The donuts here are the best I have ever had in my life. Always the perfect texture and sweetness level. Lots of options and flavors to choose from. Service is very quick and the prices are great.

Nice little shop. The donuts are really good and super cheap. Not too much sugar and fluffy. Breakfast sandwiches are tasty, fresh, filling, and perfect size for the cost. I'm not a coffee person but the options looked good and prices are cheap.

Needed a new regular spot for brek on my return to the Bay. Found it straight away. Delicious donuts, hefty hot sandwiches, and reasonable prices. Have visited twice in the three days since I found Francis. I'll be going again tomorrow.

Service was effortless, display was beautiful and menu items were very clearly and easily read. The entire place was very clean and well kept and the owner was very nice and friendly ☺️. The food is fantastic and there is little to no wait.

This donut spot is a high recommend on my end. Some donut places dont serve breakfast sandwiches, this one has a big variety. Had a breakfast sandwich and it was delicious, great taste and quality. I loved it so much that I have saved it on the map, look forward to the next time.

While the surrounding city changed & evolved, this gem is still a time capsule of the 90s. Family owned for over 30+ years. My late father owned this shop with his brother, Tony, who still runs it today. They were refugees of the Khmer Genocide back in the late 70s. While all the trendy donuts are fun, I hope yall get to shop local for some OG donuts and support one of the few mom/pop donut shops that are still operating! 🥳

This is a nice local Donut shop with other stuff like croissant sandwiches. Good place for a breakfast. Donuts are fresh in the morning. I like them. They are a bit dense for me. I like it a bit lighter. I support local stores than places like Krispy Cream etc.

Nice people, coffee is great and they have a pretty robust menu. As far as the doughnuts go, I give them about 3.25 stars. But doughnut making is almost a lost art. Tony and his fam are very nice people.

Good place to get some donuts and donut holes. I love trying of small family owned store. Their coffee/latte is not that great though. Might want to go to a different store if you are stopping just for coffee.

Im not sure what to choose for payment per person because I bought a dozen specialty donuts for about $35. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Bad service here . I would not go . Donuts are old and the lady behind the counter seems like she does not want to work there . I’d rather go to Lloyd’s donuts . Better service and more quality donuts for better price
