Many years ordering from this place. and today it was unbelievable the driver treat me as a thief! Yes as a thief!!! I order a combo with the soda, didn't receive the soda and called the store, the driver called me and screaming on me saying he gives the drink to my son, it was a back and forth I ended up saying I don't want it! He just came back with a soda and left it outside...the must unbelievable thing is I have the door video with the guys just giving my son the 2 pizzas and no soda 😪. With employees like this you guys loosing loyal customers! Thanks and never again!!!

IT USED TO BE GOOD AND FAST SERVICE, TOOK MORE THAN A HOUR FOR MY DELIVERY. MISSING ITEMS, DRIVER MARKED THE ORDER DELIVERY AND NO FOOD OUTSIDE! HARD TO REACH THEY HARDLY PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!

Really dont like doing reviews. Seevice was terrible in this location waited to make an order for 5 minutes and nobody helped me woman that was there ignored me and the guy there too. Very terrible customer service there. Never going there again

Quality has really gone downhill especially after seeing new people work there. Everything is always flooded with cheese and a poor sauce ratio and the wings are a joke with their squirts of sauce.

They accused me of trying to pay them with a fake $20 bill, apparently all because it was light green instead of dark green. They even had the audacity to crumple my (real) money into a ball and toss it on the ground as some kind of test, and then took it to the back for all the employees to examine. I ended up having to pay with my debit card because they refused to take cash from me. I have absolutely no intentions of visiting this establishment again; I honestly feel like they gave me a hard time simply because I’m not latino or white

Better ingredients, better pizza how?! Saw the commercial and decided to have pizza Friday with the family. The pizza that arrived looked NOTHING like what was advertised. The pizza was mostly crust with the slightest amount of sauce and cheese. The pepperoni pizza had all the toppings on one side. Not sure who made the pizza but I am sure it was a waste of money and "ingredients". It was not edible. Dominoes can't cut even slices but atleast its a pizza and it's edible. Never again John

I ordered online and paid for my order. I entered papa johns and told the worker, " I ordered online". I gave the short spanish guy my name and he walked away. He told another guy to help me. I gave the worker my name again. He gave me a HARD WAY TO GO FOR MY ORDER. After going back and forward for my order, he finally gave me my order, and it was FULLY PAID FOR. I got to that same papa johns, on a regular basis. I never had a problem. I'll probably go to another papa john and inform my friends to switch locations. Unbelievable!! 🤬🤬🤬😠😠😠

Manager Paola and cook should find a better life. My children were waiting to be fed, but my order was made wrong, and I was demanded to take the mistake back to the store. I did, but manager Paola "did not care" about my concerns(her words). Took about 20 minutes to get my money back in my hands. Its now 11:30 and family had a bad and hungry evening. When it comes to food service (Paid food service) it should be handled with better care.

I'm only giving one star because it's not possible to give no stars. I can't even go into detail about my terrible 5 hour experience with the delivery and then having to go to the store and demand a refund. There's not enough space to go into what happened. There's one girl who always seems to be on the register, I wish I got her name. She's terrible and I'm sure she's costing the company money... because I never have been back because of how nasty she was to me after they screwed up. Don't come here.. take your money and go to the amazing Dominoes down the street.

I ordered from this papa johns last week, and forgot to write my review and this was the worst experience I ever had in my life from ordering food. I ordered my food at 5:24 and it was delivered at 8:45. The online receipt says that your food will be deliver between 30-40 mins not 2-3 hours. They delivered my food to the wrong address so some complete stranger right now has some of my personal information, and then their delivery guy came to my house with the wrong food and then I had to wait for another 45 mins to receive my food. I wish i could put no stars instead of 1 because they don't even deserve. They spoke a foreign language when I called the store phone so I wasn't even able to understand what was happening. I advise to just order dominos because its this papa johns in freeport is not worth it please trust me.
