I buy food at Habit Burger in Fountain Valley almost every night. The staff are always super friendly and professional, the food is consistently great, and the facility is very clean. Shoutout to Aaron, Rebecca, Carlos, Aileen and Jose—along with the rest of the awesome night shift team I may have missed. Great job, everyone!

This location is always clean and the food always comes out very fresh! The staff are friendly, the bathrooms are clean and I’ve never had a bad meal here. Parking is tough because of the gym and apartments nearby. You can always park on the street or park by Sam’s Club and walk across the street. Keep up the great work at this location!

I revisited The Habit Burger Grill after a long time and ordered the Portabella Char Burger with mushrooms and jalapenos. It was a delicious and satisfying burger, with a juicy patty and a generous amount of toppings. The bun was soft and fresh, and the sauce was tangy and spicy. The restaurant was clean and bright, with a friendly and efficient staff. I enjoyed my quick lunch here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great burger place.

Clean store, they went above & beyond on decorating and building the restaurant from lighting fixtures & signage to art hung w beach & surf theme. Fast service & polite staff. Burgers hold up to the Char name, have to be open flame grilled. Beats whataburger, and that's hard to do

This Habit Grill has the best customer service. The best cook line. I have never been disappointed with an order. My order sometimes is for multiple people and they get it right! I wanted to especially shout out Uri B at the register. Always welcoming and keeps the environment of the restaurant.

Ezmarelda was amazing. I came ar a very busy time but she treated everyone with kindness. I had some questions when I was ordering my food and she took the time to answer them all while prepping orders. She's a keeper

I am a frequent guest of the Fountain Valley store. They are friendly, welcoming and always get the order correct. They remember me, my order preferences and always greet with a smile. I have other Habit choices closer to home, but I always go to the Fountain Valley store because they take such good care of customers. I highly recommend.

I always have the $10 deal, it is delicious and very reasonably priced for the amount of food including the drink. The condiments bar is always well stocked with fresh peppers. The place is clean and the staff are helpful.

Best burger place. Hubby usually visit The Habit at least 2 times whenever we are in CA. We always make it a point to stop by. The tempura green beans are delish.

Burgers are good. Prices are a bit high, but when you have people standing around, I guess you have to pay more for your burgers and fries

I work at a computer all day. I don't want yo use you kiosk to order my food. Great food though.

the food is very good, I have try the chicken sandwich, the charbroiled burger and the southwest bbq salad. I go during lunch, place my order ahead of time because I only get 30 minutes break its ready when I get there.

The fries were well done with extra salt. I told them to add extra salt, and they did. The mango miso crunch was delicious. I love the miso ginger dressing. There is a lot of seating. So that's a plus.

Good burger, tried the corn tots. A little spicy. But if you like jalapeños they're good.

Average customer service. Food is fair. Soggy burger and fries.

The food may qualify, but over cooked and too much grease. I bought a combo double char burger, and an order of onion rings, but they are very dark greasy crunchy fry. Look like the fried oil either too old or over fried. I forgot to take the pictures of the foods

Good and consistent. Update 6/5/21. Ordered a double and found out or was a regular char when I got home. From 4 stars to 2 stars.

Every time I go here they get my order wrong. Once I got a cheese burger and they gave me a grill cheese and then other time they forgot the cheese on my burger as put onion and pickle when I said no, the food is good just wish it would be the food I ask for

Very dissatisfied with my patty melt. The meat and cheese were clearly substandard quality and the fries were nothing special. You are better off going to in n out. Also the service was slow and passive aggressive

I ordered one burger, tempura green beans and a shake. It wasn’t busy and it took them 22 minutes to announce my shake was ready. My burger was packed with a broken bun and my tempura green beans weren’t even prepared yet. Don’t come in here if you’re in a hurry.

I love the burgers at The Habit...But this location in Foutain Valley is terrible. My Santa Barbara Char was overloaded with so much mayo and hastily slapped together. The avacado was all on one half of the burgers and the patties were randomly placed on the bread making for a sloppy mess. I ate about half of it and threw the rest away. It was not busy at all but my ticket time was 16 minutes. I wasted my time and money at this place.

This restaurant likes too do fraud transactions My card was charged on February 16 i called to make the report to habit and they emailed me back saying that they were not able to refund my money you would think that if I orderd i would at least get my food but i did not even get anything this people just like to scam please be aware that if you go to this location you dont pay with a credit card or do any card transaction there they steal information.

Place is horrible. Horrible staff that does not greet at all, food takes forever even if you call it in or order online. In N OUT is better. Habit overpriced and not a fan.
