Visited this branch today. Jordan was the person to help me. This guy was awesome! He listened to my issue from last time and had a fresh batch of potato wedges prepared for me. Those wedges tasted really delicious!!! Thank you KFC. Jordan needs to get a raise!

Let’s take it up notch! Staff was friendly and polite ordered my meal to go by time got to the house food was still fresh and hot…did I mention to hot touch place on our plates? Yes even while eating food remained be hot enough heat up plate, was concerned about stopping by but patient wanted KFC my first trip to this location but I’ll be back!

We just moved to the area and this was the first time at this location. The previous location my wife bought the Extra Crispy which I'm not a fan of, but that was her mistake, and the mashed potatoes were watery and grainy. Not a good experience. This Frisco on Preston location was spot on KFC. Very much enjoyed it. I used the drive thru and service was about as fast as it could possibly be. I was out of there in under 60 seconds. Guy at window was very polite and carried a big smile. I'll be back.

Hilarious to see reviews of people crying about bad service and "skin falling off the chicken," absolute jokes for this chain to have been around for 50 years and people still have no idea what to expect. Great KFC location, the kids who work here are nice and the foods great every time. Keep it up!

Haven’t had KFC in years, finally got the urge to stop in at this location. Oh boy I tell ya the chicken was great, good and hot & that biscuit was yummy too. KFC has never failed me. Will be returning soon!

These people are amazing! Our Son is having a baby and his fiancé is in labor. Me and my son started cooking our own chicken but they came home early because they had to leave the hospital after 9pm. I just needed some fries enough for 5 of us and they came out fresh, fast, the portions were reasonable and they did not look at me crazy because I only ordered fries. I always get my wings there and the restaurant is always clean. From the manager to the staff they are awesome

Today early morning I came to this store in the morning . The manager of the store “Johanna “ welcomed us so nicely we felt very nice - She guided us about our the foods and prices so smartly, truly appreciative. Today was out associate appreciation lunch. Our associates love KFC, so we placed an online order for 2 16 piece family meals and 1 6 piece family meal, to ensure everyone would be able to get their fill. We placed the order online yesterday to make sure it would give the store enough time to prepare for our large order. This morning, an hour before our appreciate lunch, we receive an email saying that our order was cancelled. I called the online support, and they said that they couldn't trace why it was cancelled, just that it either was not accepted by the store or there was a system error, and it was never received by the store. Our associates were really looking forward to having KFC. So, I drove to the store at 7560 Preston Road in Frisco, Texas. The associates were so polite. I explained to them the situation and Ronnie, Toui, and Tiarra were all so helpful and polite. Ronnie told me that he and his team could help us make our luncheon a success. They came together and made our order in about 15 minutes. They then loaded the order in my car. We were able to successfully celebrate our associates because of these guys. Please tell their Regional and Store Manager about this experience and have them thank their team for helping us with our very special event!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience at this KFC that I had to share. Tiaja, Gabriel, and Michael were amazing! They were so kind and made me feel really welcome. It's refreshing to see employees who genuinely care about their customers. They really know how to brighten your day! I think corporate would be proud to hear how great of a team they have. Due to their kindness, I’ll definitely be coming back to this restaurant. Thanks for making my visit so great!

I like KFC and I believe this location has turned the corner. My last few visits to the drive-through the service was great They had what I ordered (8 piece bucket extra crispy) in very few minutes. No substitution requests and barely any waiting. Makes the chicken even better! I nay even promote them to 5 stars if this keeps up.

Got the $6 drum n thigh box. I got the drum on the original recipe and the thigh on the crispy recipe. Both were very juicy and delicious. Their french fries were really tasty and crunchy, too. However, the biscuit was fairly dry and cold! Recently ordered the Tuesday special 8 pieces of dark meat of the original recipe for $10. The taste is on point and has a great comfort food feeling.

Decent when they have your item. Second time I've driven across town to get Nashville hot chicken littles over an hour before close time and told they stopped cooking tenders at 8:30pm. Maybe call ahead to see if they have your item before you make the drive.

