot chocolate & latte machines both broken with only black coffee sz small available. I asked the server to place a sign to avoid join long line since 2 of 3 hot beverage unavailable. It was apparent the machine was broken long time, also indicated by these bad reviews. The airport should close this establishment as it does not meet standards.
Very rude employee. Her name is Sofie . I came into the store no greeting she s with the earphones plugged . I asked if they opened I get a “ yes what do you want” I order a double espresso and o get to wait a while for her to actually make the coffee. I asked her to please put my coffee in a bigger cup as I’m gonna drive with and I’m told that she can’t because I’m gonna fill the cup with regular coffee. I eventually get what she says and I’m offer to pay the cup and also ask for her name. I get to see that her name tag is turned and she refused to tell me her name . I ask for a supervisor and I get her putting on her name tag only when I mention that she should wear one. Long story short after a long flight craving for a coffee I get a very bitter taste of it . One of the most worst customer service I ever got to experience.........
spent $25 on two breakfast sandwiches and a small coffee (which i had to make myself since it was self service) coffee was cheap and the sandwiches came out 20 minutes after ordering it AND was still cold in the middle. not impressed…
I had never submitted any one star review. For a busy airport vendor, this vendor's not interested in making business or profit. Several people waited in line just to watch the cashier restock two cases of water. It's not his fault they are not fully prepared for business. The business doesn't seem to value customer nor efficiency.
I wouldn't bother coming here. First time I wanted to order something, they said to come back in a little bit after waiting for 15 minutes in the line. The second time everyone was waiting the same amount and the manager told everyone that we had to wait even longer since they were going to count all the tills. Every time I walked by, I only saw people waiting in line, no one getting their coffee.
Cappuccino was horrible and strong!!! Took 4 creamers and 3 sugars just to make it somewhat okay. Could barely drink it and they filled the cup 3/4 way up. I wanted a sandwich that was offered on the menu and wasn't available and ordered a sausage and cheese sandwich instead. I ended up with a ham and cheese 🤦 The atmosphere was cold and the employees did not seem to want to be there at all. Not impressed 🙁
Terrible service. The cappuccino machine was not working, the cafe latte was cold, the server spilled the coffee all over the table, on my hand, and on the croissant I ordered which was burned and with an old taste, she didn’t even clean the mess nor offered napkins I had to look for them and clean it all up. Server Sara can definitely improve her people skills and kindness. The place can improve the equipment and the products quality.
I never give reviews but the lady’s behavior made me do it. I went to get my coffee and the lady with braids was super rude, lazy and frustrated. Probably didn’t wanna work because it was busy. She asked customers to leave because she took forever to make just one order. I work in customer service and take 4 times more customers than what she did. There were hardly 4 people in line. No matter how the day is you never wanna ask your customers to leave. People in line left and didn’t wanna take coffee from her.
I have NEVER seen anyone more slower in my entire life. The staff here truly could care less that we’re in an airport trying to take a flight. I waited in line for 30 min and they served 5 people. There are 3 staff here. It’s almost astounding. My return flight will land before I get to the front of the line.
It’s 12:45pm and I stop to get a latte. The very rude customer service person informs me that they have no lattes or cappuccinos, only regular coffee hot or iced. Though I prefer lattes I settled for a hot coffee. Before she goes to make it I ask for hot milk in my coffee at which point she advises me they’re out of that as well. I decline the purchase and leave without a thing. Now I’m thinking maybe they’re getting ready to close which is why they’re out of everything so I check online only to see they’re open till 2am. Just horrible altogether !
The coffee was expensive and tasted like creek water. I would have paid extra to pour the coffee myself, as staff at both locations were very upset I wanted to order something and were extremely rude. First location only told me they could make me black hot coffee, second location at least agreed to give me ice to make an iced coffee. I couldn’t believe there was a coffee place in an airport without a line, I quickly learned why. I have never had customer service this bad.

The customer service here was horrible. We waited in line to be acknowledged and it never happened even though we were the only people in line. So we walked around the counter to where the cashier was and asked what flavor latte’s she had. She answered rudely and then went to greet the person that came after us without taking our order. I don’t like to mention race as a reason but it certainly seemed like a possibility.
