This little hole in the wall reaaaallly surprised me! I had called in to see if they sold trays of food for a party, specifically a tray of rice, beans, and tacos, and the owner went above and beyond with assisting me. He gave us a discount on the tacos since we bought a whole tray full, and he also threw in all the toppings(cilantro, onions, limes, cabbage) and 3 big containers of salsa and chips for no charge. He was the sweetest and very personable. Not only was the service great, but the food was amazing!! Will definitely be eating here again ☺️

Jimmy burrito was outstanding! For such a small place, it didn’t feel crowded. My group of 5 all had great food…definitely going back.

I have been going to this place for some time now. The prices did go up, but the food is worth it. Small restaurants have to raise their prices in order to keep up with the rising costs but the quality and portion size has not changed. The service is good and the staff and owner are good people. Me and my family will continue to support small mom and pop restaurants. We will continue to refer family and friends to try this taqueria.

The food was really good and the prices were reasonable. I got a veggie burrito with guacamole for about $10. The burrito was huge and flavorful. My friends got a carnitas plate with homemade tortillas and another got the taquitos plate. They LOVED their food. Small space to eat inside, no frills with good food. Definitely recommend.

Now this restuarant is one i like aswell. The servings are of good portions and the food is delicious. Have nothing bad to say about this restuarant. Might not be in the best location but don't let that be the reason for not eating here. I was very skeptical at first but decided to give it a try. Must say it was a great choice. Highly recommend it.

Best all around street tacos in clovis. This is my first time visiting, and, I will be back. There red salads is good and hot for those who Like a little heat. Tuesday and Fridays a 1.50 per taco, you can't beat that.

First time here and I was not disappointed! All food is fresh to order including the chips. The menu has all the items you could be craving and the serving sizes are awesome! I will absolutely be coming back.

We were given the option of handmade or store tortillas in one instance (a Friday) and another occasion no option (a Wednesday), definitely take the handmade if available. Salsa is not spicy, it does have SOME bite, so if you are sensitive, use sparingly.

Love this mom and pop and the owner is so nice and genuine. Please go support this family owned restaurant.

Mondays and Wednesday are Burrito Special Day (Comes with a Chipotle Size Burrito and 32 Oz Drink for around $15), Tuesday and Friday are the Taco Days ($2.50/Taco) and what I love is that they make their own Corn Tortillas AND Flour Tortillas so you can taste the difference. Menudo, Pazole, etc. are also included on the menu as well as Breakfast. Everyone that says it’s “Pricey” obviously haven’t looked at prices lately because EVERYTHING is pricey. I’d much rather pay $15 for an Authentic Mexican Burrito and drink than go to Bobby’s or Sals and pay around the same price for a lower quality. Chips and Salsa are included w/ dine in. The owner is a very nice man and if you need ANYTHING just let him know and he will take care of you. Good food by amazing people. Can’t wait to go back again!

Such a cute little place, my mom found it and wanted to try it out! Glad we did cause the tacos are bomb! Asada and Chicken were my favorite. Would definitely come back 5o tey other stuff too.

Food was good...not extremely good. However be prepared to wait for your order. I guess it's because nothing is pre-cooked or pre-assembled here other than the soups...which is a nice thing. If you want you order to go, then I suggest calling over the phone. Staff was friendly.

I don't understand why this place isn't popular! Such good food and customer service. They have so many good things to choose from too! Expect authentic mexican food from this place because thats what your gonna get. Only issue is it might be a tad bit pricey but you pay for what you get. If you wanna avoid that go on tuesdays or fridays to get $1.25 tacos (my favorite). Love the horchata too. If you don't spend over 5 dollars and you use card they will charge you 50 cents though.

I found the food here to be pretty average. I ordered the two taco (adobada) plate, which included beans and rice. My wife had the Assad nachos. The adobada in my tacos were a little bland, the same goes for the rice which was very bland, like white rice has more flavor bland and I don’t know how this is even possible! My wife’s asada nachos were okay. The asada was more flavorful but overall lacking some seasoning. The guacamole had a ton of lemon/lime which really over powered the flavor of the avocado. It wasn’t bad, just different. I found their included salsas really good, flavorful and spicy. They provided a blended red and green salsa, which was very smooth in texture and liquid. Overall the food was just okay and I feel like the blandness was caused by a lack of salt. It’s possible that I caught them on a bad day (they have a lot of positive reviews), but even so I didn’t find anything here to draw me back. Especially with so many other excellent Mexican restaurants in the area.

It's alright. The rice was pretty terrible compared to other places. The wet burrito was good. The Chile Verde was flavorful and the portion was amazing. It's an unimpressive walk-in that needs some love. I wouldn't come back unless it was convenient.

I paid 18 for a torta and a sidral. I’ve tried this place twice. The first time I ordered tacos they were great in flavor but extremely greasy. This time around I got an asada torta and it was completely soggy because it was wrapped up in plastic wrap.

I asked for no onions on my burrito. When I found them in my burrito, she came back and told me they were cooked in with the shredded beef, which there were cooked ones. But, there were also fresh cut ones. If I said no onions, wouldn't you think to tell me that was not an option? I would have ordered something else. Honestly, had better service at a stand in the side of the road too.

Was one of my favorite Mexican places. Just went today to get a bag of ice and saw the price went up $1.50 since my last visit about a week and a half ago. When I asked about the price increase the girl just rolled her eyes, laughed and said the price for everything went up.

If I could give a zero I would. Just waited over an hour for tacos while woman up front served everyone else in the place tacos and said she did not know mine were ready! When I finally asked about my order, which was just sitting there in plain sight, woman offered to make me wait 30 more minutes for new tacos, no discount or refund. I took my tacos and left, only to find out she didn’t even give me salsa. Never ever will I go back. In an hour I could have cooked my own tacos!