Mac & Cheese bowl review: I’ve never been to KFC before. The mac is pretty loose and watery. Some people like that, I don’t. The chicken is aight, not a lot in the bowl. Facility review: Place was clean. The mobile ordering went smoothly, however you have to walk in or do curbside, NO drive thru option, kinda sucks. They didn’t give me utensils, napkins, or a straw.

I stopped in one day and ordered a chicken sandwich. It tasted really good plus it was on sale. The next time I went, the sale was off so I paid regular price. I had been fasting the second time I went, and ended up in an urgent care. Dr. said it was food poisoning. Is the food left sitting around too long? Not sure, but I suffered for 4 days before I could eat again. I'm not taking a chance on the possibility of having another food poisoning and being out of work for 4 days.

Good is good. But worried about sanitation. I canme in as soon as they opened and there dining area is filthy. I mean garbage on the seats, crumbs on every surface. They definitely did not clean yesterday and by the looks of it not for the past few days.

This store is ran by people who have no regard for protocol or customer service. The food is the food. Its not Special for a franchise to have good food. The rating is purely about the service and it's terrible. 14 minutes for a drive through order of 6 chicken sandwichs. Not rocket science. And I still had to park and go in to get it.. ridiculous!

Order in Drive thru i ordered a No. 1 (2) piece all white & i received a (2) piece all dark a thigh & leg I told the clerk that I wanted all white she said what she gave me was all the white meat that they have I explained to her that the leg Is dark meat I asked for a wing in place of it & she gave me a wing . She didn’t give me any silverware or napkin & the drink was a Mountain Dew with no ice. The biscuit was hard as a rock. I didn’t receive a receipt either. If I hadn’t drove home to eat it I would have taken the order back in.

Second time I tried this location. The first was just horrible service. This time the employee acted surprised when they gave me my food and I asked about the drinks. One of the drinks I ordered was a bottled water and the lady was so confused and kept trying to hand me a small cup for water. I repeatedly asked for a bottle of water 3 times before she said oh bottled water.... not sure what was so confusing since my order was on the reciept, but I had already watched them mess up the 2 orders in front of me after I ordered so guess I'm not surprised. Think we will go to another location from now on. At least the food was good. They just need new employees a d better management at this particular location.

I went inside to get 2 cups of ice ..one small and one large they charged me $2.80 so basically they charged me for a large drink even tho I ONLY got ice .. I think KFC need to add a button for CUPS OF ICE ONLY.. I definitely will NEVER go back to that location and also I will tell my co workers to stay AWAY from that location as well good day 🙏🏽

I ordered some hot wings , it was around 8.30pm, I got my wings and drove off I dipped one of the wings inside of the ranch dressing, as I was eating one it didn't taste right, I pulled over and looked at the wings the where blood in my ranch dressing the wing where not cooked all the way, it made me sick to my stomach

Biscuit nothing inside hard as a brick.Chicken taste old and just look at it. I called up there they told me to bring it back I refuse to drive 20 mins there and 20 mins back. First time eating for the day wasn’t feeling well and this is what I received. Never again. I’m curious how my husband food turned out I dropped his off at work. Btw I didn’t receive a receipt and was charged 19.02 2 piece meals. Seems a bit high but whatever I will not patronize here again.

Restaurant location: 7560 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034 I went to this location today November 23rd, at the drive thru I ordered the Number which comes with 3 pieces of chicken, a side and a drink. The young boy at the drive thru completely denied to give the number 3 under the pretext that KFC has changed their menus and prices so the number is no longer available at all. Which I have never believed then called customer service to find out, customer service itself wasn't aware of the change made by KFC. So basically the store lied to me and made me paid for something that was completely out of my budget and more expensive than what I usually get. This issue I have faced today at the store needs to be addressed to someone on a higher position. Because they can't just lied to customer and think it is okay, it needs to stop.

