Just moved to the area and this was our first spot to try out. Definitely so glad we stopped by, if you love a small local bar with great food this is your spot! We loved the bartender Candy, she was so sweet and personal, she really made the whole atmosphere really pull together.

Everything in this spot slaps! The gyro sandwich is to die for!! Wings are fire too. The drinks are always quick and affordable and if the pool tables are occupied or reserved people are pretty cool about sharing. Ask for Val he will get you right!

Gardens is a hidden gem. First time visiting, I live nearby yet somehow missed it for years. The atmosphere is great, staff were all nice and welcoming. The crowd was great! Not roudy or what I would call a typical bar atmosphere. The food is really very good. And pool tables!! Great time! I will definitely be back! Looking forward to it. Thank you to everyone!

Went there on a whim and left very happy. The food was AMAZING!! My homegirl and I both got bacon ranch burgers and onion rings. The onion ring were seasoned in a way I’ve never tasted but it was so good.

Surprisingly good food for a dive bar—Jalapeño bacon ranch burger hits the spot every time and the brisket nachos are legit. Crown and down on Mondays. Can’t beat the drink prices! Luda’s energy behind the bar paired with Lindsay’s easy going vibe are a perfect combo. Val, John, and Abbee also do an amazing job taking care of me when they’re working.

Fast and easy stop, right on the highway, perfect on a long road trip. Tasty BBQ, loved the two meat slider meal for $20. Lunch specials were good too, they all included a soda/non alcoholic beverage. Inside was loud trap music with fast rap lyrics with a super fast click track that was a little distracting for the simple sports bar atmosphere. We would visit again. Good portions and our server, Eli, was super sweet and friendly. Thanks Eli!

This is a classic neighborhood spot. Pool tables, tvs everywhere, great atmosphere, staff was so cool and welcoming and nice. Nate was a great bartender, the cook showed tremendous skill. Even with working class level ingredients everything was fresh and executed at a high level of technical skill. Textures were great, temperatures were great. The owner was very kind and cared and was really nice. It's a great place to cool off, get some fun satisfying food and a cold drink and relax. Fun place. I would go back.

IF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN STAY AWAY TBH.. I’m giving one star only because the strawberry lemon drop was good. The service and overall experience were not. We asked if food was available and were told the cook was not there and that no food was being served. While we were sitting there, we clearly saw the bartender cooking in the kitchen and pizza coming out. When my husband politely asked about it, we were told the food was “only for the bartender.” but she was serving people that was not bartenders ??? make it make sense! yes there was a storm but thats no excuse for serving customers that were NOT workers she shouldn’t of been cooking at all SHE IS A BARTENDER!!! NO COOK MEANS NO COOK?! That made no sense. If food is being cooked, then food is being cooked. Saying there is “no food” but then preparing food behind the bar for staff only, while customers sit there, felt disrespectful and dishonest. The interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The tone, the inconsistency, and the way it was handled gave off a discriminatory vibe, whether intentional or not. As customers, we should be treated with the same transparency and respect as anyone else. This establishment needs to work on professionalism, communication, and how customers are treated. We will not be returning.

Went there to enjoy the playoff games, play pool, and eat some food. Instead the beer was flat, the service was slow and there was a DJ playing techno, vulgar rap and club music the whole night. When asking the DJ to play something else was he said I’ll look. When asking the bartender if they could play something more appropriate for the demographic of people there, he said talk to the DJ. I won’t be going back here and based off of how they choose to do business and how they run the establishment, I would recommend you go somewhere else as well.

It was so dark that I had to turn my flash light on just to read the menu. Our waitress was nice but she forgot to put one of our orders in so everyone at the table got their food except for one person. I noticed she didn't wash her hands after handling money and other customers and when she poured up my drink she just stuck her hands in the limes and grab one to put on my glass. I got the nachos and did not like them at all!
