I hate to admit but I come here often. Usually for just a fry and a drink. Occasionally a #3. But food is always good and fresh. Most of the time the workers are so kind and friendly. I wonder how this McDonald’s can keep it together vs the one in Selma or Kingsburg for example.
It’s very spacious and clean. There is plenty of seating and the seats have cushions on them. Very comfortable lounging here. The ladies working here today are very kind and patient with their customers. And I don’t see a lot of turmoil going on with the kitchen staff. No negative language anywhere. All smiles here. They have a play area for the kids, and it’s very well kept, no trash anywhere and doesn’t have any weird stains or residue. Looks sanitary to me. This is the nicest location I’ve ever been to
There was nothing wrong with the food. The place was very clean. My issue is that fast food nowadays is only that, fast food. We walk in, and instead of being greeted by an employee who is ready to take our order, there is a sign saying to place our order on the kiosk with no interaction from staff in the lobby. It's just so impersonal now. I will say the lady that gave us our food when it was ready was very kind but that is at the end of our visit there. It's very lacking luster, but I guess that goes for most fast food places nowadays. Nothing against the restaurant or the staff. My problem is with the way the company is running their staff out and bringing in more computers.
I had to go to McDonald's a few times this week and typically visit the locations in Sanger. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the service, timeliness, and quality of food at the Fowler location. The staff did an excellent job!
Love the play place they have here it’s perfectly suited for smaller children. Place serves as a great pit stop for long trips.
Good place to stop for a quick lunch while headed south. Clean, up to date and using technology to make the ordering experience seamless. Received the food quickly and staff was pleasant, helpful acted with a sense of urgency. Clean dining area with play area for the little ones and clean restrooms sized to accommodate multiple people. This location is also a part of a chain gas station with a nice little store containing drinks, travel snacks and even a few things one might have forgotten when taking a trip. A good experience all around.
It is the first time I come here, friendly staff, very good customer service. I didn't wait long for my food. This restaurant is inside the store, it has a playground and the place looks clean. I forgot to mention that you can also order by drive thru.

Service is not disabled or senior friendly I'm legally blind and have trouble using the kiosk have to beg employees to assist. Have noticed seniors refusing to go in for the same reason I guess they are too busy to attend their customers
Order a 10 a piece mcnugget meal and 2 for three spicy McChicken and a large fries with light salt. Large fries came over salted like usual. Medium fries with the meal came unsalted. We also had to ask for the sauces that we had already ordered with the order. We didn't get no ranch dipping but just hot mustard.

If this location tells you to pull into a spot to wait for your food DONT DO IT FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!! They make me wait almost 20 minutes every time when it’s just one meal that isn’t even a quarter pounder. More than 5 employees on one shift just to stand there and talk.
Ordered though the drive-through today, and was told to park in the front for our simple order of two egg McMuffins, sweet ice tea, and caramel frappe. We waited for a simple order that should have took 5 minutes, that took 30 minutes and there was an influx of people who went after us, and got all their food before us. Very, very poor service. The staff was disorganized and had no idea to use structure to get meals out efficiently when it was chaotic. I will never go back again.
There was a time McDonald's only served Burgers, Fries,n soft Drinks....I miss those days :(
This is by far the worst experience I've had. Nothing about this looks appealing. Managers make sure food is staying fresh and not sitting to be reused.

This place has terrible service. I believe it was the manager that was the rudest. It started with the order taker not quite getting the order. Then we tried to clarify the order at the window and the manager we extremely rude and unapologetic. We left and went to Carl's Jr.
