Good experience! Caldo de rez had one big potatoe and one big corn not much Vegis, lot a beef! Fried fish was missing the head which was the best part! Way deep fried as well as the fries. Refried beans were good as well as the rice. We tried to ask for more vegis but they said I’d have to order an entire new order. Atmosphere was perfect, cantina style playing Spanish music / Salsa!🕺🏿💃🏽

We order molcajete michoacano, it was enough for two people it was good specially the homemade tortillas, the coffee not as strong but ok.. good salsa and chips. Inside clean and the decorations just beautiful.

meat was a lil dry for my taste otherwise good flavor, nice vibe, and quick and kind service. Was a lil dark too. Music was good. We'll come back. Quick service for a Friday night too!

I provide a rating in two categories, 1) food, and 2) service. 1) The food had great quantities and very good flavor. A to-go container was required because the amount was too great to eat. The fajitas were a bit on the well done side but tasted very good. We enjoyed the fresh corn and flour tortillas. The salsa that came with the chips tasted like it was made from canned tomato sauce but was still tasty. 2) The service received was minimum. As you enter the facility you are greeted with a sign that states, “Wait to be Seated”! Then from across the restaurant from the back in a loud voice you hear one of the many ladies directing the patrons where to sit. We had to get the bucket with the napkins in it from another table. Will we return? The potential is there but yet to be seen. If we do return I will provide an update review.

The food is delicious with great presentation. Restaurant is clean. Service was very nice and a little slow, however it could be due to a Friday night and short on staff, but worth the wait!! We had a few different orders of seafood( very delicious) the fajita salad was flavorful and their carnitas burrito was tasty. The Cheladas were awesome!

Food was good, didn't get refills on any drinks due to our waiter not coming back. Also random people would come up to our table and try to sell honey/cakes.

17 dollars for a burrito plate. Service was poor. They never refilled the chips and salsa. Burrito was so-so. They skimped on the rice and beans which feels super cheap.

While the waitress who helped us was pleasant, she never came back to check on us after serving us our dinner. We had to ask someone else for chips for our salsa. The food was ok, but the flautas were small and the Chille Relleno was so tough, it had to be cut with a knife in order to try to eat it. The shrimp enchilada was ok, but seemed to be lacking in shrimp. The accompanying refried beans were flavorless. The rice was moist and tender and nicely flavored. It was sadly the only thing we enjoyed, but we hoped for so much more. Our waitress finally came to check on us as we were ready to leave.

Horrible service. We walked in and they said sit anywhere.. once we chose where we wanted to sit, they told us “oh not there” and had us move tables. Once we ordered they only checked on us once. The waitress offered crackers for our order then never brought them. I watched that same waitress drop off the wrong plate to the wrong table, then come back and take it from said table and give it to the correct person (food was already picked at.) Pésimo servicio.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to El Michoacano restaurant. While the food was decent, it was nothing special and certainly not worth the high prices. The service was slow and unresponsive, and our waiter seemed more interested in chatting with her colleagues and on her AirPods than attending to our needs. I personally had to stand up walk over to the waitress and remind her that we were still waiting to be attended. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant and would suggest looking elsewhere for a better dining experience.
