6 Pizzas I ordered at noon to be ready for pickup by 5:45 pm were warm and ready. The lady at the counter carried my pizzas to my car for me so I could easily place them in my car.

For quick, no frills, but tasty simple eats pizza Little Caesars pizza provides just that. Was craving some pepperoni pizza and cheese bread and jalapeños and got my cravings fulfilled. Quick and easy ordering on the app and I did a carry out pickup.

The lady at the counter wasn't very friendly and felt rushed. It was only me and another person, who was waiting for his food, so why rush me?

Food and service are okay. This is usually the last resort. Don't expect the greatest pizza. It is usually burnt or under cooked. You pay extra for the toppings and they barely give you any. You can tell the workers hate being there and it shows through their interactions with the customers. Mind you, every once in awhile I'm sure you will get a nice worker. I have just yet to find one.

Once again, I'm reminded that Little Cesar's just simply believes in false advertising. Their "Hot and Ready" claim is simply false. They just don't have the product they advertise actually "ready". Staff doesn't care and says they can't do anything about it. Manager says "yes" when I ask if it's false advertising to say they will have these items available during this time frame but they actually don't and only cook to order, but they have to say it, even if they don't operate that way. Anyway, maybe one day someone there will care and try to make the change.

Burnt cheese sticks. Pizza dough not fully cooked. I took a bite not knowing and the taste was awful I spit it out. I bet this store is a franchise owned store. Franchising is the worse thing a company can do because the owners dont have the same passion as the owners that started the company. When you put blood, sweat and tears into a company you make sure only the highest quality you can offer leave the store and if not there are actual consequences for low quality food given to customers. Franchise owners are in it for the money and dont stand firm on the foundation and mission the company was founded on. I wouldnt buy from this location and would be hesitant on ordering little caesars ever again. Pizza hut in my area bad now Little Caesars. I think I will make from scratch homemade pizza using Martha Stewart's dough recipe.

They gave me a thin crust and a deep dish on the same pizza. I tell no lie!!! They need to practice getting it right.

I was already worried after just seeing a previous customer angrily walking back in after getting the wrong change (by $20 at that), so when I was told that my pre-paid Visa debit wasn't working after a few swipes I was skeptical. I paid in cash thinking, "whatever it's $12." But lo and behold after checking my transaction history, they charged me not once but twice on my Visa debit card in addition to taking my money in person. I'm not sure if this is an innocent mistake or if they were feeling frisky that day.

Staff was friendly. But got pizza and was raw on bottom. Top was cooked but not bottom. Didnt have time to call and complain was on way to San Diego.

My order was wrong I waited way too long and still didn’t get what I asked for so I walked out with what I had. Definitely needs better management or management on site period.

I have ordered from a lot of little caesars over a few years. This is the WORST store I have ever ordered from. They keep messing up my family’s orders online and the quality of the food has went downhill. We recently ordered a stuff crust cheese pizza and when we received it, the pizza was so hard and old that we couldn’t even poke it with a metal fork, the cheese was that dry and brittle. It wasnt even a cheap pizza, it costed $15 which is way more than its quality. The store has no structure because it has no managers. I would advise ordering from this store since we aren’t the only customers that have experience these issues. We had to have several refunds from door dash because it’s the closest store that gets assigned with our orders.

They messed up my order for one of the 2 pizzas, when I called to let them know, the guy who answered the phone told me to bring it back and drive all the way back ans bring the wrong pizza so they can refund it.. lol really .. you want me to drive 15 mins 8 miles to bring your wrong order , I told him that recorder a video of the order cause my kids were hungry and ate one of the 2 and he still doesn’t believe me :( Shame on you guys

Worst experience ever was told it was a 10 minute. Wait, I waited for forty minutes and they gave me burnt food.And then told me that all they can do is either take all my food back and give me my money back or I get to wait another twenty minutes for food!!! This place sucks, and I'm never coming back. And I'm telling everybody not to come back. I've never been treated so badly and I never complain.This was crap!!!!! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!

I had a horrible experience at your Fountain Valley CA location. I received the T-mobile coupon for Pi day. I utilized that coupon online and was ready to pay for the $3.14 pizza as well as a slices and stix pizza. The email estimate said 20 minutes so I didn't have a problem waiting however when entering there were several people waiting much longer than 30 minutes. I understood the rush due to the advertisement and was patient. I asked the cashier how long. She told myself and every person waiting "just a few minutes". 30+ minutes later still nothing. I was ready to pay for the pizzas but was told it was $15.xx vs the online total of $12.10 The cashier confirmed my order number and name yet the price was much higher. I showed her my mobile phone clearly showing the total while she was asking if I still wanted the pizzas...keep in mind 40 minutes onsite (20 minutes prior arrival) after estimate...no pizzas were ready. I said not for more than what it says. Basically I was told that I pay $15.xx or cancel. I think that's ridiculous that I didn't get the price shown. Should I have paid the higher price then report this overcharge with the State of California?