I like the food at KFC, but this last experience was terrible. I went to the drive through on a Sunday evening at 7 to place an order for 2 chicken sandwich boxes and 2 pot pies and there was no one in line. I paid at the window and they asked me to drive around to the front and they would bring out the order. I asked for a drink carrier and ketchup to be brought with the order. As I waited, I noticed that every car that came through the drive through was asked to pull in front and wait. This was not a busy time, but eventually there were 8 cars waiting (I was the first) and they still had not brought out food. I waited for 45 MINUTES to get my order. It was ridiculous. It was over 30 minutes before anyone came out and then they brought food to the car next me. The second time, they brought food to another car and I called for the employee and said I had been waiting the longest and where was my food. He didn't know, asked for the order, I told him I was also not given a receipt (that I would like to get) and he went inside. He brought out some of the order, but no drinks and I told him they didn't give me anything at the window. I told him to put the drinks in a cup holder and bring the receipt. I wait another 7 minutes and he brings out the drinks in NO CUP HOLDER and no receipt. I told him I looked at the food order and was also missing the cole slaws. Again, I also asked for a receipt and cup holder. He finally brought out the cole slaws, but no drink holder, receipt of ketchup. I asked to speak to a manager and he said no one was available and by that time, multiple people in multiple cars that had also been waiting over 30 minutes were yelling for him and he walked away without saying anything. I know he was probably overwhelmed, but I saw at least 3 other employees in the empty restaurant talking and sweeping the floors. Couldn't they have assisted with the food/delivery, etc. since NO ONE was in the store? I got there at 7 and didn't get home until after 8. The food was also cold by that time. Crazy. I called the store later and got no answer and called the main 800 number and talked to a customer service rep who said he would pass on the information to the regional director and they would reach out to me. No one has called, emailed, or responded. POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

I was at about 1:30 pm Sunday on 4/18. The guy at the drive through forgot one of my meals and I drove off without verifying. And out of the 3 meals that were delivered, the chicken tenders were dry and hard. Drinks were all served with very little ice so all were a little warm. $30 down the drain on a bad fast food meal. Not exactly cheap eats.

Been here 3 times so far, they got my order wrong 3 times. Learned quickly to check my order before leaving and everytime something is missing. Good luck correcting this, each time the employees could care less what happened.

Chicken is good. Last time I ordered they forgot the fries. Just went today 12/18/18 ordered the 20$ meal deal plus order of 5 piece wings and extra side of macaroni and cheese. Went home about 15 min. away .I go back to KFC while family is eating dinner. Because they forgot the macaroni and cheese. Instead of sorry I get I put it in the bag. Are you sure it is not in the bag. I do get the macaroni and cheese. I ask what I may get for inconvenience said no. I ask for manager in charge Fatima is her name said you can have 2 biscuits said I don't really want biscuits then said cookies that a all we are able to do. What service has inconvenienced me twice and all I get is biscuits or cookies really . Then she finally said sorry.

We decided to come here after church on Sunday, 4/23. There were 5 of us total: my husband, my 20 month old son, my friend and her 18 month old son. We ordered our food and went to sit down and there were no highchairs. We asked the cashier and he told us he had to ask, he came back and said THEY HAVE NO HIGHCHAIRS. What!!?? Fine. So we went and got a booth and proceeded to wrangle our two toddlers why trying to settle down for our meal. In the meantime, my husband asked for some sweetener for my tea. The cashier said they didn't have any so he had to walk over to Sonic to get some. The water in the machine wasn't working, etc etc etc. The food was fine, but the experience was terrible. Have you ever tried eating lunch while trying to keep a toddler from climbing on you and all over the table and not plunge to the floor? Not pleasant. Get it together, KFC.

I'm not sure what words to use here. Pathetic and horrible just doesn't do it justice to just how bad their service and cleanliness are at this KFC. I asked for three thighs on a Friday night, but they only had one available. It would be about twenty minutes if I wanted to wait. I decided to get a variety three piece and it still took about ten minutes. There were others waiting longer than me for wings. People were constantly coming in to complain from the drive-thru while I was there. Every table and chair was dirty and I had to wipe my own table prior to sitting down. Disgusting.

I was the only customer there, I ordered tenders and wedges, the guy still gave me mashed potatoes, I gave the potatoes back thinking, that's an honest mistake, the guy say that fresh wedges were 2 min. & asked me to wait, no problem. 10 mins. Later I walked to the counter and the asked me if he could take my order, REALLY, so I asked for my wedges, he then said I forgot about it. I'm 6"8, 260 but he forgot. Sad, Customer service for ya.

