How does a pizza fresh from the oven come out burnt AND soggy?! I don’t know if y’all changed crust or something, but this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I do not recommend going here. It’s just not good anymore.

I ordered a pizza half jalapeno/pepperoni and the other half extra cheese and it was a mess. It wasnt even completely cut and the slices were so uneven and messy i had to recut it. Half the pizza wasnt on the pizza.

Ordered my pizza at 6:20 pm tonight it’s 7:55 pm they left my pizza outside for a hour . I so wanted my pizza called and spoke to a employee in charged name Kenneth didn’t even try to send me another to the right address just said I will refund you your money and I said I really wanted my pizza he could care less just said your refund will be there with in 3 to 5 business days . I can’t believe they actually left it there and there was stray cats around it 😭

got the new large super crust deluxe lol quit making papa johns look bad and take some pride in doing good work instead of ripping people off.

My pizza looks like this. 3 different sizes of slices making it likely pieces were put together. Half the pizza is a giant air bubble. Very disappointed:(

DO NOT get the thin crust pizza. I am so so disappointed in Papa John's.. it disintegrates in your hand as you pick it up. The crust has no flavor. It tastes stale. We basically ordered two largest and through it all away. Absolutely disgusting. Would never order it again. I'm done with Papa John's.

Delivery driver dropped my wings, which I was fine with, just wanted them replaced or taken off my order. When I called the store to figure out what we could do about the issue, I was met with hostility and was told this wasn’t the right store. The manager was who I was talking to, she never even let me give my name and told me I was calling the wrong store, and that she would not help me. Also the partnership with DoorDash for delivery is misleading and they usually suck as delivery people.

Honestly, we need to stop ordering from Papa John’s until they do something about their delivery drivers. Be prepared to receive a pizza that’s been sitting out for 35+ minutes so that a DoorDash could deliver it to you an hour later And you’re lucky if you get someone who actually has customer service etiquette

Honestly have had bad experiences with this store but this was the final straw. I order 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter with 2 extra dipping cups. I was paying cash and was told about 45 mins for the delivery to arrive. I go back to look as an hour had passed, and STILL stuck in the same spot. THEN they transfer it to DoorDash, which then estimated arrival of ANOTHER 45 MINUTES!!! I call to complain and pretty much the answer was “You’re gonna have to deal with it as our systems are down.” Meaning, no care for the customer, getting cold food, and overall AGAIN poor customer service and experience. This WILL be my last time bringing my business to the location. Just sad.

Placed an order for lg works and Oreo bites. Says would be 40 minutes… 1.5 hours later they just cancel my order. Would have been great to have it canceled so much sooner rather than have the customer wondering for that long then cancel. Pretty bad considered how hungry we were and how patient we were being. Papa John’s company is lackluster to say the least.

Bad service, ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was not shaped correctly and the slices were all different sizes. The wings were not cooked all the way and the associate was on a personal phone call the hole time I was there.

Then called to place the order, the guy said on the phone said they weren’t taking orders over the phone and that I’d have to come in and place it in person which made no sense and was kind of annoying. Went to the store to place the order at 11, the guy was really rude and then the said I couldn’t order after 10 even thought they close at one 🤷🏻‍♂️ just a dumb experience overall

I honestly love Papa John’s, and I even worked at a location for about a year, so I was very disappointed with this one. The customer service is terrible, the delivery driver is rude, and they never get your order right. We have used Papa Johns for our entire life but this location has made us change our pizza store. The manager reached out to me about the problems we have had and offered us a free pizza to give them another chance. We took them up on that offer. You would think that they would pay close attention to what we ordered to make sure they did it right this time but they didn’t. For this reason, we are quitting Papa John’s.
