Love love this place my favorite tea to get here is the matcha milk tea with lychee jelly and coconut jelly very refreshing and delicious also love how everything is made quick customer service was great they offer only take out there is parking right infront so no hassle to look for parking a Which is a plus they also closed at 10 pm which is good I’m always there 15 mins before they close the area is always clean which is nice definitely recommend this place

I have been this store several times, employees are really welcoming. They can make your drink really fast and delicious, which is impressive. So definitely would love to stop by every time I came to Queens. Btw, deep in love with their new beverage cherry blossom milk tea!! Really wish it can be a permanent drink!!!

Overall, the service was superb. Haven't been here since last year due to covid, but it was super quick. They took your order and a minute later you get your drink. The staff was friendly and the tea was great. I got a passion fruit green tea with bubbles, the tea was refreshing and the bubbles were a little underdone to my liking. I will definitely be coming back another time to try another drink!!

But a limited parking area!! It is a good drink 😊

Great store. I was in and out of it really quickly. The customer service was great, and the product was good. I really enjoyed the service. Its in a sneaky location, so its a little hard to spot. Parking is limited but you can find in the surrounding blocks. For all bubble tea lovers, it’s definitely worth checking out.

When my husband and I heard that Coco Fresh Tea & Juice reopened their Fresh meadow park location, we were super excited and couldn’t wait to visit. We were there at around 12:00pm on Saturday 5/2 and there was already a line by the entrance. They only allowed one group of customers entered and ordered at a time which was good to keep social distance. The staff was friendly, patient and served everything quickly. We ordered 3 different drinks and they were delicious especially the lava pearl latte.

So I am a huge fan of #BubbleTea and always looking for a spot that can make the best. I travel extensively due to working with International Relations and have enjoyed all kinds of tea throughout the world but bubble tea just hits the spot like no other tea :) If I were to say which country has the best bubble tea I would say Malaysia and Thailand. However here I reallly enjoyed bubble tea in spots that were further from my house in NYC area and once in queens were ok including the famous sweet cafe until I came across this location. You can truly taste the difference between other bubble tea spots within queens. It's more flavorful and bubbles are done just right :p For queens, the price for bubble tea here are somewhat more expensive but it's worth the price to enjoy quality Bubble Tea.

I like the convenience of it being next to the 495 highway. We came here because the bakery up the block was not open for Christmas. Placed order at kiosk. Was told by server no grass jelly. Substitute with pudding instead. The white pearls did not deliver the texture I was looking for. Overall, the drink was average and seems ingredients were in shortage.

Drinks are good but the Chinese guys working there definitely have zero customer service training. But that's to be expected they don't know better. If you go here get a bubble tea -enjoy it, but don't try to bother these Chinese guys too much. They seem to be in their own world.

Coco Fresh doesn't allow you to add sugar to your drink on Grubhub. All drinks on their menu via GrubHub require you to have 0% sweetness. Did Coco fresh run out of sugar..? I've moved onto Moge, right across the street, they never run out of sugar.

I ordered the Lava Pearl Taro Milk Tea here. I specifically asked the staff if the pearl was already included, and they said it wasn’t, so I needed to add it. But when I placed the order, it turned out the pearls were already included, and I ended up adding them again unnecessarily. So I told the staff I would place a new order and asked for a refund for the previous one. However, they said they couldn’t refund it. Then, they gave me three extra quarter of refunding the extra charge. But during the preparation process, I saw the staff spit into my milk tea. I witnessed it right there and threw the drink away. I just wasted 10 dollars for no reason. What went wrong here?