I’d give a negative if I could.. I ordered chicken tenders a 4pc meal ($9 something) and just 5 single chicken tenders the wanted to charge us $37. We didn’t know the price until we made it to the window and the MANAGER who barely speaks English, Gustavo, I think stated because we wanted a sauce ((NASHVILLE HEAT)) that they no longer carry. And he’s gonna make it for us but he’s gonna charge us extra. He was very rude about it and basically said either you want it or you don’t. Wasted why wasn’t this stated while we were ordering the food. For one 4pc tender meal and 5 extra tenders.. $37 yeah these tenders better reproduce gold. KFC please get get better staff.

KFC should take a closer look at the quality of food at this franchise. Everything from the chicken to the batter on it was substandard. When asked about why there were no sauces provided with the 8 piece bucket meal, the people at the counter rolled their eyes like I was demanding their own arms and legs. Strictly avoidable!

Food was ok. No complaints there. What I will complain about is how the manager talked to her employee. I understand he messed up and she had to get on to him about something he did on a different day. My complaint would be how she did it in the lobby area where customers sit and could hear. The professional way to handle it would of been to pull him to the back and have that conversation where others could not hear.

I actually like KFC’s chicken I went to this location and I ordered the eight piece I wanted it crispy but the guy at the window stated that it was discontinued. I replied “discontinued?” Completely dumbfounded I just had crispy the other day. He stated we just discontinued it yesterday and gave me original chicken despite having crispy. I am not sure why this location is so horrible but it brings a bad name to KFC and makes it look like it’s a horrible business.

Good afternoon, this is my second bad experience at this location. I placed an online order for a 12pm pickup. I walked in and order wasn't ready. There was a couple placing their order at the kiosk and one still ordering at the counter. My order is already in the system and should've been almost completed. Both of them and several in the drive-thru got their order before I did. Not one person seem to know what was going on and one lady that I finally got here attention, ask about my concern. I ask for the manager and ask for a free dessert. Got the dessert thst was sitting out on the counter for god knows how long. But, the manager never address me or my reason for delay which was finally revealed before the last 5 minutes of waiting. Waiting on biscuits...I could've care less about the hard as a rock biscuit. After placing my order at the grocery and driving to the location to pick-up at noon. I finally got it at 12:23, almost a half hour later. Now, my complaints about the food... The chicken was over cooked and dry, about the same as getting from Tom Thumb or Walmart but for a higher cost. The french fries were over fried and been sitting for a bit as well. They were limped and warm by the time I got home and took everything out of the bag. And to make things worst after waiting all this time...not a damn one in my family ate a biscuit. Your employee that handed my the bag, finally took the time to get my sauces together. Which he could've done while waiting as I was the only customer waiting inside. Couldn't find the sticky chicky sauce, thought honey mustard and buffalo are the same, didn't get honey mustard. Gave me honey when I didn't request it. Didn't get plates as I requested. Overall experience...I rate this as a zero. I will post this on Google as well for this location. Thank you for a waste of my hard earned money .

We swing by occasionally after work. This evening we came home with 4 rock hard semi-flat biscuits. The 2 drumsticks look like they are 3 days old. The rest of the chicken is okay. The chicken here is usually decent, but the 2 times previous to this order they shorted us a chicken breast each order (8 piece order). I think we will find another KFC.

I came here with my young child to order food. I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes, but the staff were concentrating on their own conversations and didn't pay any attention to me. So I went to the car and tried to order through the drive thru, but there was no response either. But the girls were chatting again, so the ordering machine didn't work either. I was offended, so I went to the payment window and asked why they weren't taking orders. She answered insincerely that she had not received the order because she was making what was ordered. I exercised my patience and asked if I could place an order, and they again gave me an insincere response telling me to go back to where I came from and order. I went back and the ordering machine responded late again and honked before I could place my order. I have no intention of reprimanding the young girl who works late at night, but it seems absolutely necessary to improve customer service. If the administrator sees this post, I would like to receive a reply.

Ordered days in advance an order for Thanksgiving and they never canceled or called to communicate they are closed. We arrived and there was no one there. There were other people also trying to pick up their orders. Garbage experience. They have no phone system when you call this location just rings continuously.

