Awesome experience and amazing location. Steak & Fingerling potatoes were amazing. The dates wrapped in bacon. Beyond my expectations. The "Mule and Shotgun." Are the drinks in the pictures, highly recommend. I heard it is best to come in with a reservation but my boss and I were lucky enough to get a good spot without one. The views, food, and vibes are all here at Salt & Acres.
Our daughter & her wife held their wedding at Salt & Acres this past weekend and it was nothing short of perfect! Not only was the venue stunning, but the staff went above and beyond. Lyndi was amazing and no detail was forgotten. Her organization and attention to detail was impeccable. The flowers that they grew and used for the wedding were gorgeous. The food was delicious.Do not hesitate to use Salt & Acres for your wedding or event.
Such a cute place! We’ll be coming back :) The grounds are gorgeous and we very much enjoyed all the open space and kids spaces, our kiddos loved the nature play kitchen / house area and the slide. It is just so nice to be able to go to a place and enjoy good food and yummy drinks while kiddos have space to roam and explore and play ❤️ The service was great too! They were flexible to let us seat down at the bottom level by the water because of the heat and still provided us with great attention and quick service. Yummy food and drinks. Can’t wait to go back!
What a hidden gem! Surprised I haven't found or heard of this place before. The wife and I shared a jumbo board with wonderful meats, cheeses, fruit and more! Had a flight of wine and a couple of cocktails. The restaurant is in a vineyard with a beautiful pond and surrounding area. Other food included flatbreads, small bites and sandwiches. A beautiful place for a light dinner date night with indoor and outdoor seating. Love this place!
Salt and acres is a hidden gem! Kayla, Tiffany, and Majesta are by far my favorite bartenders! Great service and banter. I enjoyed my whiskey down to the fire pits and enjoyed a peaceful evening with amazing views.
Love love love this place! Such an amazing spot with amazing staff, food, and drinks! Love the space and vibes that come with. Worth the 45 min drive for me and will be back soon! <3
I loved everything about our experience here tonight, and I'm kicking myself for not going sooner. Absolutely adorable, great service, delicious food, super clean, just 10/10! We'll be back soon and often.
Amazing food, wine, and atmosphere. The staff knew their menu and took time to make sure needs were met. Pictures do not do this place justice! You can sit on the pond, outdoor seating or indoor. The building is incredibly detailed in both design and decor. We had the spicy sausage biscuit with bacon gravy and charcuterie board. We were so full we ordered the olive oil cake to go. The wine was excellent. This place would be wonderful for a wedding, shower, mom’s day, etc. for those that don’t do wine they also offer a bourbon flight of local bourbon. I hope my review did this place the honor it deserves. It was truly amazing!
Such delicious food and a comfortable vibe. The Sunday brunch menu was great and inexpensive. The best sausage patty I’ve ever had! And a delicious charcuterie board to nibble on throughout our brunch.
We spent Valentines at Salt & Acres, and we absolutely loved it! Kayla was our server, and she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the evening and planned to come back. She went outside and took our picture, offered great menu & drink selections, and checked on us during the course of the evening to make sure we were comfortable. The charcuterie board, the whiskey preacher, and the pb&j ice cream sandwich were amazing selections, the atmosphere was classy and fun, and the consensus among us was we'll be back!
This place was absolutely fantastic! Besides being in the middle of nowhere, it exceed our expectations. Everyone was super nice. The food was fantastic. The wine was fantastic. Everything was really reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back
Salt & Acres is a hidden gem in Ft Lupton that I would have never known about if not for it appearing on my Instagram feed. I took my girlfriend and parents out for a relaxing evening and was instantly charmed by the cozy atmosphere and delicious drinks. The wine flights were very affordable, as well as the whiskey flight. The charcuterie board was carefully curated, with a nice blend of meats and cheeses. They even will bring a portable fire and s’mores kit to your table. If you’re looking to be transported away to a lush winery for a night of fun, look no further than Salt & Acres.
