So far the smell here when I get inside is bad, I mean musty like the projects. It smells vermin and roach-infested. The man when I got here was very rude, telling me I just ordered 2 minutes ago on the app and it’s not ready yet. But I see why he was so snide towards me. I now regret ordering from here. Don’t know if the food is any good but I know I’m waiting inside and the wait seems forever. I might have to walk home again tonight.

I ordered garlic wings and Tuscan Six Cheese. Not sure if this is Tuscan but it taste and look different from last week’s order. But the garlics wings were packed upside down which caused the sauces to spill everywhere. Whoever packed this order diff trying to get the delivery guy in trouble. hey Your coworker works hard just like you and go around making delivery. Put your grudges and differences aside and work well together.

I had a very disappointing experience with Papa John’s. I placed an order and only received half of what I paid for. Several items were completely missing from the bag, and no explanation was provided. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are charged in full. I tried contacting the store, but the response was slow and unhelpful. It felt like no one cared about fixing the mistake or taking responsibility. When you order food, you expect accuracy and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and a waste of money. I will definitely think twice before ordering from here again.

Worst place to order UberEats or Delivery during SuperBowl. Ordered since 7:15 and they just found the order at 10 p.m. They don’t answer phones and make the delivery drivers wait outside in the cold. Poorly organized and dysfunctional at best. Hard to trust them with your food.

Worst pizza, worst people working here. I ordered pizza and they delivered cold pizza after 3 hours.

I ordered for pick up and they didn’t start the order until I showed up. The whole point of pick up is to save time. When I came in all the workers were sitting on their counters and on their phone. No wonder they got horrible reviews.

I ordered online at 10:30 for a 3:15 pickup. 11 something they are notifying me order is ready. I said I ordered it for 3:15. When I went to pick up my order they gave me the same food that has been sitting there all day. Not good at all. They didn't follow instructions and penalized me for it

I placed an order online. I got the deal of the large pizza for $9.99. I forgot to order one of the sauces, so I called the store to ask for another one. The person that picked up the phone told me no problem, don't worry about it, and right after I hung up the phone, I got a charge on PayPal for $.55 cents... The pizza came overcooked without the extra sauce. When I called back, the guy told me that he's going to send it again with the delivery guy, but he didn't come back. Even if you live near the place, try to pick a different place to get your pizza.