If you drop a soda cup by mistake into their dirty floor, they ll take the cup and restock for next customer. The girl has worst attitude. I will be happy to pay extra for replacing the cup instead of restocking them.

It was the worst experience ever I ordered ahead of time online and headed out once the order said ready for pick up...not only was it not ready but I was waiting behind 3 other and asked if I could wait 20 minutes. When I said I couldn't and if I could cancel, the manager said sorry, but if you want to cancel or get your money back, call our 1 800 number, and we can not help you. Then they just ignored me and went back to talking to their other coworkers.

This place always leaves something out. Got home and no biscuits. I had ordered 8. Then they left out an extra mashed potato and no honey. Then I tried to call and no answer. Seems consistent with the other experiences I have had with this place. I don't understand how you read the order and not put everything in the bag. Maybe they should have a manager do QC before the bag it is handed to a customer, unreal, but consistent.

If I could I give this place zero stars. I ordered and pot pie and chicken, anyone that has the pot pie knows that you have to let it cool before you can eat it. When I opened it after I got home, there was a roach on top of the pie. I took it back to the store and they had the nerve to tell me they couldn't give me refund, they could replace it with another pot pie. No...you won't, I want my money back and don't care if you have to call you Store Manager I don't want anything else from this nasty place. Who the so called MOD refunded my money with an attitude. You should've had an attitude with whomever didn't check the pie. Lessened learned for me,check my food. I'll never eat here again.

We usually have good experiences at this location. Tonight not so much l. The skin was falling off all 8 pieces soggy. The gravy was like water. Biscuits were cold and hard. Waste time f money and it wasn’t cheap. Very disappointed. I guess we will look for new location to go too.

I hate to say this, but there is a reason why the parking lot is empty so often when others are full. Don't think you will be getting the KFC of old, and don't trust that you will receive everything you ordered. The cherry on top is their refusal to answer their phone to correct their errors!

KFC nugget combo. French fries were so-so. Biscuit was hard. Brown gravy is awful with chicken. And the New KFC nuggets… they look nothing like the commercials. Instead it’s a thin layer of crust and it’s not at all crunchy… it’s nothing like the commercials show. Yucky lunch… sorry KFC but your new nuggets are not anything I had imagined after seeing so many of your commercials.

Waited 20 minutes for Hot wings that are generally made to order. Once I arrived home just now, I found out that the chicken is undercooked, the breading is soft and falling off of the chicken. I am 8 months pregnant and do not have the strength to drive back. Absolute worst experience ever! Also received wrong sides with the meal. This restaurant deserves a 0 rating.

Stop by KFC. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I asked for my food to be hot, I don't mind waiting, and they still give me cold food, the fries, and the sandwich. This place is independently owned, and it is the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken ever. I would never spend money there. Again, they don't feel like they have to give you good service because they independently own that kentucky fried chicken. but they are representing KFC not good for business at all. That why you don't see long lines anymore.

This is the second time I have made an online order at this location. Both times I have had to wait in the store for over 45 minutes, and both times they managed to not give us everything we ordered. Other patrons had to wait over 15 minutes just to order food, and many just left. They have 10 people working, so they are not understaffed, so the wait and poor customer service is unacceptable

Very poor customer service. If somebody "steals" my order, you make me up my order again. You don't say sorry and cancel the order on me. It's your responsibility as the restaurant to hand out the correct orders to the correct customers. This should be basic common sense...

Slowest KFC ever. For how long they take the order is never right. Overly priced as well, chicken always cold, never fresh. Had to wait over 30 minutes for an order, just for one person.

Just had an experience with supposed MANAGER 'Zandra' who messed up my order. I told her I wanted 2 #4's and she charged me for 2 #3's. I paid but then got my receipt and immediately told her that wasn't right and she started stumbling telling me she read the order back to me and she didn't know how to refund on their POS system and could give me extra chicken or an extra side (for the overcharge of almost $7). How did you make it to manager level and you don't know the menu and you don't know how to refund a card?! Makes you wonder what else they really dont know. Apparently they were desperate to put someone in that position or you're family. Oh and the chicken was absolute garbage. Don't know if they used old oil, or cooked it too long but it was just gross.

