This was the "go to" spot of choice after getting out from a Sunday church service! Could not have picked a better restaurant! We have frequented this restaurant before, but I've never done a review on it til now. But before I continue, I gotta do this 1st ... but kudos with a capital K goes out to Antonio, the manager on duty that day! That man was making rounds to each & every table ... not once ... not twice ... but at random times to ensure customer satisfaction. Some may say, that many times is not necessary ... that it's overkill. I would rather have overkill "any day" ... certainly that as to underkill or nothing at all. Antonio is an excellent manager that clearly understands the term "customer satisfaction". His method of operation sets a standard for other restaurant managers to follow in. I get it that not all restaurants can have a "roving/floating manager" ... I get it. But if you're a restaurant manager / manageress & you have the time ... go for it!! Just sayin'. I appreciate the hard work & dedication to customer satisfaction that Antonio brings to the arena of restaurant management! Now, let's get down to the service ... our server was Gina, & you talk about polite, courteous, and observant ... she was the embodiment of all of that & then some. From drinks to the chips & salsa, she was freakin' nailing it, making sure we were well taken care of. As I mentioned at the top of this review, this was not our first ever visit, as we frequent this Cancun restaurant location ever so often. But we were both in a Mexican food kinda a mood, & Cancun & Gina delivered!! Oh ... the food?? Simply delicious!! I had a nacho plate that was absolutely killer good!! The missus had a tacos al carbon plate, & shared it with me, & I'm sitting there thinking, "I seriously need to get this next time"!! There will definitely be a "next time", because when you combine great food, awesome service, and a manager who "gets out there" ... yeah, you have our attention! If you live in the area, or if you're just visiting perhaps, I highly recommend you try Cancun if you haven't already done so! And be sure to ask for Gina! So thank you Gina, thank you Antonio, & thank you Cancun for a wonderful dining experience! Will definitely be returning!

Place was fantastic! Enchiladas Gringos Steak! R&B chips salsa all wonderful. Great patio! Round 2. Lunch Special #8 on the patio! Flower tortilla burrito's w/ground beef topped with chili con carne queso! R&B. SO GOOD! 💣 💣 💣 🔥 🔥 🔥

Cancun in Ft Worth TX. Who would have thought a vacation awaits you in fine dinning with a Mexico twist. I stopped in to review this place as I hear a lot of yes"and no'. I struggled as there was a small language barrier with my server. But, Google translate came to the rescue and my meal was correct. I ordered the beef enchilada dinner it came with the traditional rice and beans, but I wanted to also try the cheese enchiladas. Was not disappointed. Cancun came through and it was delicious. I must admit the salsa was by far the greatest I have had in the DFW area. If the salsa is good you can bet the food is good. I ordered a draft bud light to go with my meal. However, it wasn't as cold as I thought it would be. None the less, I give my experience a 5 star . One recommendation to the management chili and lime on your chips. They would be out of this world. Try it! See you in the future😃

Everytime I come it’s usually very empty. I have no idea why it would be because their food is TOP NOTCH! It’s a peaceful place and the servers are incredibly sweet and the fajitas are by far the best I’ve ever had!! Love this place!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So this was our 1st time and it won't be our last. This place was amazing to there atmosphere and the food was to die for. Walking up inside you don't know what to think cause it's small but when I say it is worth it, it is. We got the platter appetizer , it was a variety of different things pretty tasty. The table next to us had this flaming queso thing which was kool to say the least. My husband had the taco traditional which they gave you 5 which was a huge surprise cause most places only give you 3. I got the mexican dinner combo it was so good. Needless to say we will be back for sure and this is our new favorite mexican restaurant good job.

Oh my goodness! This place was delicious! The portions were HUGE! The staff was super sweet. We loved it all! They are short staffed, so the wait to be treated and to get our check after the meal was a little long, but nothing crazy. Just have a little patience. It's totally worth it! 2 years later, still so good. Hubby had enchiladas. I had fish tacos. Both were delicious. Still great portions. Still seemed a bit understaffed.

INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS food! But the female staff members are very rude (and racist) unless you come in speaking Spanish. The gentleman that greeted us was very nice however and the food was amazing except for the MISSING chips! 😭The shrimp was disappointing but everything else I'd eat again!!! Guess I'll have to stick to take out orders here and double check my bag to avoid them being forgetful and pray they aren't rude to my wife again!🤞

We have been eating here regularly since 2008. The food and service are always excellent, but the music has become so loud recently that my wife doesn't like to eat there as much. In good weather we sometimes go to the patio we can hear each other talk, but we would like it better if the volume was a little lower.

Tried the grilled fish tacos w/regular Pico and rice and it was pretty good. Kinda hard to find a place that makes good Fish tacos without the fishy taste.

The waitstaff was super friendly. Atmosphere is a bit dark and the booths were nice. Molcajete was very flavorful and the warm salsa hot. The shrimp fajitas were a little bland.

Usually really amazing to go here been enjoying their food for years and the care and remodel is great but the wait staff has been going down hill. Please hire different help, Letty is wonderful she always takes care of us but if I cant have her section I dont want anyone else. Ixchel is rude and lazy and will not even refill our drinks. Made it for a terrible experience for me and my family and I know thats not the norm

I've been coming to this place 10 yrs +. We were very disappointed in the beef fajitas!! They were like rubber!! Not sure if they changed management or not. They were not very attentive to our needs!!

Overall not impressed. This place is definitely Tex Mex and not Authentic. My son ordered a burrito and instead got two enchiladas. I am not sure if that’s their version but he did not care for it. I had ordered fish that had no flavor. I couldn’t even eat half of my fish. We will not he coming back. Service was ok, nothing special.
