This Haidilao location always delivers a fantastic experience. Our server, Qiao, was great. A must-try is the famous "Noodle Dance" (拉面)! The noodle master was so enthusiastic and put on a great, energetic show right by our table. The freshness and texture of the hand-pulled noodles are truly the best part of the meal. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Haidilao last night! The soup broths were rich and flavorful, and all the ingredients were incredibly fresh and high-quality. What truly made our meal outstanding was the service from our server, Qiao. She was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead, refilling our drinks and bringing fresh towels without us even having to ask. Her warm and welcoming attitude really elevated our entire dinner. We can't wait to come back and will definitely be requesting Qiao's section!

Haidilao in Fremont is absolutely outstanding — the broth comes out piping hot, the ingredients are spotless and fresh, and the whole place runs like a well-oiled machine. What really made the visit memorable, though, was our server, Ms. Qiao. She was attentive without hovering, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and handled every little detail with so much patience. Because of Ms. Qiao’s service, the whole experience felt way above a normal hotpot meal — more like being hosted. I would 100% recommend this Fremont Haidilao location, especially if you’re lucky enough to be seated in Ms. Qiao’s section.

We came at Friday night. After 9:30 is happy hour, the dishes are at 31% off. You can also enjoy this discount if you are a student and come before 5pm. Very delicious as always. We enjoyed great service from Qiao.

Four of us came on a Tuesday. There were plenty of parking spaces. We did not have to wait for a table. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. There were free desserts as well. It was a very pleasant experience.

An Absolutely Perfect Experience for Friends and Family. Hai Di Lao isn't just a restaurant; it's pure joy in a hot pot. We came for dinner with friends and our four kids, and I was just blown away by how wonderful the entire evening was. It’s so great to have a place that makes dining out with young children not just easy, but genuinely fun for them too. The quality of the food alone is phenomenal. The meats were a clear highlight—while the wagyu is a fun splurge, we were just as impressed with the regular Angus ribeye and the Kurobuta pork tenderloin. Both were incredibly tender and flavorful. The sauce bar is fantastic, with endless options to create your perfect dip. Even the hand-pulled noodles come with an entertaining "noodle dance" right at your table before they go into the pot! Beyond the main course, the experience is layered with amazing perks that make you feel truly taken care of. The self-serve bar is a destination in itself, stocked not just with little desserts like sweet jellies, but also with a wide selection of incredibly fresh, high-quality fruit that was perfectly ripe and sweet. For the kids, it was a paradise—they received complimentary toys with their meals and could play little games to win more prizes, which kept them happy the whole time. The constant stream of snacks and freebies makes the whole experience feel generous and exciting. Yes, it's a splurge, but for a special night out where you are treated so well and the food is this good, it feels priceless. We left with full bellies, happy kids, and handfuls of their delicious sugar-free mints. We are already planning our next celebration here!

Food average like every Hotspot places. Service is good, atmosphere is a little strange with Happy Birthday signs over ever Booths. Misleading advertisement brought us there, $19.99 Meat O' Clock special, the actual check for 2 ends up to be $120.00. Wasn't planning to spend $120 for a weekday lunch. The 1st and the last time I will consider any meal there.
