Avis sur Cuca's Fresno
The service was great and our food came out fast. Everything was so tasty with traditional flavors. If you are going for the flauta plate they no longer serve it. That was the only reason I went unfortunately but I was satisfied with what I ended up ordering.
Been coming here for years and never disappointed, just need to pay in cash!
Delicious home made comida (well, not my home 😁) made to perfection! Crispy bacon, over easy eggs, and a little coffee to go with the cream and sugar!!! 🥰🥔🍳☕️🥰
The kind of place you go with your grama cause she went there as a kid. And her friends are there ❤️
Been coming here for years, the food is always top notch, recommend to anyone in area
This was my first time at Cucas. I had a great experience! Service was excellent and the food was amazing! I have Huevos Rancheros soooo good!
Place is a Chinatown gem. Great food.
We always have breakfast here at cucas the beans are homemade as well as tortillas the chicken Verde is perfect 🥰

Comfy and small place, only 5 booths and chairs at the bar, not big at all. But the food and service is always great, not a flashy place if that's what your looking for. 50+ years in service and don't see it showing down anytime soon.
Best Chile Colorado I’ve ever eaten. Also, they can make weinies and eggs just like I used to eat when I was little (Ask for them mixed together).
My first time and I'll definitely be going back. Took me back to my childhood... to the days when my grandpa used to make us French fries for breakfast. Also they have a weenie and egg breakfast. No one serves that and I loved it.
Food was tasty and good. Lil pricey but service was delightful. Young lady was way nicer the the older one. Older lady can be more discrete when talking to the server. They were out of pork chops, steak and flautas. We had spam & eggs And Chile colorado which was good but not at that price point. Most things on the menu are over priced. Potatoes were fries, would be better if they took the time to put them in the grill to brown them a Lil after. Server made sure all speciation were correct. We really would return here solely due to the service from the young lady. I didn't get her name however hope she's there when we return.
I was surprised at this little hole in the wall I tried the food and it was great the ladies behind the counter were super nice. I love places that look like they have been there forever because there is a reason it is. The food is good. Will be one of my fav spots.
Delicious every time! I’ve came to cucas since i was a little girl in the 80’s. I love that the food is consistent, i especially love when Margaret is cooking! The best little spot in Fresno hands down!

Went here on a Saturday morning. Parking was easy to find (on the street) and it wasn't busy inside. This is a very hole-in-the-wall place. You can tell by the outside with the 70's vintage cantina signage outside. The inside is very dimmed, dark brown walls with old pictures of Mexican figures and the founder of the restaurant. The menu was pretty simple with 5-7 items to choose for breakfast. I ordered huevos con papa and chorizo that came with beans. I didn't feel I got enough chorizo and the papas tasted like it needed more time on the skillet. The beans were good. Brown beans that were probably cooked on the fat of the chorizo that gave it a brown/red color. Flour or corn tortillas come with the meal. Overall, the food was decent. The ladies working there were very nice! You felt at home in there. Mexican music playing from the radio gave you a 70's-80's vibe. That would be a reason I'd give them another chance. Alas, I live an hour from there, so I very likely won't make the drive to eat there again, but this is definitely a local-local joint.

Overall, this little establishment produces made to order Mexican food that just tastes great. Service was attentive and quick. Love the free chips and salsa (very spicy) and the refried beans were some of the best I have ever had.