It was my first time going to kfc when I went in the tables where so dirty and the chairs where really sticky the food were so dry and one of my wings were like burden like half was black and the other half was normal the fries where good but I will never come to kfc ever again.

I grew up eating KFC in Nepal and it was honestly one of my favorite places to go occasionally. Back there it felt like a slightly premium restaurant and not just cheap fast food. We didn’t go very often so when we did it was always a treat. The chicken was always piping hot, fresh, crispy and juicy without being overly greasy. Because of those memories I had really high expectations when I decided to try KFC here in Frisco. Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The fried chicken itself was very oily and not crispy at all. Instead of that light crunchy coating I remember, it felt soft and greasy. It was also extremely salty to the point where it was hard to enjoy the flavor. Good fried chicken should be crispy and balanced but this just felt like it had either been sitting around too long or fried improperly. The mashed potatoes and gravy were even worse. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes that were not mixed properly. The texture was chunky and uneven like the powder had not fully dissolved. The gravy flavor itself was somewhat decent but the overall texture made it feel very low quality and poorly prepared. One of the strangest things about the meal was that I could almost taste or smell something like soap. It was not the strong taste you get when soap accidentally gets in your mouth but more like a faint fragrance or aftertaste similar to cleaning chemicals. That made the food even more unpleasant. I am generally not someone who criticizes food. Even if something is not that good I can usually still eat it without enjoying it. For example I have had Taco Bell before and while it was not amazing it was still something I could finish. This meal was different. The combination of the oiliness, excessive salt, poorly prepared mashed potatoes and the strange soap like note made it very difficult to eat.

When I was a kid, KFC was soooo good. Our last couple of visits unfortunately, have not. Tonight my husband made a mobile order and we picked it up. They completely left off a 5 piece order of chicken strips- also in place of two orders of fries, were potatoe wedges and the chicken choices for the other two meals were incorrect too. On the bag it had the neat list of the order followed by the "your order was checked by" - which was also blank and obviously wasn't checked for accuracy - shame on us for driving away without checking until we got back home.

The food at this location is horrible. The biscuits are hard as a rock and the chicken tenders were so hard, tough, dark and scriveled that they must be leftover from several days. The dark meat piece bucket tasted as if fried in old oil. We could not eat. The food we picked up. I do not recommend this location and will not waste my money again.

ordered the Tenders + Nuggets Family Meal and when i got home i learned i was given no nuggets this isnt the first time this has happened in fact its the 3rd and with that im done with this location and maybe all of kfc more than a few times ive ordered and gone in to pick it up and see my bag sitting behind the counter all ready to go which wouldnt be a problem if they had someone staff the front counter but all the employees are in the back or working the drive through so i end up standing in the front trying to get someones attention for a minute or two

I ordered 3 pc. Tenders combo through drive through, instead of tenders I got some leftover stale chicken pieces and instead of fries I got spoiled mash potatoes with gravy. I am not able to eat that chicken due to that oily skin. It’s really bad to serve that kind of food to people.

Terrible customer service very inaccurate food tiny amounts. They only fill your containers up like 20 to 30% not even 50% the people they have no sense of urgency. I would definitely suggest going anywhere else but this location unless you are ready to wait 30 minutes after you arrive for an online place order and it not be accurate.

We preplaced and prepaid for our order online. When we arrived to pick it up they told us they only had 6 pieces of crispy chicken and that it would be 30 minutes for the rest of it or we could take original. Why? We preordered, why 30 minutes? Chicken doesn't take 30 minutes to fry. .why 30 minutes. This isn't the first time. Bad service, bad management and based on other reviews bad food. Avoid and just let them close. We opted for a refund and went to Popeye's. Their chicken is always crispy.

Ordered a family meal through the drive-thru and it was the worst chicken I have ever received from KFC. The skin was like mush. When you tried to remove a piece from the bucket the skin would come off like a paste.