Lyndi and staff were 10/10. I had no idea what I was doing for my fiancés birthday and Lyndi walked me through it, planned everything and the night was beautiful. We are so grateful for her and the staffs hard work. It is truly an oasis and you feel like you’re in another world. Thank you Lyndi🙏🏻
Amazing space! If i could leave 100 stars I would! We went to the grand opening of Salt&Acres and I couldn’t have had a better time. The concert was incredible! The drinks were to die for! I had a Paloma 10/10 recommend! The new tasting room is so dreamy I cannot wait to go back😊. It has such an amazing vibe there I cannot wait for future events
My husband and I had an amazing date at our recent charcuterie class at Salt & Acres! The class was just the right size and the the ingredients were exceptional!! We learned so many great tips and tricks and the end result was something I was so in love with. Definitely something I can replicate at home. Not to mention that it was delectable! If you get a chance to take part in a class or an event, it's a must!!
I can’t believe they’ve been there for three years and it took us that long to go to this hidden gem! Amazing food, gorgeous view of the mountains, and the friendliest wait staff. Will definitely be back in the summer for concerts.
What an INCREDIBLE experience! I went for my Bachelorette trip this past week with 10 other women, and Danielle, the owner, was extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a limited amount of time, and we were traveling from Louisiana, so she allowed us to come during closed hours! The setup was stunning, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the experience overall was one of my girls favourites while visiting CO, as well as mine! I would definitely recommend Salt & Acres, and 100% plan on returning!
First and foremost, this place is absolutely stunning! We came for a Whiskey and Cigar event and we were greeted by gorgeous fall colors and an attentive staff. We ordered the charcuterie board and besides being massive, it was also delicious. It’s hard to describe the charm and beauty of this venue, so you will just have to see it yourself. I can see this place becoming one of our new favorites 🍁
Such a beautiful location and such an easy going atmosphere. The owners and staff are kind and helpful. Our whole family loves a trip to Salt and Acres. The Tasting Room always has such great cocktails and fun charcuterie boards.
We had food, wine, and cocktails. This was an awesome food and drink experience. I plan to book future events here. This is a location that is rare for our location. Locally this is a must see for sure.
Great food, music and atmosphere. Brittany our server was attentive and so pleasant. It was a perfect Friday lunch date.
So darn cute! I visited in December and couldn't get over how cozy everything felt. The food menu is smaller but everything is so tasty. I can't wait to return when the patio is open during the warm months!!
Great place to enjoy some drinks and amazing food. Enjoy the deck or the patio, the lawn or the patio by the pond… just make sure you get Alysa as your waitress!
We had such a great experience at Salt & Acres last night. I made same-day reservations for 7:30pm. Watching the sunset from the patio, while enjoying unique and elegant food and beverages was topped off with world class customer service. Our waitress was Brittany, and she was delightful. Definitely making a habit of coming here.
Super cute venu things are pricey so if you want dinner or drinks with your concert bring a card or eat before. The price for parking is worth it too because you are no where near anything and an uber will cost you. The concerts are so much though the grass field so beautiful.
The decor and atmosphere sets the tone for the eating experience. Food was excellent. Prices are reasonable
Had a very small wedding here for my brother and his new wife. It was literally a week ahead for planning and they got everything perfect and kept in constant contact with me. Service day of was amazing, from the servers to the bar tender! We would 100000% tell anyone around to visit this lovely little hidden gem. The food was delicious and the drinks were too!
My friend & I came for the Ingrid Andress concert and loved the venue. We are excited to come back and visit. The process was smooth to park, check in, and get wine.
We met friends here for the first time and we couldn’t be happier! The service was phenomenal, the drinks and flatbread pizzas were delicious and I loved all the decor. We can’t wait to go back!
Such a great stop. Best drinks I’ve had north of Denver. Homestyle food that makes you happy. Alysa is the best waitress we’ve had in Colorado in a very long time. Will be coming back often.
