The food was nice... yet I was charged for Guac on both the entrees which was not part of the order. The marking on the entree never mentioned added guac The person never asked me if I needed the receipt ... he hastily pulled and trashed it in the bin. Was the place crowded?? Nay ! So: 1. Ask for your receipt. 2. Double check your receipt including money additions. 3.Pleasantaries dont work, it's ok to show them the mirror. 4. Dont forget the above three points especially if you are non-American. Do the math -- 3$ on every entree where the receipt was not checked by the receiver. Over invoicing and generating funds off the book :) And later when asked, they returned the money back - yet the situation was awkward.

Coming at night with my family, the place is dirty so no where to sit and eat, the food station is nasty and not cleaned, the workers themselves are disrespectful to the customers by not listening or caring enough to be correct with our order. They had to fix two mistakes because they were more fixated on their friends that were behind us in line instead of us first. Instead of hiring lazy teens, be mindful of the people you choose and pick people that actually will work and make your chipotle a better place to go back to.

My recent experience at Chipotle was a bit disappointing. The bowl I ordered, which included white rice, fajitas, black beans, chicken, mild tomato, lettuce, corn, medium green, hot red, sour cream, and cheese, was tasty overall. However, I was surprised to find a whole tomato with its top, head, and tail still attached in the container, making it hard to read the label and enjoy the meal properly. It felt like an oversight that detracted from the experience. The food quality was good otherwise, but this unusual addition left me a bit puzzled. Hopefully, they can be more careful with food preparation in the future!

I’ve contacted corporate twice, but no luck with answers. I’ve left a Yelp review and they just auto replied with contact corporate. Here we are. In the last 6 months we've been having pretty good luck with Chipotle. For a while their portions have been shrinking and they've recently done good about it at multiple chains we've tried from the Bay Area and down in SoCal. THIS completely reset the poor perception of Chipotle for us. It's a huge bummer bc they're the local spot for us. We ordered a bunch of food and this chicken burrito was a shock to us when we opened the bag at home. Holy micro burrito with mouthfuls of tortilla, Batman! Shame shame... I wrote corporate, but zero answers.

Avoid at all costs!!! Horrendous service and there is this one rude employee I encounter every single time(maybe its the day & time I go in - brunch/lunch) I have had similar experiences in this Chipotle with this same employee in the recent past but this was a record low - I am never going here ever again and I say it again.... avoid this place at all costs!!!! I went to Chipotle on Jan 27th 11:30 AM for a chicken & a veggie bowl. The lady who was building my bowl was extremely rude from the start and was scraping bits and pieces for each item I asked for - rice, fajitas, protein, etc. When I asked her to put more, she said "I will have to charge you" At the end, I asked for sour cream & corn salsa on the side for each bowl but she only gave me one and said she will have to charge me for the other one. I pointed out that I have 2 bowls and should get 2 for free and she just walked away - so rude!

THEY NEVER HAVE GUACAMOLE… EVER!!! Do not come here if guac is important to you (as it is me), because they ALWAYSSSSS run out. I’ve been there as early as 6pm three or four times and they never have had guacamole. Do better. Smh.

The worst chipotle location I have had the unfortunately experience. If you come here after 6, they would have run out of many items. Even though this closes much later in the evening they don't make fresh fajita veggies. Only the portion they put into the bowls become smaller. Other items also run out and they don't attempt to refill it. It feels like they are trying really hard to go out of business with their service.

With so much hope I ordered their catering for a party of 10 and the food wasn’t sufficient even for 6 people. Everyone in my gathering kept looking at each other whether they should take food or not. When I finally ordered 2 large pizza, everyone ate honestly. Such a bigggg disappointment given that we are such frequent customers for chipotle… it’s was our go to spot atleast once a week.

Worse customer service! The white girl who helped us that evening didn't give us any lettuce! She said the lettuce was out. We asked her if they have more lettuce from the inside, she said no more lettuce. However, we found out later that they brought out more lettuce from inside. I think she's a little racist, and she has attitude! Very disappointed!

I ordered a burrito bowl today. They were out of most ingredients and it felt like I paid for leftovers. I asked for black beans. The pot was almost empty with mostly left over water. The server tried to scoop a couple times and then just gave up instead of getting a new box of beans The sauces were all gone. She just scraped the box instead of getting new. I asked her to put the sour cream and went ahead to pay, hoping that they will put it. When I reached home, there was no sour cream. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the chicken was just dry. The door says that they are open till 11:30 and I got my order around 9:30. They are supposedly open for the next 2 hours and I wonder what they are going to serve

I’ve been a Chipotle customer for years, but my experience at the 2760 Mowry Ave location was so disappointing that it’s my third or fourth bad visit here, and I’ve stopped coming altogether. This time, my bowl was a complete letdown: the guacamole was stale and tasted like it was made from spoiled avocados, the fajitas were stale, the cheese tasted off, and the entire bowl lacked freshness and flavor. It was barely edible. This isn’t a one-off issue. I’ve seen similar complaints on Yelp about stale guacamole, missing fajitas, and bland food at this location, which makes me think there’s a serious problem with ingredient prep or storage. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to customer service and hope they address the ongoing issues at this location. Until then, I can’t recommend eating here.

This location provides the worst customer service! Upon entering the employees seem as if they don’t want to attend you and ignore your presence. I have visited this location in the past and have had the same experience, I hoped this time it would be different. However when I visited this past week around evening time, the employees did not attend me for a few minutes. When they did finally acknowledge me is when they notified me they did not have any food left. I find this to be extremely unethical and that this location is failing due to poor management and customer service skills.

The lady named I believe Karen(blonde lady) in front line was extremely disrespectful and rude to my partner and I. I was patient and understanding throughout the entire transaction yet she attempted to overcharge us and was not willing to ask the other line associates regarding my order. I ordered a bowl that was no more than 14 dollars and she charged me 20 dollars without any explanation. She just said that’s the price. I paid and looked at the receipt and she had charged me $6.34 in additional charges to my order. Additionally, when I asked for water cups she slammed them upside down on the dirty counter. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate. Lastly, this location ran out of several meats and cheese and it was only 9pm. I did not appreciate her attitude and her customer service skills. I feel like customers at the very minimum deserve respect and dignity.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service I ordered a Chipotle bowl and added all the usual ingredients. After it was packed, I noticed liquid leaking from the bottom of the bag — it was so bad that it was dripping through and making a mess. I politely asked the employee who helped me if she could please repack it or offer a better solution. Instead of helping, she just told me, “I added two empty bowls at the bottom, that’s all I can do,” and then walked away, leaving me there. No effort to actually fix the issue, no apology, nothing. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service. I expect better from Chipotle.

UPDATE: DO NOT COME HERE ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY I ordered for a bowl with honey chicken and extra steak, I asked honey chicken first then I asked for extra steak, the portion is extremely small, doesn’t even fill one single scoop. This is the only location that has the worst service ever. I stood in line for 30 minutes and only one person in the front making food. One lady at the register not helping at all. It possibly couldn’t be any slower. I wonder why the manager is not pushed to have folks in the front. I see employees randomly chatting in the back and not coming upfront. Unbelivably horrible. Towards the end of over 30 min anf finally as my turn approaches, a random lady walks to the register cuts infront of everyone and grabs food while I’m being rung up. Apparently that person was some employee’s relative. As i request for the manager to stop this harrassment of customers but apparently the chatty and lazy staff got offended. What a shameful show of basic service. The entire time line was more than 15 people at a given time and the staff didn’t seem to give two hoots. Do see attached photos and comment so this locations shameful managements takes action.