I don’t know what’s going on with KFC lately, it’s just not the same anymore. The chicken pieces have no flavor, and they tasted kind of old and a bit cold. If you order through the app to earn points instead of using the kiosk, it takes much longer. There’s no one at the front counters, so it’s a hassle to order meals or anything. I also had to wait over 20 minutes just to get my order. They don’t even have jam anymore! The manager at this location was very attentive, but aside from that, it leaves a lot to be desired. Coming here reminded me why I stopped going to another KFC for such a long time, and I think it will have to be the same again.

Terrible quality and expensive. The 2 piece meal with 2 sides and a drink is $7.99 per the menu. I got all white, original, mashed potatoes and Cole slaw, no drink. When I got to the window it was over $12!? White was always a small up-charge, and you would get a small credit for no drink. They said it was almost $3 upgrade for the mashed potatoes, $1 for white, and no credit for the drink. I was already there so, OK. When I got home; drumstick and a thigh. Total incompetence trip off. Last time at KFC. There is a Chick-Fil-A nearby, easy fix. Goodbye.

Such a bad location. I don't even know why this place is qualified to be a restaurant. Plus, the health department should definitely be called to this place. The other day, I saw the cook drop a piece of chicken into the trash, and then he picked it up and put it back into the fryer. The worst of all is probably their employees, as they forget me even though I was sitting there for 40+ minutes. Before this, they once took 1+ hour to get my food delivered to me when I ordered through Uber Eats, when the original time was only 30 minutes. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

This is the worst kfc I've ever been to. I called and spoke with Leo the manager he was very defensive. Do not eat at this location it's terrible. The tenders were refried and black. They axt as if they cant make fresh food and when you get yo the window this is the second time they dont have something and they want you to make concessions. I won't ever be back.

I went through the drive-through and was served, as per the receipt, by a mid 20s Hispanic man named Paul H. He took my credit card and held onto it for quite some time, staring at my name on the front (card numbers are on the back) and did not give it back, even after the order had processed as he stood there and told me, “I was too beautiful to be ordering this food, too beautiful to be charged.” I was beginning to feel uncomfortable, but he still was holding my credit card so I said thank you but I did need my food. And he handed me my receipt and asked me to check it over. Multiple items were incorrect but I was too uncomfortable to correct him because at this time, he was beginning to ask me if I had tattoos. And asked me “ do you like tattoos? I have tattoos. Would you get a tattoo? You would look gorgeous with a tattoo.” I answered that I have no interest in tattoos or getting one and he responded that he would not continue to try to convince me to get one. At this time, he handed me back my credit card and my food, but continued to talk. I asked for my drink and mistakenly again requested sweet tea, which I’ve been told at the drive-through box was out. And he came back to the window and leaned way out the window and said, “oh, you almost tricked me. We don’t have sweet tea and I have your drink right here.” And then hands me the drink which was sitting there the whole time just out of sight. The drink was also incorrect: when he said they were out of sweet tea, I asked for Dr Pepper and was instead given Pepsi zero and a side of mashed potatoes instead of the fries requested. The order being wrong just adds insult to injury to his behavior and personal inquiries, especially regarding what I may or may not have on my body. I hope that this is addressed before it escalates and I will not be returning to this location again

KFC Preston Rd, Frisco. On Dec 22, 2025. They served Chicken which was not at all crispy, looked like they deliberately served old chicken. I was there for dinner with wife and kids. They asked us if they can replace few pieces as they didn’t have Breast piece and wings pieces, I said no problem. But later I saw that they served old cooked chicken and not the fresh one, When I told them that hey the chicken are old which are served to us, they said as you have touched the chicken I can’t do anything. When I requested if I can film my experience, she said we are all 16 Years old and you cannot film us. Somehow I managed my frustration and filmed just from outside the shop. Worst experience of my eating at KFC. Possibly the young kids don’t even bother about customer concerns.

I ordered via Door Dash and usually the food is up to par and fresh but not today. The biscuits were hard , chicken is refried and potatoes cold as ice . This is unacceptable and needs attention. My family could not eat this. Will not order or eat from here again

Not so finger lickin good. Once in a while I crave KFC fried chicken and so i ordered the "extra crispy" bucket. Guess what? TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! Not only it wasn't crispy, but the fried layer started falling apart the moment i took a bite. The chicken was warm but dry and tasted bitter. The bitterness in fry food is generally from dark oil.