The line has at least a 20 minute wait. As people get to the counter the employee who obviously doesn't care about customer service or anyone's time tells them the steamer isn't working. That is something she should let the people waiting in line know so they can determine if they want anything. I did not want coffee I wanted an egg and cheese sandwich. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich as stated on the menu...I was informed the sandwich comes with bacon. When I inquired as to why the menu says bacon is extra she said it was a misprint. Why has this misprint not been corrected? I could have saved 30 minutes of my life. Fix your sign and fix your customer service. I understand you have a captive audience but at least be decent.
Small place so there was a long line which was understandable. Once we got to the front their bread warmer was not working so none of the pastys could be warmed up (it's happens whatever) was slightly annoyed by that considering this airport has zero options for food. Then we ordered and sadly they only offered almond milk and whole milk so there is minimal variety for dietary restrictions. After we settled on a croissant that is left out on the counter and two cold brews one black with Carmel and one vanilla with almond milk. The Carmel coffee came out light although supposed to be black. The vanilla come brew came out looking dark and murky. One sip and I could not drink anymore. It's tasted like water with vanilla flavor. That is probably because I saw them scooping the ice out of a bucket where the majority of it was melted. Needless to say both coffees were thrown away. Although I don't recommend you basically have no other choice when you are here.
The WORST customer service ever. Four baristas behind the counter moving slower than molasses and more engaged in talking to each other than customers. Woman who took care of me did not look at me, mumbled and did not even listen to my order. No hello - no thank you - just a grunt. My first and last time I support this brand. Iced Coffee super acidic. Breakfast sandwich was good.
Terrible service, I waited in line for 40 minutes, and 3 people were working . One lady was at the register and dispatching the orders at the same time. The other lady was in the back and sometimes will come out to talk to the lady at the register and then go to the back again. The one guy was on his phone leaning against the counter doing nothing. The line kept going longer and longer. I didn’t even get to the register after waiting so long, I had to board my plane. Avoid this place, better go to Burger King or the cuban place.
Staff was rude and more interested in talking to eachother then filling orders. I waited 20 minutes with only 5 people ahead of me. I had my own travel mug and the cashier cashier refused to put my hot water in there and told me I could do it myself once she gave me my cup of water. The purpose of using my own mug is to avoid using a paper one at all. I will bypass a hot tea or coffee next time and save my money.
The workers here are so nasty to the customers. This place would be closed if it weren't for them. In particular a cashier by the name of Robert. Such a huge intentional a**hole. Can't believe you spend top dollar plus a little more for the location and you have jerks like this. He's mean, he belittled a customer behind me and had no compassion whatsoever. I'm beginning to think that with all the ugliness at this airport, be it servers, cashiers or airline workers that maybe this is what's expected and mentioned in training videos. Awful. He was so bad, the pos System has the audacity to ask me for a tip. Just stupidity at its finest.
The coffee tastes like it’s been made like a week ago and sits there until the container gets empty. The price is the same than starbucks or dunkin.
$6 Breakfast pastry was a croissant with one very thin slice of ham and a little cheese. The $7.50 breakfast sandwich looks like an egg McMuffin knockoff! $3.79 coffee didn’t taste very fresh. Never again - should have looked at reviews first!
I wish I could give this a zero! It’s really unfortunate that I had to rate this this way. As common as it is becoming, asking to use reusable cups at this establishment is impossible. With simple explanation of how to provide options to make sales 100% plastic free, it fell on deaf ears. We were only met with disrespect, and unwillingness to understand but they were just plain rude. Staff seemed extremely uninterested in listening and unwilling to provide cordial and even mediocre service. Not only were we refused our request, he insisted to not only give us the single use plastic cup, but try to give us the plastic lid. After after repeatedly saying no he finally complied (no lid, still wasted the plastic cup...). If anyone is interested in reducing your single use plastic waste and try to go eco-friendly with your reusable mug, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!♻️🌎- Eco-warriors
This place honestly should just be shut down. Possible the worst, rudest staff I have EVER encountered. Lazy attitude and treat you like garbage. The cherry on top is them not having even half of the menu available. Seriously who is overseeing this terrible place???
