Great food. We had lunch, and the $10.99 lunch special didn't disappoint! One of the best Eggplant Parms I have had in a long time. The sauce is fantastic- a basic, rustic tomato sauce, without the overpowering spices and herbs that a lot of Italian restaurants use. Excellent dish. This is a hidden treasure-go there soon, and enjoy their food!

Bellas offers wonderful and comforting food. The owner is always there to welcome you warmly, making you feel like part of the family. Their attentive service and consistently delicious meals create a truly inviting atmosphere. Everything is reasonably priced, making it my favorite go-to spot for Italian cuisine. Oh Bella Sera, the best Italian food ever. My husband hasn’t had an appetite for months. All I needed to do was get him to Fredericksburg! We’ve been here 5 days and have eaten there 5 times! He loves it! Excellent pizza, garlic knots and THE MOST decadent Alfredo then for lighter fare, anything in white wine lemon sauce. We’ll dream about this food until we return! Thank you Bella Sera!

That a great find! When I tasted their chicken soup, I knew we were in for dinner good food! The flavors were amazing! I had the cheese calzone, which was delicious, and my husband had the spaghetti with marinara sauce. He finished every last bite. I almost forgot to say we started the meal with the best homemade rolls I've ever tasted! So tender, flavorful and just plain delicious! This will definitely be a future stop when we are next in town!

Delicious Italian with tons of options and generous portions. The Tortellini Alla Panna was scrumptious, so sweet and creamy. The Chicken Parm was good. The only downfall was the salad. The ranch tasted like cheap store brand. Not creamy at all.

The staff was friendly and it's was a very relaxed atmosphere. I had the Chicken Bella Sera, and it was packed with flavor. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. The combination of fresh basil, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, and capers in a lemon sauce just brought the whole meal together. All this piled on top of spaghetti was a very filling meal. Their rolls are so good.

We absolutely love this place. The pizza is fabulous! We ordered the Bella Sera and it was fantastic! We also visited a second time and tried the margarita pizza and it was as delicious. In addition, We ordered fried calamari and it was cooked perfectly. They offer complimentary garlic knots so we also ordered the olive oil and garlic to dip the bread in and it was so tasty! We love this place and look forwards to dining here every time we are in Fredericksburg!

Came here on a Saturday night around 7:30 with a group of nine women. It was difficult to find a place in downtown Fredericksburg that could seat us at a decent time, so we decided to try something a few minutes off the strip. The outside of the restaurant gave us pause. It clearly used to be a diner and seemed a little outdated, but we decided not to judge a book by its cover and give it a shot. We were greeted kindly and immediately sat. The restaurant was not busy at this time. Our server - can’t remember her name but a young lady - was very sweet and attentive and great at her job! She handled all nine of us like a champ. The menu is extensive. The portions are generous. The prices are fantastic, especially for this area. We were served complimentary homemade bread, which was very tasty. We ordered fried calamari for appetizer. It was thinly coated and not greasy at all. It was very tasty. Three of us had lobster ravioli. And all three of us were very pleased. The lobster is in the sauce and the ravioli is were quite large. Two of us shared a small pizza, which was actually a very big small, and it was delicious! Toppings were generous and the crust was so good. Eggplant parmesan was also a hit. Then we decided to try dessert. Tiramisu and cheesecake (plain, strawberry, Black Forest) were all very, very good. We were all so pleased with the entire meal, and that is saying something when it comes to nine different women! Please go off the beaten path and give this place a chance. Your tastebuds and wallet will thank you. ** Also, as it got later, the restaurant became busier and there seemed to be a lot of to-go orders. *Pictured is a half-eaten eggplant parm and a lobster ravioli.

Our server was great, she was nice and kind. We made a very good choice coming here on a busy Saturday. We were able to get a table at 5:30 pm with no reservation. When we were leaving more people came of course. The food was ordinary, but we were pleased with our choices.

The food was decent, though not the finest Italian I've had. The diner is a bit outdated, but it has a vintage charm to it. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive, and our meals arrived surprisingly quickly, which sometimes hints at a compromise on flavor. However, my 10 and 11-year-olds thoroughly enjoyed it, rating it 4.5 and 5 out of 5 respectively.