Spectacular! This place exceeded my expectations. Loved the vibe, the decor, the views, the wine, the cocktail, the food and the service. We will be back very soon!
Gorgeous venue tucked away from the city. Located about 15 minutes north of Brighton, not a bad drive at all. It beats driving on I-25 to go into downtown any day. On-site you’ll find a pond overlooking the mountains. A great spot to catch a sunset! We went for one of their summer concert series and had a wonderful time! For the concerts- they have a lawn area for general admission where you can set up your own blankets to watch the show. You can order wine, champagne, beer or cocktails & a charcuterie as you watch the show, picnic style. Or you can walk up closer up to the stage to sing along & dance! There is also an area off to the side of GA with reserved lawn seats that you can pay a little extra for. Overall, such a cute venue. We will definitely be back to enjoy the wine, food and view!
Can't stop raving about this place! The atmosphere is incredible, and you feel transported from the city. Waterfront views, exceptional customer service, and so much to take in while you're there. The new owners have done such an amazing job elevating the property & tasting room. 10/10 would recommend coming here to relax, enjoy yourself and create memories with loved ones!
100% would recommend. Great service, great food, great drinks, beautiful place. Absolutely fell in love with this place!
We had our 55th wedding anniversary at Salt and Acres. Our entire family and a few friends attended. 22 of us. The experience was beyond our expectations. The staff was amazing and the food even more amazing. The grounds are beautiful. The ambience spectacular. Made this special day so memorable. Highly recommend Salt and Acres!
This place was so adorable. I went with a friend and Evan was super helpful and kind. The wine flight and New Spritz were great. Really beautiful atmosphere.!
We came for lunch today and we’ll be back soon! The space is beautiful with a nice patio and fire pits overlooking a cute pond. Everything we ordered for both drinks and food were delicious and the servings are generous. Staff was lovely too.
Quite the interesting place. It's off, way off, the beaten path which is part of its charm. The restaurant had very good food, with good service, though small portions and a limited menu. It's not really the type of place where you just drive for lunch, though, so that all seemed to make sense. It looks great for event hosting and the special events they put on sound fun. Not the cheapest place around, but it was quite enjoyable. Best use Google maps to navigate there!
The place is so beautiful. The bar is very speakeasy-like in terms of decor. The food was so good. We had the crispy Brussels , spinach/artichoke dip and the olive oil cake. Best of all, our server, Kayla was very kind, upbeat and was a joy. Thank you for the experience. My parents and I will definitely be back.
Salt and Acres is a hidden gem! Beautiful property with great service and an even better staff. Great for a cozy glass of wine or a fun party night.
We recently hosted my wife's birthday party at Salt and Acres, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. First off, the atmosphere is stunning--peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by the kind of natural beauty that instantly puts you at ease. It's the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer, whether you're out for a casual drink or celebrating a special occasion. The food was delicious. The cocktails were balanced, creative, and beautifully presented. And if you're a wine lover, the wine list is excellent, featuring a variety of local and regional selections. What truly made the night unforgettable, though, was the level of service. Vanessa and Lynda went above and beyond to ensure my wife's birthday celebration was exactly what we hoped for. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind--working hard behind the scenes and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a unique, elevated experience just outside the city, Salt and Acres is a must-visit. We'll absolutely be back--both for another special event and just to enjoy a quiet evening with great food, drinks, and scenery.
7 couples gathered at Salt and Acres to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The whole experience was wonderful. Beautiful venue. Our server was Alyssa (hope I spelled that right). She did an awesome job. Made sure many times that we had what we needed whether food or drinks. Also the staff behind the bar was great as well. Definitely a place to return to. Well done.
Salt & Acres is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the outdoor space is beautiful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The outdoor concerts add such a great vibe and really make it a unique spot. The food is consistently excellent, and the cocktails are creative and well-crafted. Highly recommend for a great night out, especially if you enjoy good music, great drinks, and an amazing outdoor setting.