Paid $7 for a latte. It was the hottest coffee I’ve ever had burned my hand through the cup and sleeve. Took off the lid and blew off the steam for a while- no foam or froth so it wasn’t a latte. My hand was burning and it fell all over my leg and the floor of the airport. So that’s $7 I’ll never get back and now I’m burned and soaking wet while I board for my flight.
My wife ordered using the self service kiosk. After the order was placed, a receipt printed out and she grabbed the ticket and took a seat near the coffee shop. After waiting several minutes for her order, she went and asked one of the employees for her order. The employee said she watched my wife walk away with the receipt and saw my toddler throw the receipt in the trash. She said she cannot make the order unless the receipt is handed to her. She instructed my wife to grab the receipt out of the trash or else no order will be made. My wife ordered using the self service kiosk. The cashier had an attitude and was saying she was ready to go home. As I was in line the cashier and the other worker were having a full blown conversation with other employees. Mind you there were 5 people waiting for their coffee. I thought the group was just standing around talking. Once she took my order she left the one employee by herself to make all those drinks for the group and 5 behind me. The worse. Manager should fire them all. Be lucky you have a job. Treat people with respect!! By the way, the coffee was nasty and the bagel was not toasted all the way, it’s doughy!!!
Didn't eat, lead to a table that was dirty, They took a dry napkin, wiped the crumbs liquid onto the bench seat and pointed for us to sit....... we looked at her in disgust and walked out, went and got a very nice sandwich from BurgerF1. It's barely 2 stars I can see why.

The worst experience in my layover stay in Fort. Lauderdale. The cashier Sara based on the receipt since she refused to give me her name had me wait on line and when I asked if I could approach, in an arrogant response said "I said next". My presence along with how she was seen speaking to customers was just poor people skills. She gave me the total amount and I had to ask her 3x because could not hear her but she refused to repeat herself so I had to repeat what I thought she said and she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips. She made the coffee and warmed the croissant. As I left, out loud she was saying to her colleague that she was a grown woman not a child and grunted other things while customers looked. I don't normally leave reviews but I fly often and have to do layovers but I will for sure make sure never to spend money. Also, I left the coffee on the side in fear she didn't put almond milk like I asked. I know we are not kids but she acted like one. Not worth having a person who is that sad, upset or miserable to be your customer service front person. You may go out of business if that is the care given to customers. Best of luck but please hire nicer staff.

Honestly this whole experience was absolutely terrible. From the moment I got there, the cashier was giving me attitude. I ordered a chai tea latte and she did not ask whether I wanted it hot/cold. It came hot and I told her that was not what I wanted. She has the audacity to say I told her I wanted it hot with even more attitude. Did not even offer to remake it. My friend order a ham and cheese pastry with no CHEESE. 0 stars, close the whole place down
Waaay overpriced and I threw that disgusting whatever it was in that cup in the garbage after the first taste. I hope I saved myself from food poisoning by not taking a second sip. Do NOT go there. The bananas were green, the coffee machine looked like it wasn't cleaned, and if that sip I took doesn't make me ill, I'll be grateful.
Rude, grumpy service at Harvest & Grounds (MCO). Older woman didn’t smile taking our order, then loudly asked if we paid—as our food was being handed to us. Unprofessional and embarrassing.
I underestimate the staff. I was served by a dark-skinned woman with dark hair, that worked another dark-skinned woman with orange hair on her shift. I asked for a cold latte without ice because I don't want to pay for ice and I don't like hot lattes. she was so surprised, as if she had come out of a cave. and when they were turned away from me, but still close to me, so I could easily hear them, discussing my order, laughing that it was like a cold latte without ice ha ha so funny (no)
I literally bought there because it was the only coffee shop opened nearby. Unfortunately after I payed was when I realized the muffins they were selling had mold on them and also found roaches 🪳 from where you grab the napkins and silverware (close to the pastries 🥐). DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. 🤢
I wish I had a good experience as I start my trip! I wanted to have breakfast and the first thing the cashiers said was these are $14.00 each! I never asked how much they were, I put them on the counter with everything else to purchase. Do I look like I can not afford them? Than I asked if she could please toast my croissant and she said they are. When I tried to eat it, it was ice cold so I went back very nicely to see if she would please toast them a little more because they were cold and she put them in the microwave!! I asked to please take them out that I wanted them toasted. She was sooo rude!! She wouldn’t look at me or say anything until she finally said we don’t toast here. Yes you do!! That’s why you have a toaster and I see you putting everything else in the toaster, than she threw the bag on the counter. She vas very mean and rude. Worst attitude.
