Honey Baked Ham

Randall really went above and beyond helping me today and I had to come on and show some love to him and this wonderful store! I've been shopping here since it opened and shopping honeybaked in general for years and years, always getting our holiday meals here. The meat is always cooked to perfection and never had a problem with being over cooked or anything like that so its always been a staple in our family. When I talked to Randall, he explained the different cuts of meat and how it works and now I feel like I can pick better during the holidays. He said that I can come in anytime and they can show the different cuts too which is think is really awesome and helpful with picking meats for the holiday's. He was so nice and knowledgeable and I just had to say something with how he took his time helping me over the phone. This location is always my go to and everyone is great and very friendly there. Mercedes I also talked to a few weeks ago and she was very helpful, sweet and accommodating as well! Please do something nice for Randall and Mercedes.You can tell they care about their customers and are great people in general! This is the location you want to be at during the holidays!

The Ham sandwich was amazing. The vegetables were fresh. Service here is spectacular. The gentleman that helped us really took care into making sure we were happy with our meal. I’ll definitely be back, when I’m in the area.

Amazing store and even better management, it honestly didn't feel like a sandwich shop- i stepped into a Michelin level kitchen. The owner couldn't have been more friendly to me and my family please shop here whenever you get the chance. Don't want to miss this amazing selection and reasonably priced Ham and ham accessories. But truly thank you again.

Been buying $200 worth of smoked honey baked turkey breast for years. It is the WHOLE family's favorite. Will continue using Honey Baked Ham Company until I die. It is ALWAYS consistently the same. Delicious in every bite. #1 source for Turkey and ham.

I called this store from my home in GA when my brother-in-law in TX passed away suddenly. I needed to get food to my sister quickly, and the manager at this store was very helpful. He went “the extra mile” to get food prepped and delivered, and was kind as our family was dealing with grief.

They are a well oiled machine. We were able to get in, grab some ham and other items for Christmas meals and out in under 10 minutes. We had 15 people coming for our Christmas meal and our order wasn’t small, but they managed quickly and had us out fast!

Went last year for Thanksgiving and it was amazing. I went this year as well. Just went tonight to pick up my holiday meal (Tuesday November 22) and the girl who was working outside directing the line was awesome. She was so helpful with everyone and she was easy to hold a conversation with. Made my day honestly after having a rough day at work. Employees working the counter were friendly and quick which is incredible considering how packed it was in there. 5/5 for the staff

These hams are tasty! I usually get ham as well as some of their smoked turkey breast. They are extremely busy this time of year but they have a system and the line moves quickly. It's even faster if you place your order online and pay for it before you get there. They have a separate line for their prepaid customers. Pay attention when you go in the store and stand in the correct line.

I use this for my Christmas ham pickup every year. Never had any issues at all. Ham is always great Employees do a great job.

The far best tasting ham I’ve had in a long time. Too bad there is not a Honey Baked Ham Shop in the Rio Grande Valley Texas. It would be a Hit for deep South Texas.

We’ve been coming to this location for years now. We have been pleased with how they would adjust for high volume holiday times/lines, have friendly staff, and from my experience…they still do a good job with that. HOWEVER, they changed something with their cajun Turkey. It did not have the savory flavor throughout the Turkey, it didn’t hold its moisture, and only had Cajun seasoning on it. The price increased but due to the good experience and flavor, we decided to still purchase. This review is to say PLEASE go back to your prior method of preparing the Cajun Turkey. We were dissatisfied this year for the 1st time. Service can be great but we come for the food. Without that, no need for us to return. We hope to hear of an update.