I’ve been coming to Salt and Acres since they first opened, and every year this establishment continues to exceed expectations. I recently visited for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and the incredible flavor in every dish. Yes, it’s a winery and it has winery-level pricing, but you’re not just paying for food and drinks. You’re paying for the atmosphere, the experience, and the care Salt and Acres puts into everything they offer. For being located in Fort Lupton, it’s truly a standout destination. Highly recommend.
GORGEOUS atmosphere, wonderful staff and delicious foods. The prices are high, but you’re definitely paying for an experience. 3 stars because they have a very small menu which doesn’t have many allergy friendly options, and they don’t accept cash for payment. I will be back but likely for a concert or entertainment instead of food. Please take cash! That was such a bummer. 👎🏻
Honestly I was quite excited to attend the Harvest Market event as it was my first time visiting the venue. I had heard such great things but overall it was a bit of a letdown. Purchased the 3 day ticket for 17 which was a little steep. Not nearly as many vendors were present as I thought there would be. On top of that a handful of them sold out of their stock within the first two hours of the event each day. I was looking foreward to experiencing their tasting room and trying some of their wines. Come to find out they were on a reservation basis only for the whole weekend and the wait time was obscene as we were informed they were short staffed and only had two servers. Half the tables were empty though which I thought was intresting but we understood given the circumstances. We weren't even allowed to order from the bar we were sent outside to the shed for any drinks we wanted to order. The prices were too high 17 dollars for a cocktail is insane. Also we were severely disappointed to find out they had ran out of all of their made in house wines so the only wines available to try were from Napa Valley. I mean being that they are a winery you would expect to at least have the local tasting experience. I was able to sang a reservation for Sunday as Saturday was fully booked out as well. I chose indoor because the weather was on the hotter side. I dont know if they just do not have AC or if it was so hot it just couldn't keep up but it was a bit stuffy. We ordered the spinach fritatta and the burrata flatbread. The fritatta was way too salty and a little overcooked and burnt on the edges. The flatbread was good. The water was lukewarm no ice but the champagne bottle was good cant go wrong there. The bathroom was small and worse than the porta potties outside. When we arrived there was a guy playing live music but he didnt stay too long perhaps because it was too hot out. Not much shade options and the seating was limited. Most of the chairs were in direct sunlight and they were black so they were extremely hot. Had to drag some of them into the shade just to be able to relax and enjoy the day. I think if there were more booths and vendors available and if they had notified participants to reserve in advance on the site when purchasing tickets to the event, along with sending out an update about the wine being out of stock, it would have been a little better. Overall I didnt think it was worth it. I will say the scenery is beautiful though especially the pond with the mountain backdrop.
Listen, this place is cute, but you MUST figure out the restroom situation. No soap, no TP, sometimes not working at all. As someone with medical issues, this is unacceptable. Also not allowed to go inside for them. It’s been years. Time for permanent restrooms. Please!!!
Atmosphere is great, very beautiful.. but the food is awful! The pizza is mediocre at best, we ordered the seasonal cavatelli pasta with asparagus and it was disgusting (everyone in our party thought the same) and the “house made” potato chips tasted and looked like lays potato chips. Such a bummer, I feel like this place could be a gem, but the food… needs work
Honest review— what you see online or on instagram/tikok isn’t always what it seems. This place has no vibe. It was 11:30 on a Sunday so it should be the brunch spot to be right? Nope. It’s cute but beyond that, they are not working to curate any sort of experience for their guests. Terrible music, mediocre food and children everywhere screaming, running, crying, throwing ice. If you have kids and want a cute place to let them run wild and eat meh food, you found the place to go. But to anyone looking for a vibe, it ain’t here. *also all of their signature wines were sold out so we didn’t even get to try any.
What a HUGE, costly disappointment! Still trying to figure out what I got for $20 entry fee besides looking at a few vendor booths. They told us the entry fee was $20 the day of the event instead of $15; really? Food and drink booths were expensive. Needed a reservation to eat at the restaurant; none were available. Well, at least the parking was free. . .
