Nubé Rooftop

A gem on Fort Lauderdale Beach. An amazing rooftop with ocean and city view, specially beautiful at sunset time. A restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, great customer service and delicious food (the salmon was yummy). We highly recommend it!

A nice rooftop experience at the top of the Beach house by Hilton. Allow yourself to take in the entire experience. The food was nothing short of amazing from the Smoke Cloud cocktail to the Key Lime pie parfait. Everything in between was nothing short of spectacular. Wonderful place to take that special someone and show them how special they truly are!

This was a beautiful place. The drinks were great! I had the salt and pepper calamari and the wagyu dumplings as appetizers and both were great! For dinner I had the wagyu Relais steak with mash potatoes instead of fries. 10/10. For drinks I tried the Nubé 18 which was sweet 10/10. I also ordered a tailor-made margarita (Passionfruit with casamigos) which was also great and after dinner I had an espresso martin. AMAZING. The views here were also beautiful and the service was great. Most things we ordered were recommended by the server!

Really enjoyed our time here. We arrived early for happy hour (3-6) on a Friday (off season) it was quiet with only a few people at the bar. We had a table reservation for later but ended up staying at the bar. I believe you need a reservation if you do want to be seated. We were greeted quickly and I was impressed with the drink selection on the HH menu. My husband enjoyed a build your own margarita. The food was great for bar bites and portions were large for the price. I enjoyed the views, music and ambiance. I’ll definitely return

We went to Nubé in Fort Lauderdale with some friends for drinks and had such a good time. The space is really beautiful and has that upscale vibe, but it still feels inviting and fun. They do require a card for reservations in case of no-shows, and since it was pretty packed when we went, I’d say it’s worth booking ahead. I did notice a couple of people were able to grab seats at the bar without a reservation, so that’s always an option too. The drinks were not only gorgeous but also actually tasted great, which isn’t always the case at trendy spots. We ended up going later at night, but you can tell it would be amazing to come earlier and catch the sunset views, so that’s definitely on the list for next time. Overall, Nubé has a great vibe, solid drinks, and is a spot I’d happily come back to with friends.

First time here. Arrived as a walk in around 6:45 and everyone was so friendly and sat us right away. We sat right on the glass by the water, and Deanna took care of us and she was so sweet and attentive while giving us our space for privacy. The food was great. Good quality oysters (PEI), the short rib empanadas were super tasty, and the vodka pasta had a nice spice level to it. Great place to start a date night.

They were so accommodating. We were tourists that had made reservations for outdoor seating 2 months before our arrival. It was getting stormy that day & we requested still to be on outdoor patio and we were under an area we could not get wet. The place is an experience from cocktails, caviar and the coconut shrimp 2 ways was fantastic.

I had such a great experience at Nube Rooftop thanks to our server, Amiria! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her recommendations were spot on, and she created such a welcoming vibe that really made the night more enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for Amiria again—she’s amazing!

We had an amazing experience here! Alex was absolutely incredible and truly went above and beyond to make our night special. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful - everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in. Diego, Henri, and the rest of the bartenders deserve a special shoutout too. They were so social, fun, and engaging, and really helped set the vibe for the night. They made sure we were taken care of and having a great time the entire evening. We were celebrating a birthday, and the whole team made it feel extra special. I visited Nubé Rooftop on a cool Saturday night with a reservation around 10 PM. The indoor atmosphere was great, elegant yet relaxed and my waitress was very pleasant. We started with the charcuterie board, which was tasty and a solid choice for sharing. I then ordered the Coconut Shrimp Two Ways (coconut fried shrimp with shrimp ceviche), but unfortunately one of the coconut shrimp tasted off, almost like it wasn’t fresh, and the ceviche itself didn’t seem very fresh either. When I mentioned it to the server, she was accommodating and offered alternatives, so I switched to the oysters, which were good. I also enjoyed my Moët & Chandon champagne, and the vibe overall especially the views was lovely. I even stepped outside for a few photos once it warmed up. Overall, I had a mixed experience with the food quality, but the service and rooftop environment were nice. I might come back more for drinks and the views than a full dinner.

Unfortunately, I ended up having an allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital that night. I’m okay now, but it could have been much worse. If you have allergies please take your medicine with you. I really hope they improve their attention to allergy concerns, because aside from that, it’s a beautiful place with great food and a wonderful vibe.

I ate it (didn’t send it back) to see how it stacks up to a level “6” as claimed by the chef. I would not order it again. The Demi glaze was spot on! Shout out to the sauciers, you killed it 💪! Best I’ve had in South Florida! The disappointment of the steak does not take away from the total experience. I had a good time for the price. Just don’t order the “Waygu”. Shout out to reception, our server Elana and the bar staff. Well done!

The place is gorgeous to be sure. The ambiance - well, everyone around us was having a fabulous time. Pro-tip ... Tell your server up front if you are celebrating a special event. I missed out on complimentary champagne and dessert, but was so upset about the poor service and strange treatment by the manager that I just wanted to leave. Also, if you aren't getting great service, ask for the manager and request a new server. While we were there, a couple near us did just that, and I should have as well. Unfortunately, I've read several similar experiences that I had. Probably could have been a great experience if we'd changed servers. Our waitress was completely absentee. We waited over 15 minutes just for her to come to the table. I ordered sparkling water- tap water arrived. We waited another 15 minutes to order our drinks and appetizers. The Americano was just a double espresso and was not served with sweetener or cream. The espresso vodka I ordered was extremely sweet. The empanada was amazing, but it was one empanada cut in half on the plate and called an entree. And then we waited and waited. Another server came over and apologized that she noticed we had been waiting a long time... When our original server (1) returned we explained we ordered with someone else (2), and apparently only heard the entree name and placed our order again. If the second server could have taken our payment we would have just paid and left, but 2 said that 1 had the check locked and that she couldn't take the extra entree off. We explained about the double order and the manager acted as if it was a favor and that she was comping us that she was taking the entree off- that we neither ordered nor received. Candidly, with such terrible service, and maybe it would've been better, had I just laid down $100 on the $75 check and left, or complained at that time and say that we would not meet the minimum nor pay it as we were waiting so long that our waitress never even took our order to even reach it. Either of those scenarios would have probably not left me as upset as now. Like the 1 star review for undercooked wagyu and all the other complaints about being discriminated against, or denied entry for seemingly no reason, we experienced the same, being ignored by our server, disrespected by the manager, and whomever it is that is supposed to reply to emails, doesn't.