I was here at noon today on Nov 22. These are the worst staff I have seen anywhere in the world. None of the 3 staff there were working, and maybe took 1 order every 10 mins while they chatted. If I managed this store, I would have fired these staff on the spot.
Two words come to mind when reviewing Harvest & Grounds: Inept and Inefficient. I would add rude and apathetic with no apparent managerial supervision. Here you have staff than struggle to pour a coffee. It is unfortunate because these airport venders enjoy high profits but cannot get the basics right.
Just disgusting ! Ordered a small hot chocolate for 8$ . It came super cold and tasted like water and milk. They work under very unsanitary conditions ew if you saw behind the desk what’s going on… super disgusting and super dirty. None of them have gloves and I saw she used another customer cup that was returned to make my cup of hot chocolate. I have a picture of her and the facility posted here.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. They burned the milk, making the coffee cup scalding hot. I asked for an additional cup so I could at least hold my coffee without burning myself, but I was told it would cost extra. Mind you, for a latte and an espresso shot, I paid over $11. Save your money and go anywhere but here. The coffee isn’t good and the service is even worse.
Disgusting! I didn’t know that warming up a pastry is “messing up” the machine… (I know something about serving food… business owner, pay attention to your employees behavior) Save your money and energy, the RUDE “SIS” doesn’t worth the nerve .
Only one person to help a lot of people. No latte no espresso and I ordered a coffee with milk! The coffee was tasteless. This place should be closed. Starbucks should be here. 9 dollars for 2 horrible coffees. Does this place need any more bad reviews?
We were there at 12:30pm today to purchase 2 empanadas. Two people were working. One was fussing with the coffee machine and the second was working very slowly. There were about ten people in line and we waited 40 minutes. So many people waited a while in line and then left. These two people need to be replaced by efficient workers.
Rude staff, they said the system was down and no food was available. We ordered a cappucino and cold brew but cold brew was not available. They only mentioned food was not available after we ordered. We asked if they could replace with a latte, but they were ranting that we don’t listen
I purchased two bagels using the self-checkout machine. When the employee reviewed my order, she asked if I wanted four bagels, because the system had charged me for four. I told her no, that I only wanted two, and that I did not understand why this had happened. She replied that the system always does that and automatically doubles the bagels. I asked for a refund, but it was denied because I had paid at the self-checkout machine. This is unacceptable. If the system is known to malfunction, it should be fixed, and customers should not be charged incorrectly or denied a refund. This feels like a scam. I cannot understand how Fort Lauderdale (FTL) Airport allows this to happen. Very disappointing experience.
Americano tasted terrible and weak. It was hot, which was a plus. My wife’s latte was like warm at best. Would not recommend. This terminal needs a Starbucks or similar.
I went to the cafe across gate G4. She was talking on the phone through her headphones while taking my order. Asked for butter for my bagel. She said something but I didn't hear it and assumed she was talking to the person she was on the phone with. When I asked nicely for butter again. She said "we don't have any like I told you." I just walked way. The attitude and rudeness was not necessary. Especially when I was kind towards you. Maybe you should have not been on the phone with someone so when you speak to me I know you are speaking to me. Or just not have attitude!
I was on my way to get a latte when I saw the cashier treating a man poorly because he didn’t speak Spanish. I tried to help him, and the cashier was very rude to me as well. I do not recommend buying here — there are many other options at the airport.

El peor servicio al cliente. No le pongo un cero por que no me deja
Pesimo cafe. No recomiendo este lugar. El cafe esta quemado y la atencion es terrible.
